I can not say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. Very approachable, professional, and did great work to help us out. We appreciate the room in clean and working condition. THANK YOU!

Had a family get together in Lebanon, and there is really no other local facility with an event center AND hotel in this area. In that sense, our $230 rate (plus taxes) without ANY breakfast wasn't too terrible, but it was still comparably high for shoulder season (after summer and before leaf peeping). This is off a side road with nothing else in walking distance but you can still hear road noise outside (not inside). Nice tree and hillside views from their large patio with plentiful seating. Staff were fine, and the bar gentleman was working his butt off (serving dinner and drinks by himself). Nice free coffee / tea / hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Keurig machines in the rooms too with a few pods (not sure how helpful after first day, since they rarely do room cleaning). Breakfast buffet is $20 after taxes which is a joke unless you are on an expense account - definitely drive 2 miles to The Fort at Exit 18 which is amazing. Hotel is spotless clean and very modern and feels brand new, same with the rooms which are large and immaculate. Large and hot walk-in shower. Old school (but well functioning) window / wall air conditioning unit. Gotta be honest, feels weird paying this much for a Garden Inn, basically in the middle of nowhere, but I appreciate there are use cases and the place and facilities are very nice. I got a good laugh at them offering "complimentary housekeeping" only if requested or every 5 effing days, what will they give us "for free" next - a parking spot and a pillow? Hahaha.

I stay regularly in the are for work but at different hotels. I was very impressed by the supportive staff, cleanliness and modern decor touches of this location. The amenities of the onsight restaurant, pool and fitness center were great for business travel as well.

My family spent mother's day weekend here. When we arrived it's was clean and very beautiful. I was a bit disappointed when we went to have breakfast cause my kids were not included to receive the breakfast vouchers (this comes with being a Hilton rewards member). I wasn't overly concerned until we went to breakfast, first an older guest stopped us and told us we needed to pay for breakfast like we were stealing and had to show my voucher and he left. I have no idea what that was about and we just went on to grab breakfast. There were lots of choices and most was good. Eggs were not too bad but not great as well as the home fries they were bland. My 2 kids had a bowl of cereal and a glass of OJ each was $17 are you kidding! Thank god we had 2 vouchers I couldn't imagine paying for all of us. I was impressed by the security in that you can't get to guest rooms without a key so I felt safe. Very nice and clean, but was taken aback that the rooms don't have trash bags having 2 kids that was rough. Luckily I caught housekeeping and was given a couple dirty clothes bags to use. The pool was very nice a bit colder than we would've like being an indoor pool cause no sun, but still had fun. Very nice hotel in general and great water pressure, beds comfy and clean. Other than ridiculously expensive breakfast (without membership vouchers) would stay there again and just bring ceral for kids.

Very nice hotel. Chris behind the front desk is a great representative of both this hotel and the Hilton name. I travel 40 to 42 weeks a year for my work. 99% of the time I stay at Hilton properties. I rarely get such great service from anyone at the hotels. Please keep him

An item of mine was stolen from my room. No matter how many conversations I had with various staff members and customer service, they denied, denied, denied their staff would do this. After all, they couldn't admit it because then who would want to stay in a hotel staffed with thieves with access to their rooms?

Hilton Garden Inn's are always predictable in their service/ rooms/ etc. They always feel like a home away from home. However today I was surprised, because this hotel had a goodie bag for the tour bus driver who brought a group there. Don't think that has ever happened before. A nice gesture, especially since I'm working on a holiday 😊

Clean spacious rooms. Nice bathroom. Unable to connect to internet. Had to call 800 helpline which took an hour to troubleshoot. Hotel desk did not care to address the issue other than providing the helpdesk number. Helpdesk was not able to completely fix issues. The next day, wifi started working with no issues. Informed manager who was accommodating and indicated I was not supposed to call helpline directly. She corrected the issue satisfactorily.

Really excellent Hilton property. Everything was near 4-star quality, which for over $300-night plus tax for the lowest price room configuration was appropriate. Liked the checkin experience, there is a staffed bar (although guests are told they cannot take a drink from the bar area or to their rooms, forcing the guest to hang out with complete strangers if they wish to order something), and for us, the guest laundry on the 4th floor, which took credit cards (instead of forcing users to find and handle quarters). Property is beautiful and the management should stay on-top of maintaining it, because it’s a gem. Very close to Dartmouth College, although it’s entirely too far for anything but car or shuttle transportation (the hotel does not appear to havre a shuttle). But certainly a much better value than the pretentious Hanover Inn, and there are some excellent Thai food restaurants right outside the restaurant a short drive back over the highway. Would stay here again except the price of $300-$400 seems outrageous, even with the creature comforts.

