I have had positive experience my whole pregnancy with every staff I have met with. I had Dr. Wait and she is AMAZING. My only complaint is that I was unable to see Dr. Wait but about a total of 4 or 5 times my entire pregnancy. Not the the NP weren't awesome, but I do feel like you should see the doctor you are delivering with for the majority of your appointments to build that trust and confidence before delivery. I knew Dr. Wait prior so it wasn't as big of a deal, but I think I would have felt more at ease if I would have seen her more.

I had Dr. Buchheit for my doctor, when I had my first appointment here on 4/17, I was supposed to receive an ultrasound. I did not receive an ultrasound due to a miscommunication, even though I was stressed that I’d been bleeding for 3 weeks, they did blood work and ultrasound was rescheduled for 4/26. I learned my pregnancy was ecptopic. The ultrasound tech was very sympathetic. When I was sent upstairs I spoke with Dr. Cobbinah (my doctor was working in the hospital). She was also very very sympathetic and tried comforting me while walking through what was next. I went to the hospital, had my baby and fallopian tube removed. And I have never heard from my doctor again. This is two months later. There was no follow up appointment, no phone call. No nothing. I’m mind blown. While some of the people in this building were amazing, that was an extremely traumatic experience for me. And I definitely expected a lot more concern and sympathy than what I received as a pregnant woman, or a woman who just miscarried a baby..

Dr. Pearl will push birth control on you even when you make it explicitly clear that is not something you want to do. I will find a different doctor who makes me more comfortable and whom actually has a bedside manner with their patients. Completely ignored me when I told her I have nieces and nephews in place of children of my own.

There is a staff member here who is extremely unprofessional and laughs at patients while they're right there in front of them. Besides her, everyone seems kind and professional and is welcoming, specially the ultrasound tech Erin (might've spelled that wrong.) I've heard great things about the OBs there as well. Because of them, some of us patients will return when we otherwise wouldn't because of 1 bad apple in the bunch.

When I called yesterday 10/12 to reschedule an appointment due to an insurance issue, whoever was working the front desk/receptionist job told me I would lose my baby by “pushing back” my appointment by a weeks time. She gave me no option on the day or time of the appointment even though I told her my husband would be at work until 2:30 in the afternoon and that I could not come until after that. Even though when I called to cancel my appointment about a week before the woman said it would be no problem to reschedule the appointment because 1) I’m only 16 weeks along, I could go another week without the visit since women last year hardly had any problems in the same situation as me due to COVID & 2) I was quoted 1,200 as a fee because my insurance had been dropped from my place of employment. I have a few people I know only have 4-5 appointments last year due to COVID also. So due to the disrespect I received yesterday I am very hesitant to continue going to this location just from the lack of compassion from the front desk workers.

Front desk receptionist is extremely rude. Rushes me each time I call or have an appointment. Gets irritated and snappy when you are unsure of what to do or how something works and makes you feel uncomfortable for not knowing or if you are moving slowly. Great doctors but I’m not gonna be talked down to everytime I need an appointment. Go anywhere else.

I started out by calling in to make a appointment like we all do and I had to have some FMLA papers signed and Cari Lee one the women sitting at the front desk was more than helpful. I’ve never gotten this level of help from anyone especially at a doctors office. She not only helped me with my FMLA paperwork, she kept working with me through the whole process and got my paperwork filled out correctly and kept me informed through calling and emails to ensure everything was done correctly. I am so grateful for her and she works so hard and keeps such a great attitude 100% of the time I’ve experienced from working with her. If you have any problems I would say she is definitely someone you can depend on. She should be training others on how to be more like her because we need more people like that in the medical field.

Absolutely love this location! From the schedulers to the nurses and doctors. I switched mid pregnancy to St Lukes, and I'm so happy I did, Dr. Florio is the best! They take the time to listen and their care plan is exactly what I was looking for, thanks for all you do in keeping me and my baby safe.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is terrible. If you want quality care go elsewhere. I had an appointment I made over a month and a half ago just to get a call days before my appointment that they needed to reschedule. Then the next available appointment is over a month away again! My IUD has been giving me issues and I’ve been trying to get it out for months. Seems like they want to keep you on birth control despite your wishes. I feel terrible for the pregnant women who need consistent care cause apparently they aren’t getting it either based on all the reviews.

Health clinic that can’t seem to answer or return calls about scheduling appointments ever. This has happened 3 times now. A bit of a disorganized hospital, and quite frustrating with the scheduling department.

Friendly, happy and thoughtful! Those the best words I can use to describe everyone I met in the office. Dr. Cobbinah was outstanding too. She listened to my concerns and had a real conversation with me about how we are going to address it. Not to mention they were on time, I was early and got in right away. I'm not saying that is the norm but I appreciate them recognizing my time in important too.

I had a very positive experience. My Dr. explained every step. She also referred me to PT.

I see Dr. Lobell during and after pregnancy. Her and her nurse staff are always so nice and flexible when I need help
