Update: We went through the drive thru & were told that they couldn't take our order for over 5 minutes, so we sat at the order box. I think he was hoping we'd just leave. Finally, he took our order & pulled forward to continue to wait, after paying. He had us pull forward from the window where we waited over 10 minutes. The Dr. Pepper had no carbonation, so he replaced it while giving another person their order. Then, Wrong fries, Missing Sandwich, & he told me that he couldn't take the BAD drink back! So, then I had to get out of the car to go inside and throw it away! Unbelievable! Horrible Service, WRONG ITEMS, & WAITED OVER 15 minutes for a Normal Order that was WRONG! Service is Non-Existent! I got a Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Meal with Straight Fries and Philly Cheesesteak Meal. Both meals were OK. The Steakhouse wasn't close to as good as it looks in the picture. Make sure you get everything before you leave because they forgot my fries & the sauce for my sandwich. Check your order! Decent food...

Just your typical Arby’s. The 2 for $6 is a decent deal as it does fill you up. The sandwiches were quick as they came out in less than five minutes. The cashier was nice. The restrooms were very clean. The interior was also kept clean. I like the new modern look that Arby’s as a whole has been implementing.

May have picked a bad night. They were out of the country style rib that I came for. However, I waited for over 5 minutes to get waited on with no one in front of me. There were several employees who looked at me but seemed too busy to wait on a customer. But the absolute worst part was getting ketchup for my fries. It was easy enough to find in a packet holder, but each one seemed as if it was dug out of the trash. They were sticky and clumped together. You felt like you needed a shower after trying to get a couple of packets. I asked if they had other ketchup. I was told yes and given more from behind the counter that was just as sticky. Truly disgusting.

Got the French Dip. Sandwich had obviously been microwaved. Hoagie was soggy, chewy and hard to chew. Terrible quality. Only reason I didn’t take it back is I was already miles away before I was able to eat. Customer service was great. Annabelle was friendly and courteous.

Shift manager Bre saw us several times with no acknowledgment of our presence which is a huge turn off for anyone. No apology for our wait, when taking our order my wife has to repeat it a few times and then we get no drink or fries. We ordered by combo #, not by sandwich name, but when questioned there was nothing but a blank look. After i walk out my wife comes out if restroom and the person in front of us hadn’t even received their food, so looks like we aren’t alone. Just another fast food establishment with zero customer service or care. Just

Annabelle was Awesome! We stopped at the place next door, but after 5 minutes waiting in the drive thru with no response, we decided to go next door to Arby's. Anabelle was super nice and did an excellent job. She should be promoted! Check em out.

The food is decent. They were fairly busy and our food got to us quickly. It might be because they were so busy, but the empty tables were all dirty when we were there.

Had to wait 12 minutes for my order, when there was nobody else in line. Upon receiving my order the fries were stale and barely warm and the sandwich was cold !! Manager on duty Wasn't very pleasant at all when told about my order.
