Stayed here on a last minute business trip after my work had booked me a terrible hotel. I was so relieved walking into this hotel and room! Lobby is very nice and clean. Front desk was great! My king bed room on 4th floor was awesome! The room was very spacious and the shower was very nice! Bed was super comfy! Room smelled clean when walked in and was very nicely cleaned! Will definitely stay here again if in the area for work again!

We stayed at two new Hampton Inns back-to-back. This was the disappointment. Yes, the building is nice and new and beautiful. Rooms are well done, etc. But I second what a prior reviewer said about the building feeling like it could fall down. The hallway floors creaked and moved like nothing I've ever felt. The room doors slammed loudly, waking us up early in the morning. Our own sliding bathroom door made the most horrible sound when being moved that it woke up our kids when we had a nighttime bathroom visit. The staff at the front desk when we arrived were not rude, neither were they welcoming. We were given our key and that was that...no mention of breakfast times, no "welcome", no mention of how to access the Internet. I was told by a frequent hotel visitor that this is the cleanest and newest hotel in Lebanon, which is probably true. But the night after this our family stayed at a new Hampton Inn in another state and our experience was a 5 across the board.

We stayed 3 nights. Group of 9. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. AC could be adjusted as needed. TV, wifi. Breakfast was ready on the dime at 6am. Very good variety for a hotel breakfast. Ample guest area. Good set of workout equipment. I would recommend it.

Nice place, very clean. Nice rooms. Yummy breakfast buffet. The only thing was that the phone in my room was not working and they couldn't get me one that was working so I was a little disappointed about that. Staff was friendly though.

Whilst traveling to VA, my daughter and I had to stop for the night and decided to stay here. The front desk ladies could not have been nicer. They were kind and empathic to our situation and really made us feel welcome under some terrible circumstances. I would rate higher if I could Thank you so much.

Iโ€™ve stayed at many Hiltons but this one actually met my expectations. It was SO nice and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious! 10 out of 10 do recommend

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a unique and delightful twist - the front desk staff, especially Sarah, added a humorous touch to the experience. Sarah's cheerful demeanor and witty one-liners made the check-in process an absolute joy. The laughter continued throughout our stay, and it was a breath of fresh air. Beyond the humor, the hotel itself was excellent, offering comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location. If you're looking for a fun and enjoyable hotel experience, this is the place to be!

Had a great experience at this hotel, front desk was friendly enough. Breakfast was served every morning and had a great selection. Kids liked the pool.

This hotel was nice up until I got to my room. My room was so dirty. Stained comforters pet hair all over the bed and underneath the comforter my daughter even found a dead bug which put the icing in the cake. We switched rooms and that room was just as bad. Hair everywhere dirty tub and stained up comforters. I will never stay at this hotel again probably not even at a Hampton Inn. This incident has scared me into ever going back to a Hampton Inn and this was my first ever stay at one.

I am so disappointed in this hotelโ€™s dishonesty. We booked over spring break to take our kids swimming. Upon check in they said nothing about the pool. When we got to the pool it was nasty green. We asked the front desk people and they implied the pool was fine. They said it was shocked the day before but that it was okay now. We told them it was green, and despite other people swimming (as you can see In the photo, I cut the person out of the image for their privacy) we werenโ€™t comfortable swimming in the pool ourselves. We Asked if there was a sister hotel nearby where we could swim instead. There wasnโ€™t. We asked for the pool to be checked, after some convincing, they reluctantly went to โ€œcheck the PH levels.โ€ We stood there for ten minutes waiting, and the report was the PH levels were fine. We chose not to swim to avoid health risks, and later called corporate to ask for a discount for the inconvenience. This hotel is now claiming they told us at checkin the pool was closed. They are bold faced lying to avoid giving us a discount. Hampton Inn has always been our hotel of choice, and this experience has completely ruined our perception of their chain.

Bad everything! The building sounds like it could fall down at any given time. Breakfast was horrible. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Beds needed new mattresses last year. My Grandfather's 100 year old house has let squeaks in the floors than this motel. I heard the fellow in the room above me get up to use the bathroom at 4 am and walk back to get back in bed. Do not stay here!

I normally donโ€™t go out of my way to write a review, but this hotel is amazing. Comparable hotels down the street are very dark and have no lighting in the parking which is why I chose this hotel compared to the others. The room is intensely cleaned and smells wonderful. The bathroom (pictured) is very fancy and the shampoo bottles and lotion provided by the hotel were of good quality and were mounted very well for a nice touch. Seriously, if youโ€™re coming through this area this hotel is the one you need to pick.

We arrived at the Hampton Inn in Lebanon, IN, at 10:37pm, and we left at 11:36pm. We were not trying to be picky or get a free room, but even my husband said he could not stay here. Thankfully, Hilton refunded our room, and we decided to just make the 3-hour drive home at 11:15pm. They offered to reserve another room at a Hilton for us, but it was about 10 miles away.ย  We were ok with that, but my husband decided he would just suck it up and drive us home. I felt bad for our son. We had just attended a Purdue basketball game, so he was tired and he doesn't sleep well in the car anymore. First Room 5 dead flies - 3 in the bathroom, 1 in front of the closet, 1 by the air conditioning unit The bathroom floor was dirty with stuff on the floor and part of a wrapper under the sink. I'm guessing it wasn't vacuumed. I didn't take any pictures in this room. I guess I thought we would switch rooms, and all would be good. Second Room I took pictures of this room. The bathroom floor was dirty, like the first room. The toilet bowl was dirty with something on the wall behind the toilet. There was also hair on and in the sink. The top of the bedding was dirty, and there were long black hairs inside the covers. It looked like the room was not cleaned, and the beds were remade with new towels. Although I didn't inspect the towels, so I could be wrong. As we were about to walk out, we noticed the large gap at the bottom of the entry door! A side note: The girl that was working when we checked in was not friendly to us or the father and daughter who checked in before us. When I went down to tell her about the flies in the first room, she didn't apologize. She looked at her computer for a second and then asked if I wanted to switch rooms. I said, "If that's possible, yes, that would be great." She checked her computer for a moment and then handed me keys to a second room. She never said anything else to me.

Nice facility with well supplied / maintained breakfast and spacious, clean rooms. Nice fitness center with courtesy Peloton use! (full db selection, bench, cable weight rack, two bikes, elliptical and two treadmills w/ TVs).