The room we booked was not available. Staff did not bother to tell us at checkin; only found out when we walked in the room. Staff claimed they had no other room and were not able to issue a refund. In addition, the room we got was dirty. You can hear people walking upstairs. Would not recommend as it is clearly more expensive than other places around and does not provide what it advertises. Update: at checkout the manager was very nice and was able to get us a refund due to these issue.

This is a tough one. The staff are great and the views from the hotel are just fantastic. Unfortunately our room had a very noisy AC, the shower drain was clogged and though we asked for our room to be cleaned it wasn't. I would pass on the food at night as well. I still recommend the hotel though and would visit again.

The bar is convenient but honestly, the show is where it is at. The best shower ever. Beds super comfy. Very quiet at night although note for folks that leave in the morning, don't let your door slam as you leave the room. It's loud and wakes others up.

Very close to DHMC. Very quiet. Very clean. Beautiful room. Clean. Comfy. Great staff. I'll be staying there again. Never had a chance to use the pool or restaurant, but I can't wait to check it out.

Very nice Hilton Garden Inn. Restaurant on site. Full bar. Super clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Anthony at the bar makes perfect drinks! Pool and gym too.

I had the pleasure of attending work conferences at this hotel, nestled in the scenic beauty of Lebanon, surrounded by lush green mountains. Although I didn't have the chance to stay overnight, I can speak to the overall experience. While the internet connectivity left much to be desired with its slow speeds, the hotel's meal services were absolutely exceptional. Additionally, one of the notable advantages of this hotel is its proximity to the Dartmouth coach bus station. This convenient location proves beneficial for guests traveling from Boston by bus, as they can easily reach the hotel without the need to book a cab service—a challenge considering the limited availability of reliable transportation options in the Lebanon area.

We had a great stay for 2 nights recently. Unfortunately my husband wasn’t feeling well on the 2nd day and I was at the front desk several times throughout the day and evening. Sarah, the front office manager was so kind and helpful whenever I needed something. The rest of the staff was great, too. Thank you Sarah for being exceptional at what you do!!

Great place, plus they accept dogs. My only complaint is they have barn doors on the bathrooms that don't stay closed and leave a gap big enough where you can see someone sitting on the toilet from across the room. Seriously? This was a ridiculous design. You might as well just install the toilet in the center of the room.

The room was very nice. Very updated and modern. This poor review is for the rude breakfast staff who would not allow us to sit down for a few minutes to have a quick breakfast because it was close to 10. Thank you for not accommodating this diamond member. Wish hotels didn’t close breakfast so early on weekends. It makes zero sense. The behavior of the breakfast staff ruined my morning. Will not be back.

It's the best hotel in the Lebanon area. It is pet friendly and also has an inside swimming pool.

This is a newer location, so everything is in great shape. Super clean, updated and has a bar and restaurant on site in the building. Great Christmas deco too!

An absolutely exquisite hotel.... when you walk in ypu feel as though you stepped into a fancy modern home, the level of security on the property is beyond any other, the laundry room on the 4th floor is super nice and exceeded my expectations and lastly the king suite we stayed in was the fanciest of all! Absolutely stay here!!!

Very friendly staff and very clean. The hotel was recently updated. Nice lounge and sitting area. Outdoor sitting area is very comfortable but very buggy at night.

Booked handicapped room for my mother in law. Bed was made no towels in room or soap. Of course we were able to source these items, but what if we were not there? Unconscionable to not have the room, any room not fully prepped for guests.

We ate dinner here tonight outside on the patio and had the best time. There was a really good band and the food was very good. They have an extensive menu of wines by the glass. Give it a try!

After booking the first hotel which was atrociously dirty, but the grace of God respond this hotel. This hotel was clean, really friendly staff, comfortable beds, she only downsize was paying $17 for a mediocre breakfast ,not worth it. We ended up at a DD down the street.Overall nice stay.

Not a standard Hilton Garden Inn - it advertises itself as a conference center. While the total venue space is similar to a lot of regular hotels - the decor and layout is much more upscale. From the lobby to the rooms - it appears to be targeting executives and not family travelers. Good place to stay - just know it's not as family / kid oriented as many Hilton Garden Inns. It's along the highway but separated by a guard rail - very short side road to get into the parking lot but Google Maps will be your friend for finding it.

I stayed for 5 nights (as I usually do for my work). Typically half way through my stay-Wednesday morning I place the request that room/bathroom are cleaned and trash/recycling are removed, towels are changed. I came late from work and nothing has been done. Second issue was with the faucet in the bathtub. It is loose and keeps moving on its own and by the time I am half way through the shower water becomes scolding hot. I asked for maintenance to check the faucet -apparently they did-they left the note they completed the job but faucet kept doing the same thing so the clearly did not complete the task. Otherwise room was nice and clean, bathroom is new and functional, there is always fresh coffee in the lobby and complimentary water bottles, hotel is nice and airy, gym is well equipped, TVs on machines are working. Will be back for next business trip.
