The room was nice and clean, my only problem was the bed height. For someone with limited mobility, it was very difficult to get into bed. Apparently this is the norm for this hotel chain and if you can see that a person is walking with a cane maybe suggest that they get the step ladder the hotel offers. I know that's a difficult question to ask but it could be a suggestion and it could be prefaced in a polite way that doesn't insult someone. Just something to be aware of

I was booked by my company for the stay in this Hotel for the last couple of times. I had people entering my room without any notification. They said it was computer fault when I asked the front desk and manager. During my recent visit I saw some bugs crawling on the bed. Manager said that pesticide control people had inspected couple of days ago. Staff is friendly otherwise.
