0 respect for appointments. 0 respect for patient care. If it is was possible to give 0 star rating I would have given them a 0. We waited for 1 hour and half for our turn, for a simple consultation. The staff are rude...unprofessional...and inattentive, disrespectful and totally ignore you while you stand in front of their desk waiting for them to speak with you. They gossip about each other and other staff in front of clients.

Highly unprofessional No respect for the patient! My appointment was taken a week before the date, and as i got in, they laughed at me, and said there was no such a thing... However, as i was getting tested, the secretary came in and cut the whole situation by asking about setting appointments for other patients! My point is, i didnt understand anything because the doctor lost his focus and said goodbye. Overall, i wouldnt come again, because i felt like my health doesnt matter!

0 respect for appointments. I can't understand why would someone take an appointment and get the chance to enter the clinic after 1 hour and a half of waiting. So expect to spend your day there

My appointment is at 3:30pm I’ve arrived at 3:20pm Per respect It’s 3:52pm, I’m still waiting With 6 other people, all delayed and late. Better take appointments with more than 10min gap difference and respect people’s time and value! Also, an old woman’s been waiting for two hours! 🙏🏼

The staff are mean, impolite and unprofessional. If u appreciate incompetence and waiting for hours upon hours in an old and tiny waiting room with tens of people then this is the hospital for u. The doctors are amazing however the staff and ‘idara’ are the worst people i’ve met my whole life. Inhumane people, unprofessional. Due to covid, they didn’t let me enter with my grandmother who is an old lady. (I had to wait outside under the rain) However they made her wait 4 hours in a room before the surgery, while they gave her an appointment at 8:30, she underwent the surgery at 12:30! If you want to reduce corona, know how to manage your patients, respect their time and appointments!!! Instead of not letting me enter because of corona, respect people’s times and give them straight appointments, only by then, you would’ve reduced corona.

Without any notice when the appointment was taken that only the patient can enter the hospital and the rest must wait on the road or in the car ,instead of providing a lounge to wait . When we are about to cancel the appointment we were let in . This is very inconvenient. People should be notified when booking an appointment. Other than that all went well

Very clean and sanitized and all kind of precautions are taken. Very good doctors and parking is for free.

Be more organized people have lives other than your appointments :)

Very bad experience My appointment was at 5.15, its 7:15 and im still waiting . This is not the first time, they are always late, rude and disrespectfull

Worst experience ever. Where to start from, hygiene, follow up, lack of communication, unavailable nurses, doctor not getting back to check on his clients or the worst part ever a hospital where it should be a silent place for patients to recover, yet we are living the coffee chit chatting meetings of the nurses next door, laughing joking, i got to know the history of each one of the nurses with their stories at home , a noisy atmosphere because of its employees in the first place. It gets on the nerves of the patients more than the surgery process. And u keep telling them please lower your voice and yet the chaos is there. Not recommended what so ever.

VERY BAD experience, i had an appointment at 3:00pm, with Dr. khoury i was there at 2:45 i waited till 4:30 and there were still people that had appointments at 2:00pm waiting with me!!! People were entering depending on the doctors choices and not in the appointments orders. People waited for 2 and 3 hours. I eventually left cause I felt so angry !!!!! Why does one take an appointment if he will wait for hours?! People have things to do! I cannot spend an entire day waiting for a 5 min appointment !!!!!! Unreal !
