When the hotel we normally use when visiting our daughter was unavailable we decided to check into this Holiday Inn and am I glad we did! When I first entered the lobby area I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the general appearance of the property. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the aesthetics were inviting. The use of Dove products in the bathroom was impressive to my wife. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in away from home. The indoor pool was warm. Breakfast is served in a restaurant style dining room with plenty of hot foods. I personally enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs and the view from our table was relaxing as we watched the birds. The only downside was the elevator. It is very slow and we often had long waits to get to our room. But I suppose there is not much that can be done to solve this issue. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. We had a two day stay that was very enjoyable. We may have found a new home away from home when we visit our daughter in Lebanon, Tennessee.

This hotel is a perfect stopping location for any traveler! Very clean, comfortable, safe and quiet with a phenomenal breakfast to boot! Furthermore, the staff were wonderfully hospitable and super helpful, even when we were coming in without a reservation at nearly 10PM! They got us settled in quickly, and we couldn't have had a greater experience! This was our third hotel traveling across the country and was one of the best we've ever stayed in!!!

Spent a week at this hotel and the staff was extremely polite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I was happy with the bed and pillows - After traveling with a crazy schedule, and filming for a week in the area... I slept like a baby. Breakfast was decent- they have it free every morning EARLY. I enjoyed the morning relaxing a bit in the restaurant area sipping coffee and munching on bacon. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised that the king bedroom was a little cheaper. From the moment we walked in the door, the hotel looked and smelled clean. The ladies were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The furnishings were very functional and well thought out. The room had a lot of great lighting options. The large TV was on a swivel and had some great stations to pick from. And the room was quiet and dark for sleeping. Breakfast was great. JoAnne and Pauline kept everything hot, fresh and clean. Plus, there were a lot of great food and snack choices in the shop you can take to your room for use in the microwave or fridge. And then there was the heated salt water pool! We were definitely impressed with the hotel and had a great stay! Wish we had another night to enjoy it all.

I walked in this hotel because the one I booked couldn't change my room to 2 beds. The night manager was awesome and got my family settled into a very nice room on the top floor in about 15 minutes. He turned a stressful situation into a breeze. Thanks guys!
