The final straw. No more will I waste my money on sub-par fast food, I can't count the number of times I've asked for fresh fries and gotten re-dipped fries or EVEN WORSE the top layer is fresh and the rest are old as hell, that is literally just being spiteful for asking for fresh fries. I can get over that and I've dealt with it so much that I just expect it... but when I pay $6 for a burger I could expect maybe you get it wrong, but leaving on the wax paper attached to one of the burger patties and serving it up like nothing is wrong, it's very obvious, there is no way somebody didn't see this, id almost say it was intentional but I'm just mad to be honest. I'm good, ill go elsewhere from now on. After biting into this masterpiece I think I'll contact corporate, train your employees and stop being spiteful towards customers!

Rarely have a decent experience at this McDonald's....just had my mobile order canceled because they were "out of most things" I had ordered, but when asked, wouldn't specify what wasn't available. Let's see if the refund comes through this time because when they've cancelled my mobile order in the past, I haven't received my money back.

Was given a sm fry instead of what I ordered. So I went inside & Emily which has a huge attitude problem asks what I need & I told her it’s supposed to be a large fry no Salt. So she grabs the bag in a huff throws it aggressively in the trash & comes back with a new bag of fries but they were covered in grease & completely dumped upside down in the bag. I asked for a batch of fries no salt & upright still in the carton. Not dumped all over so Emily snatched up the bag threw it with all her mite into the trash then rudely comes by to yell at me it’s going to take 3 mins. I asked for her name & she finally said Emily after the third time asking. I said I’d like to talk to her manager & Terra pops up saying Hi I’m Terra I’m just going to refund you & you can leave. Like what? I have to leave because she’s poor management & doesn’t keep her employees attitudes in check. Like what kind of service is that? Your employees mess up the order & I get kicked out for going inside to ask for what I paid for??? Not ok at all.I told Terra I will be leaving a review & she said good you might want to check your poor decision in hiring a dreadful disrespectful weak woman to improperly handle a very minor situation that her employee started. Emily. You are a punk & Terra. You’re a Poor excuse for management & a failure as a leader.

For my first ever fast food review, this place is a joke. I have never gotten any of my orders correct but that isn't what drove me to leave this review. The fake USB charging ports did that. Why? Why aren't they covered? Better yet why don't they work? How is this company so successful with this sort or asinine amenities?

there is something wrong with the leadership for breakfast at this location, for actual years now theyve consistently messed up my orders to the point to where this is legitimate theft at minimum. miss about 5-10bucks of what i order every other time i come in. and with no receipt also. literal theft

Typical McDonald's Service was good Atmosphere was good Food sucked like all other fast food

The food was hot and fresh, our order was correct. I was craving fries and nuggets and they satisfied. My daughter enjoyed her cheeseburgers. I would have liked more than 2 packets of mustard but I guess I could have asked for some as we were dining in.

The food is consistently hot and fresh. Keep doing what you're doing. Other fast food places in the area should take a page out of your book. That's how you keep business and the $$$ coming in.
