A beautiful mall in the heart of lebanon. The place was air conditioned, we visited on a hot day. Nice food, and shops. Some shops are expensive but that’s the government’s fault. The mall itself is nice & americanised. I found the escalators to be weird as they were on the opposite side to what i am used to. Overall a nice place

This mall almost has no visitors, many shops closed, after the devastating economic conditions that occurred in lebanon with the current 'elite' political figures that stole the country's beauty and treasures

At first floor I thought it’s small mall but in second floor been big mall. Have more shops with more different brands. Have big branch of carrefour. Have foodcourt but little restaurants not more. Have there McDonnell’s , KFC , tawook ,cripawy i hope more restaurants open there as burger king , pizza but any way mall is clean and not too busy have private parking with little charge This place is recommended

The staff are amiable and great parking spots at the mall. The shops available are diverse and you can find almost everything you need at a shopping mall. Covid-19 measures are taken seriously

It is ok some nice shops in it and a lot with sales on it was not very busy which was a bonus very clean the one thing that disappointed me there was no bank to change a 100 dollars to smaller notes

Yesterday I wen with a coworker to city mall and we decided to try something new from the food court. We ordered this from a place called Fries and more. It is a pizza with a base of fries! Cool! The taste was good and new but nothing beats the taste of a real pizza. I recommend eating it if you want to try something new, but if you want pizza just order a real one! 😅❤

It's vast, there is a large variety of shops to visit! There's also a cinema which is great! They're taking maximized precautions for the Corona virus! From the entrance to each staircase, they check for temperature, ask us to put on masks, and sanitize our hands! The only problem I see is prices but it is what it is and it's typical prices for malls like these so it's acceptable.

Great place, very big got a lot of stores to shop from, you can chill there in some coffee place in the mall, for new visitors that have a limit on spending there money I don't recommended this place its very expansive.

One of the biggest shopping centres in Beirut, it has a lot of shops

This is a nice place where you can have a bite after or before a shopping trip. This place has lots of options for food and clothing and it even has a supermarket. They used to have a cinema but it is closed now, I hope they open it again. It has a paid parking lot.

One of the famous malls in Beirut. The location is perfect for easy approach and so is the available parking. Shops inside include varieties of products where you can find your demands easily. The entrance includes craft shops and souvenir stands that are really fantastic and reflects nice image of Lebanon to the tourists and foreign visitors. The food court is not bad but it is better to have more vendors and therefore more variety in food selections.

We ate at kFC in the food court and the cleaning staff was very attentive and ready to help. The kids enjoyed the train ride around the mall. There’s a Malik’s and handicraft store and pet store on the bottom floor. There’s also a roller skating rink

Citymall nahr l mot is a place where you can find everything and anything you want .. its large space is gorgoes really it helps a lot u can walk liberary in the mall and shop all the way long ... all international brands are present in the mall with all kind and genre .. shops and electronics and supermarket and optic shops as well as food court with different type of food and brands ... city mall is considered one of the best malls in lebanon .. go and visit it especially in christmas .. This on 22 08 23 Be careful always take with you the right money ore keep with u chance like $5 change of $1 or become there there Lebanese lira is always well lower then going rate because always they say to you I don't have change to give you back sorry 😐 the service is very bad and bear in mind u always have to wait at least 30 minutes co start the race very slow staff they don't care and u pay $7 for 8 minute not 10 minute think u paid f for adult $15 for 8 minutes go to mtein rpm Karting bit far but big long track and they give u longer time for your money 💰 the cars 🚗 run on electricity not fuel

this place is merely a shadow of what it used to be back in the days. the mall is badly maintained, smelly, not clean, unorganized. the food courts/ restaurant spaces are either closed or unattractive and the area is smelly....

This mall provides a fantastic shopping experience, offering a variety of stores and a pleasant atmosphere. It's a top choice for a great shopping outing.

It used to be better. Less people are visiting, and more shops are closing. Perhaps it reflects the country's worsening situation. On the positive side, I always go to Starbucks or Lina's for coffee and to work for a few hours. Lina's has comfortable seating as well as a calmer area.

Nice large mall with all you need. Good Carrefour anchor store. Try removing the parking charges and you'll have far kore customers.

We go there like weekly or every other week. Kids have fun in the skating area, and we do carting there which is also enjoyable. Shoppi g experience is very good regarding quality and variety. You can find what you need

the mall has alot of interesting places and a huge foodcourt with good iconic restruants, the rest are always clean and this place also offers free usable wifi

This is a great way to escape the concrete jungle that is Beirut. The cinema is closed due to some unresolved dispute and the food court has the worst kinds of American fast food but it is still a refuge from the outside world.

Straight forward layout. Easy to find the places. Goid brands. They have a super nice kids playground called treasure island.

Good mall. There are a lot of various stores. A lot of restaurants. The place and the bathrooms are clean. The staff are neat. Decent overall.

Many malls popped up and City Mall half of its stores are closed. It's still a nice place to go have a walk in, but I wish it would get back as it was in 2015 and before.

Our visit to the mall was a wonderful experience. It was incredibly kid-friendly, offering a great variety of stores to meet all our needs, delicious restaurants, and plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning.

Our favorite and most convenient family destination. On weekends it is crowded especially the play area but kids still enjoy. A good range of shops and restaurants as well.

My experience at city mall was a bit sad . It was sad to see all these shops either customerless or nearly empty or closed. It was sad to see how the political economical dive that we found ourselves in has affected many of our lebanese community in their jobs and source of living . I don't know what we can do to support but I thought a 5 star would be fair to share on their behalf 🌹

After the Futtaim takeover, this mall has only gotten better! There are more brands and stores. There's better lighting and overall atmosphere feels more alive!
