Home away from our Australian home when coming back to spend time with my parents. Rooms are decent and the staff is quite friendly and pleasant. Rooms are clean and bed is decent. Only real choice near Dartmouth for a Marriott.

Excellent stay, great night sleep, comfortable bed and quiet location. Very clean and pleasant smell. Had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Good location, nice restaurant within a 1 minute walk, grocery store and liquor store within 2 mins walk of the hotel. Not too far from the highway. Breakfast was the typical hotel far, eggs and sausage with baked goods.

I am honestly pretty sad this place was as rough as it was. It was clear that the shower had not been cleaned and the trash had not been taken out when we checked in. There was also a chewed hole in the curtain. Unclear what kind of animal it was but regardless, all of that together, left me with a 2 star experience.

To my utter shame, I didn't catch the name of the person at the front desk on the night of Oct. 13 2022 - but he was fantastic. Possibly the best host we have ever had at a hotel. On check-in, he overheard my discussion with my husband about finding a quiet place for him to do a video conference away from noise and immediately offered to open a meeting room just for him. He aided a laundry snafu and provided extra blankets for my son. What I thought was most impressive was how other guests came down just to talk with him. He treated everyone with so much calm and respect and attention to their needs. I was so impressed by his consideration - what a genuine gem of a human being. Additionally, our room was wonderful - and perfect for our needs. Full size kitchen was lovely, with ample seating. The two room suite was very spacious, with a fire place - and the separate rooms for everyone to sleep in was such a nice set up. Wonderful stay!

Being a Bonvoy Bountiful member, I always try to stay at a Marriott or Marriott partner location when traveling. This was my first time staying at a Residence inn. I got in late and the man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent for the price of the stay. If I ever need to spend a night again in the future near this location, I would definitely go back to this Residence Inn.

I stayed just one night but really enjoyed it. The hotel is conveniently right next to a coop so I was able to get a few things for dinner. I called while at the store to see if my room had an oven (I couldn't recall if it did) and the front desk associate said no but kindly offered to move me to a room which did have one as I was getting food that needed to be baked. Nice facilities overall and only a short drive to the town center.

VERY nice property. We stayed for several nights. Our first room had a problem with the heating, but we were efficiently moved to another matching room by a very professional and helpful night manager. The breakfast service was quite good, with varied offerings, depending on the day of the week. Amenities include a complimentary breakfast, an office center, exercise room, guest laundry, and a small sundries shop. The desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. The rooms are well appointed, the in-room kitchens include basic appliances. The views from the rooms are not picturesque, but who stays in the room when you are traveling? The housekeeping was MIA during our stay, but we attributed that to the holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend. We'll stay here again when visiting in the area if we are in need of a hotel.

The rooms are somewhat outdated, but the service is absolutely a 5 stars! Sarah in particular was super helpful, thank you Sarah for all the support you gave myself and my friends!

It is almost as good as home. I like most am here for a medical related reason and needed a place to stay for aftercare. It is well kept, super polite staff, and close to care, a decent meal, grocery, pharmacy. Everything. It is as comfortable as I could hope to get and not actually be home. Thank you.

Solid choice for a stay. Came up for a big snow storm and wanted an affordable option so stayed down from the mountain. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff were very friendly.

I feel like I am at home in the studio room. Mason and Greg are always kind and considerate. I enjoy the breakfast with a wide variety of items. Very convenient to where I work when on business.

Our overall experience was good. We had to change room because the fridge was noisy but frontdesk was very helpful and even offered us to see two different type of rooms see which one we liked best. This was very much appreciated. The room was clean but some things were broken such as the hangers for the shampoo in the bath and the racks on the bath walls were falling apart. The breakfast was ok, but the selection was a bit disappointing. A very nice hotel in a quiet town.

The folks working here, especially the gentleman at the front desk (forgot his name), know the meaning of customer service! They gave us a late checkout without hesitation, and made for a very comfortable stay with our furry ones! The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was satisfying. We will definitely return!

The hotel is located near the downtown and highway. Groceries and restaurants are within walkable distances. The only thing we felt with breakfast was fewer options, and some of them were fronzen foods.

The two bedroom suite exceeded my expectations. Had a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Also three flat screen TVs with free streaming.

We stayed here during our visit to Vermont for follige, the rooms was near and clean, the kictehn was well equipped, I specially like the cook top which had bigger option. The person sitting at reception was little rude, may be because of workload but I expected him to bhave little better. The hotel has 3 rooms, first he gave us room on ground floor and it had really bad smells, on urge he gave us room on 2nd floor. The restroom was little disappointment because of poor maintenence, they should fix the broken things. We got complimentary parking and breakfast, breakfast dint have options for vegetarians so we couldn't have anything.

