Love the food and atmosphere. We also had the nicest gentleman taking or order last Wednesday when we were there. It’s great to see some business can still get great help! I don’t know what they do to make the chicken taste so good but I love it!!! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried them out - do it!!

Ordered thru the drive thru and the gal there was great. I checked the ticket on my bag before I left and it said “No Onion.” Great I thought. I get 45 minutes away to my destination and open my food to find tons of onions. I call to request a replacement tomorrow, as I work in Lee’s Summit, and I’m told by Brittany that they can’t do that but she’ll pass my info on to guest relations. She then asks is there’s anything else she can do because she doesn’t think I’m happy. I said well I’m not. I don’t have dinner and now I also can’t just get it replaced for lunch. It’s a lot of work for me to have to go through these hoops because you messed up. She said she was trying to do her best. I said but you can’t do anything for me so why ask? Like if you can’t do anything else and I don’t have my meal replaced why would I be satisfied??

I absolutely love Hawaiian Bros! Everytime I go there I have a great experience... And I've been there a lot. This is one of the few places where I have multiple options that I love because all of the food tastes so good! Service is always friendly and amiable.

Exceptional taste and impeccable service. Let the Front End Manager know I was from Texas and it was my first time. He was informative and friendly. The price point is aligned with the portion. The taste of the Honolulu chicken is taste bud heaven. The strawberry yogurt is smooth, creamy and not tart. My daughter and I were left amazed. Will come back. Also a 1pm the crowd picks up.

Recently moved to MO and gotta say that the food and service here was amazing! Ken the manager was very kind and helped a lot on what choices had what. Food came out very quickly and was hot. Great place to relax, study or socialize!

1st time here and I'll def be a regular now!! Not only was my teriyaki chicken and rice with pineapple delicious but the staff were the most friendly I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant!! Amazing experience!

It’s my first time ever eating at a Hawaiian Brothers; and MY GOD!!! AMAZING!!! I work as a Kitchen Manager as a competitor, and this place! CLEAN! Food, PERFECT! Service, OUTSTANDING! The music was set to a perfect volume, the drink station was fully stocked, and seeing from the front your kitchen was PERFECT!!! Shout out specifically to the service champion “Mia” who after wiping down tables went to every single table and asked how the experience was and really stood out for customer service. Honestly with the staff and look of this place, I might even apply to work at one myself. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience!

We stopped for a late lunch to use my birthday reward. The crew was very friendly. My daughter had only been one other time so she was unfamiliar with the menu. The gal taking our order was helpful to her. Our food was coming out before we even got a seat. Very fast! The food was very tasty and fresh. My daughter was very pleased with her food. I love Hawaiian Bros.! It’s a place we love to go.

Good price and the food was really tasty. I lived in hawaii and this place is pretty close to what i expect from a plate lunch. Rice is soft but clumpy and the mac salad was on point. Wonderful char on the meat. Give it a try.

Food is good and so is the ice cream this was my folkiest time here and is already in my top 5!

Being a first-timer, I was unsure about what to order, but the staff patiently guided me through the menu, helping me choose a delicious dish. As I sat down, they promptly delivered my food, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I left feeling pleased with my choice to dine there. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by to savor the experience.

I love Hawaiian bros more than I do Amazon! But on a serious note I usually don’t leave reviews until I have established a ground basis for the place I’m eating at. But I have been here several times and I can’t say better things! The management is so helpful and welcoming as long as the rest of the crew. It seems they have an understanding of what a business is and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 for me and I recommend to anyone seeking a great experience alongside reasonably priced food.

Honestly I never leave reviews. I would give this place 10 stars if they had it available. Every aspect of this experience was absolutely fantastic. I'm still talking about how amazing it truly is. Everything, I mean everything I had was soooo good. Oh and the customer service was on point. The manager came around and checked on us and all the workers had smiles on their faces. Wow!
