So glad we stopped in! We happen to run into this place very close off the interstate the lobby was very inviting and Erin at the front desk was very nice and helpful and got us to our room quickly. We got a king room very clean and bed and sheets were very comfortable! Room had plenty of shelf space for suitcases and bathroom large counter top and best part was the dove products in bathroom. I had to unpack very little. Very quite got a good nights rest for our travels for next day. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel very impressed with our room.

Husband and I stayed three nights and I give it a 4.8. Had to knock a few points because the internet and cable were frustratingly choppy, cutting in and out. Limited TV channels too. Aside from all that the hotel and room were immaculately clean. Same goes for the pool and hot tub. Very comfortable bed and linens. The breakfast was awesome! So many good options and fresh. The staff was very friendly as well.

I’ve never had a bad stay at a holiday inn before, which is why we usually choose to stay at one ! Our room was clean , cool lighting and comfy bed . Breakfast was pretty decent , scrambled eggs , veggie omelette , biscuits and sausage gravy, cold cereal , fruit etc…veggie omelette was pretty decent ! Happy to have this choice as I am a vegetarian ! My husband said the biscuits and gravy were decent as well! The location is good for those that just want to relax and sleep. There’s nothing around to walk to. That was the only thing we weren’t fond of but we only wanted to rest and sleep so it worked out ! Watched some wild life in the field so that was a plus too!

Hotel was clean (lobby, room, pool area, breakfast area). Our room was very clean and comfortable. We also liked the fact of having dispensers for the soap along with dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and the front desk was gracious accommodating. The parking area is well lit. The pool water was a nice temperature. Continental breakfast was plentiful with great choices. The staff was friendly and helpful! Have stayed here two mice now and will continue to stay here as our vacation trips allow.

So lucky to have been able to work with an incredible front desk and customer service team at the Holiday Inn Express Lebanon. Tyler went above and beyond helping us navigate a difficult booking situation with Expedia. His patience and kindness did not go unnoticed and I am truly so grateful for all the help. Can’t wait to book with them again!