My family and I called this place home for three weeks until our home was ready. We moved from Florida to Lebanon. We also had our dog and cat which wasn't any issue! There's just a pet fee which is to be expected and it's also stated on their website. A lot of animal lovers stay there also and they enjoyed approaching us and just friendly chat! It really felt like an apartment. We had no issues at all and staff is very friendly too. Clean room and dishes incuding pots and pans to cook there. I really appreciated that houskeeping won't go into your room unless you request it, and that was a relief because I didn't want my cat to escape. When we needed anything we just called the front desk and clean linens were brought to us, or if we wanted something cleaned. It was a great stay. The restaurant Snax across the street was really good and the nice co-op food store right there also. Both really nice to walk to! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in this area, especially if you are looking for a place that welcomes your dogs and cats.

This hotel was laid out in a way that was very spread out. There was parking in various places to help you get into to your room easier. There was sinage in the hotel to help you find your way around inside but I got lost trying to get back to my room from the front desk. The breakfast was fine but not the best we have had on our two week vacation through New England. This was the first hotel that had individually wrapped breakfast items which was a surprise to us especially since places in Vermont were the most COVID conscious of any state so far. The individually wrapped waffles were hardened because of how long they sat in the warmer.

This place was absolutely amazing.... this was my first time visiting/staying here and I loved it.. We ended up staying here for 3 nights due to a family member needing treatment @ a nearby hospital & us living 5 hours away ,each way.. Right from the start the staff was super friendly, helpful & accommodating .. The room we got was like a studio apartment, it had a dishwasher, microwave, stove, full fridge, ect. The room had a kitchenette area, livingroom, bedroom, closet/vanity area & of course a bathroom all set up beautifully & comfortable... I totally recommend visiting/staying here if you get the opportunity, I know that we definitely will, very comfortable & beautiful, 5 ***** from us ♡

I can't say enough great things about the Residence Inn in Lebanon. I have stayed in a lot of Marriott hotels and even lived in quite a few as a traveling nurse, and they have some of the best customer service I've experienced. Greg at the front desk is always so nice and helpful. He always schedules multiple reservations for me and is quick to check me in, and remembers my name when he sees me. He knows the area well and is very helpful if you have any questions about the area. Most hotels do not allow you to check in until 4pm, but this hotel works with so many traveling nurses at Dartmouth, they allow you to check in at 8am so you can sleep after just working all night. They are so friendly, kind, and helpful. The rooms themselves are very spacious and beautiful, unlike most hotels, they come with a cook top and full refrigerator. The beds are also very comfortable and your only about 5 minutes from Dartmouth Hospital if that. If you don't feel like cooking, they have a phenomenal breakfast, evening social, and restaurant across the street. I love the way they do breakfast here! Most hotels typically do scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, etc, but the Residence Inn does a phenomenal grab and go breakfast. This morning they had a breakfast burrito, spinach quiche, waffles, and ham egg and cheese on a croissant. I also grabbed two little chocolate milks to go. I have stayed in $500+/night hotels and some of them don't want to give you the time of day. This hotel is among the friendliest and clearly prides themselves on excellent customer service. I have stayed at multiple hotels in this area which are all nice hotels including the Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, and Element (when it was still here) but the Residence is definitely my favorite, highly recommend! I would also like to point out that the Residence's sister hotel the Courtyard also has phenomenal customer service. I only prefer the Residence slightly more because their rooms are larger and have free complimentary breakfast.

Fantastic stay at the Residence. We come back each year and kick around Vermont and New Hampshire. Spacious and clean rooms with nice kitchens. Plenty of parking and convenient to shopping, lots of good restaurants, and Dartmouth. Very nice staff is quick to respond to any requests. Decent breakfast included, typically includes, scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, pre-packaged frittatas (which are very good), oatmeal with 8 or 9 accompaniments, fruits, cereals, breads and bagels, coffee and tea. Breakfast is tended meticulously by a pleasant woman on staff. Simply a nice place to stay.

The staff was fantastic! They provided an excellent breakfast and shipped back my husband's laptop to us after he forgot it there. The 2 suite room was perfect for us and the hotel is close to everything in Lebanon. The hotel is neat and clean. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for the week of my 50th reunion. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The common areas included a gym, a business center and an outdoor barbecue with a fire pit. The staff were gracious and attentive. We were next to a Dartmouth co-op grocery store. I did miss not having a hot tub and a pool. But I was way too busy to take advantage of them. We were 2-3 miles from the college. Easy access!
