I have my mother’s engagement ring and took it to Wiggins to get their opinion on the ring since the band was worn really thin. I didn’t want to change the look of the ring, so it was suggested that the engagement ring be soldered to my wedding band. I picked it up today and it looks great! The staff at Wiggins is absolutely the best.

Amazingly quick and affordable. Went in with a watch needing a new pin and some links removed from the band. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes and it was done. She set the time and told me a little about the watch while I paid. Amazing customer service.

What a wonderful experience! An inherited ring needed some work done and Jana with her team did an incredible job restoring it. They are excellent with communication and customer care. A different local jeweler recommended them to me - they are known in the community by other professionals to be high quality.

Took my wife’s wedding ring for cleaning and resizing. Was met by some wonderful people who took their time explaining everything to us and making sure we got the correct size. The jeweler doing the work is on site, not a send out. He spoke with us as well. They showed us some anniversary bands and kept track of the ones my wife liked so when I called back a few days later they were able to help me over the phone get the right one ordered. They kept me informed via text messaging and surprised her with the ring (I wasn’t able to be there when she picked it up). We will definitely be using Wiggins Jewelers again.
