Superior facilities. Really nice and peaceful location. The garden gave us a nice little opportunity to walk the path and enjoy its beauty. Dinner and breakfast was really excellent and we will return here when we are in this area again. It's almost 10 miles off off I5 it's worth it as you are in a very peaceful and quiet area.

I can't say enough about this BWP and the crew. If you are able to pay the extra for the suite - do it! The room is clean, the shower is amazing, the bed is comfortable, there are two sinks in the bathroom, and plenty of space to spread out. We're in the middle of a heat wave and fires and the staff are focused on taking care of their guests - not their revenue. Nothing has right on this trip for me, and this staffed turned my frown upside down. Now, with one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long while, I feel ready to get back into the mess. Thank you BWP!!

Great stay close to Willamette Valley. Large, clean, modern rooms. Beautiful Japanese garden to stroll around. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Nice variety for the included breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are amazing, the location is central yet quiet. Breakfast was very tasty and served to our table. There is a noticeable difference between Plus hotels and Premier hotels, although we found both to be amazing.

Traveling over the country, randomly found this place. No regrets at all! It's such a beautiful and quiet place! With their own Japanese garden and very good restaurant! The room was very clean! The staff are super friendly and helpful! Makes me want to come back!

Service is amazing here, they always have cookies out and are very helpful. The breakfast is way better than most hotels. Hot tub and pool are kind of small but well kept up. The restaurant inside is very nice, and there's a very beautiful garden right outside that you can access from the restaurant and the hotel lobby.

We love staying in this Hotel. It's clean, nice rooms, great pool and jacuzzi and love the pond and walking path! Beautiful birds and dragon fly's to watch and enjoy the beautiful scene.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Staff were super friendly, rooms were very clean, and the pool and hot tub open year round was just awesome for my family of 4. We will most definitely be staying here again. My husband and I are more like princess and the pea, we are super picky with hotel beds. These were comfortable but you can feel them move when you or you loved one turn over etc. It's not a deal breaker, but my only suggestion would be they are getting near the point where they need new mattresses. We did have a great time here and will be back!

One of the better Best Western hotels that I have stayed at. The reception area is nice and the staff that checked me in was super helpful and very nice. I would stay again. If you need lodging in that area, I would recommend this hotel. It is kind of hidden away, but you are minutes from shopping areas.

I stayed here several nights over the summer months. Would recommend if you need lodging in the area. The manager Chris is also very friendly and helpful!

Stayed here four nights. Enjoyed every minute of it. They treat you right and the restaurant food was awesome. Carl the waiter did a fantastic job! Rooms are top notch . Can’t believe this hotel is in Lebanon Oregon. You won’t be sorry if you stay here! They have a beautiful walk through Japanese Garden . I’ve attached some photos! Enjoy your stay, I sure did!

We stayed at the hotel the first part of November 2023. The quality of the property was way beyond expectations for a small city like Lebanon, Oregon especially since Lebanon is not on the I-5 freeway. The room rates were very, very reasonable for this quality of hotel. Its in a very quiet location with no traffic noise. The Japanese garden is a highlight. We were very pleased with the restaurant/lounge. Excellent dinner with a creative menu we appreciated. Our server was very well trained in things such as wine service. Breakfast was the usual selection for Best Western hotels, but with the hot items chosen from a menu and served to your table. All in all I highly recommend Boulder Falls Inn if you are the Corvallis, Albany and Lebanon area. Its a short drive to Corvallis if you have business there.

We had a long travel day and wanted a place to rest our heads. This hotel nailed it. The room was ample and very clean. The pool(heated) and hot tub were great after a long day. The staff at check-in and breakfast were super. They took good care of us. In the back of the hotel is a Japanese Garden with a lot of koi. Pro Tip you can buy fish food from the front desk.

Nice rooms, clean. Service was great. Free breakfast in a nice sit down restaurant. Only drawbacks, no bottled water in the rooms for coffee, Basic TV no satellite or streaming options
