One of the best hotel i have ever visited. Great hospitality, you just feel like your home. The owner is very friendly and the ambiance is amazing not forget to mention how beautiful and clean are the rooms. Highly recommend it

This place is BEAUTIFUL. The rooms and amenities are perfectly kept, the breakfast buffet is a cozy feast, and the people that work there are welcoming and helpful. My boyfriend speaks Arabic and I don’t, but I was still more than able to ask any question and have a pleasant discussion with the owner while relaxing at dinner. We’ll be coming back on each visit to the country!

Good location near the ski slopes and clean. We had a king bed standard room, it wasn't that big but it was ok. What I didn't like it is a small thing but I would like to talk about it. we stayed at night at the restaurant of the hotel, i asked for hot chocolate they did not have but at the morning they had with the breakfast. I think the guy there was new or something. The breakfast was good and tasty.

Excellent accommodations in the area. Absolutely no complaints and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We spent almost a week there and enjoyed the service and amazing hospitality. Fireplaces were very nice as well as food and location to skiing and cedars. The facilities are all clean and brand new. We will stay there again!

Really nice Hotel! Perfect service, the atmosphere is fancy but cozy! Beds were really comfortable and the room was well heated (although it’s freezing outside and Lebanon is short on fuel at the moment) We will definitely come back, thank for for a great weekend!!

Excellent service Super clean Attractive internal design

The hotel was perfect the rooms were so big and we did not expect this for their cheap price. And for the service i felt like living in a castle. We were on a big family trip so they made us a big breakfest for the whole family and a breathtaking dinner with a barbecued corn, chicken, taouk etc.

A breathtaking stay in the middle of the mountains surrounded by the cedars of God. The approach was welcoming and the services were amazing. Very much recommended in summer and in winter time

This is a nice littlie Hotel in the Al-Arz area. We stayed (in two rooms) for single night, and we were upgraded to two suits. Which was very generous by the owner. 1- The owner she and her staff were very cooperative and welcoming. 2- Close to restaurants and sightings. 3- Internet is available but only in the ground level. 4- Electricity (although it's a general problem all over Lebanon) we did not feel it much, it was kind of the owner to keep the backup generators on most of the day (except 3-6 AM) 5- The place really clean, modern and been taken care of. 6- TV set wasn't working I guess that's something to do with electricity or something! 7- Rooms were spacious, towels, bathing needs, hot water kettle with coffee, tea and sugar were available, and mini fridge. With the exception of the internet not being available in the upper floors, it's a good value for money, and I certainly do recommend it if you're going there for day or two.
