😠 This is the most disgusting Walmart I've ever been in. The lighting is dim and uncomfortable. Everything looks caked in grime. Most the people there look like they came out of the slums. And people just leave the isles a mess They make the staff pick up after them as is they are some aristocrats eve... People often mention Walmart, people, open, employees, registers, checkout,

This is the most disgusting Walmart I've ever been in. The lighting is dim and uncomfortable. Everything looks caked in grime. Most the people there look like they came out of the slums. And people just leave the isles a mess They make the staff pick up after them as is they are some aristocrats even though they wear hideous off brand clothing. Never go there. Go to the walmart in Frankfort instead.

My favorite bookstore is here. Between the Pages bookstore is located in the center of the shops. Village North is not the Walmart, but in fact the shops in front of the Walmart. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings in these shops as well just don't try and read your new book while eating hot wings.

Only had ONE register open with an actual employee! All the self check out registers are open, but when you have alot of items, or a buying certain things, an employee has to check you out. Why only have ONE register with an employee open, during one of the busiest times of the day?! Had to wait in line to checkout for over 45 minutes!! Had to wait at customer service for 25 minutes, just to purchase a money order, although there were 3 employees just standing there!!

I try to avoid Walmarts because you wait in line forever or you have to use self checkout, I don't get paid for this job!

Very attentive to the customers. Explained all the features we wanted for specific reasons and they were very helpful.

Never have any registers open. If you have a full cart of things self checkout is not the place to go. Open more registers and your lines won't be that long.

I’d give 5 stars if you’d have a couple checkout lanes open instead of self checkouts.

I like that if I need to get in & out in a timely manner I can no longer lines usually they keep registers flowing store is clean & I can count on them to have my regular weekly food items except my code red mountain dew there always out so I took a star for that & for some of there employees very bad attitudes I see this issue at alot of Walmarts what happened to having a smile & helpful attitude kindness goes a long way ...

visiting the Walmart in Lebanon. Mist admit its been years since I've been to lebanon, wow! It has changed for the better. Very impressed with this location. I believe this is the first time ever I've been to a Walmart where the employees were nice and attentive AND they weren't had to find either. Clean store with great employees...amazing!! Good job!

This location does not employ cashiers, I guess. We had to stand in a self checkout line that wraps down the racks of clothes. It was the same on both ends. The only cashier we saw had a similar line. We went to this location 2-3 times because of the need to purchase college supplies and it was the same each time. This is the only retailer that is a one stop that I found in the city. They really need to hire people! Be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes waiting to check out.

It's Walmart just like every other Walmart you go there cause quite frankly there cheaper than anyone and they pretty much got what ya need love or hate it it's Walmart

  • 3/5 Kayla 2 years ago on Google
They mainly keep their shelves stocked which is appreciated but there are never more than 2 cashiers open when people are checking themselves out with more than 100 dollars towards every purchase every 30 seconds don't understand why they can't afford more cashiers

Would like to rate fairly, not being mean. Being a shopper here because it is the only One Near By, and rating on before they were ever understaffed. This place needs to very much improve on keeping the place stocked better within reason, some of the workers need to clean up on their hygiene before coming to work to handle food, clothing is always lacking in good choices, and being stocked enough in quantities and sizes, as well as for the shoes. I have seen many times the cart lanes empty inside the store empty with the cart people outside doing more talking than restocking carts when it’s. This rating is based on before all the economic turmoil going on now or recently. I would like to see this place improve if they can on these things.

It's Walmart in a small rural town. It doesn't have any real competition so there is no need to improve. While 90% of employees are friendly there are a few that serve only as oxygen breathers. They gossip and giggle and ignore the customer waiting for help in the electronics section, but it's Walmart and finding competent employees is not easy in this market. The other 90% are very willingly helpful and will probably move on to more challenging careers once they graduate. There are also some career emoyees that are also very good at helping and are customer service oriented. The management knows there is no competition so always understaff the registers. Why bother, right? Gas at $5 means people won't drive to Whitestown for better service for just an item or 2. Always be kind to the floor employees since they are the only ones that truly do the work at a company owned by tax evaders.
