Not sure what was worse, the service or filth. Used the kiosk, took a table number and after 20 min went up to ask where our food was. There it was, sitting on the counter. Not brought to the table, no number announced. The beverage bar was DISGUSTING. Trash overflowing, lids and straws missing. And the trash bins everywhere were overflowing. Check out pictures.

Manager should be fired...my drive thru order was not complete...went in to ask for sauces and she looked at me in the face, said I'll be with you in a moment, then proceeded and RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE PULLED OUT A MIRROR TO SHOW THE STAFF HER EYEBROW JOB!!! Some things you can't make up...totally ignored me and thankfully an embarrassed worker came over to help...

They seem to forget something every time I go thru drive thru. Usually I order 2 syrup in the mornings with my breakfast and very often I have to go in cuz they forget. Just wastes time. If I try to check my bag quickly at the window so I don't have to go on if it's missing and they give me an annoyed expression for wasting their time

The French fries were as magical as they look in the commercials. My McChicken was something that could pass for a fine quality sandwich served only to royalty or the President of the United States. My milkshake was like love in the mouth.

Dirty, overpriced,shrinking sizes, overcooked thin patties. On top of all that they got the order wrong. Worst experience ever and I wasn’t expecting much to start. McDonald’s has gone way downhill and became expensive.

We ordered 2 sundaes that were brought to another table, when the people( left) they said the sundaes were not there's. Person brought them to us melted. I brought them up to counter and said we didn't want them. Guy took them, and I waited for more. Finally I said are you going to make us some more? He said well you didn't say to. I said we'll we paid for them! He made them. They used to be good, the hot fudge was awful! So cheap! For $7.46 you would expect better. Never again! I'll pay a little more and get better hot fudge at For You! Or anywhere else.

Well located with good parking and two drive through lanes so it moves fast. Inside can be busy but they do a decent job.

So I'll rate this in context of McDonald's. The inside is very clean, well kept. The service tends to be quite good, people are helpful and chipper. The food is classic McDonald's fast food- sometimes it's better than other times, especially depending on how recently your food was prepped. As far as McDonald's I've visited in the area, it's up there as one of our preferred stops.

They forgot our burger and threw the bag at their counter. It did look like they were having a bad day to give them some credit but we ordered through the kiosks and never said or did anything. I kinda wish I went back and got the burger but I was able to get a gift card as an apology from their support team so I suppose I can't say I was wronged technically.

It was early in the morning around 6:45 am the lobby was a mess from the night before it appears that they put it all on this old man who had to hold the garbage bucket that he had to hold onto to keep from falling down I don't believe that he should be working but that is my observation. Anyways besides the horrible mess in the front the back end looked good The food was served quickly I like how McDonald's brings the food to you I almost feel like leaving a tip should I let me know for the next time. I'll do better for everyone next time I hate taking photos because they get all bent out of shape if you get caught.

This place never opens it's dining room in the morning, the girls bathroom is leaking raw sewage, anything fried tastes like fish.. place is disgustingly filthy the min they open. I think the inspector is being paid off or ignoring calls

I feel that the tartar sauce serving is too much & makes bun soggy so I ordered it on the side. After a very long wait we left with our food only to discover that they forgot the side of tarter sauce! Meanwhile the fries & husbands burger got cold.

Was never acknowledged by a human. Deluxe crispy chicken was a tiny chunk of meat. Ingredients tossed in box does not make a sandwich. Had to help ourselves to the soda cups after gossiping workers threw the bag of food on counter and walked away without a word to us or the other waiting customer.

Their service was good and fast as for their food the bun was hard and they need to make their patties a little bit bigger and the french fries had too much salt
