Very busy. The bar area is opening seating if you don’t want to wait for a table. Nice aesthetics, though can get really loud in the in the dinning area. The drinks are pricey. The two dishes that we had which were appetizers were good. Bartender was super friendly. Would recommend and go again if in LS.

Cool spot in Lees Summit. I suggest you make a reservation. We tried out the chicken wings (both the smoked and the hot ones), pork belly burnt ends which were excellent, the fried chicken and the pastrami sandwich. The food was real good and the service was great for a busy afternoon. We did try the dessert that looks like an oatmeal cream pie. Honest opinion, try one of the cheesecakes instead. They also had a good cappuccino. Overall, I would definitely return next time we are in town. Enjoy y'all!

We went here for a late lunch date, and ended up being there at the end of brunch. Beautiful place (a tad loud). Food was very good overall. 1. Drinks: watermelon mule (5/5 - absolutely delicious). King Louis (4/5) 2. Appetizer: Korean steak tacos (5/5 - meat was tender and flavors were so good together) 3. Main dish: Grilled chicken sandwich (3/5 - loved the bread it was on. Chicken had a good smoky flavor but needed something else to it). Dry Rub Burger (4/5- delicious. Was juicy and had great flavors that popped!) We had 4 drinks, app, and 2 main dishes - total was about $98 Overall, we would go back.

This was my first time eating here. I decided to do take out. The ambience is very romantic and cozy.. Great date spot. They were polite over the phone. Took my order well. I ordered like $127 worth of food. Let me say kudos to them for making it. I've had restaurants who take the order but don't prepare it until I get there because they assume it's a prank or can't pay. They took my order with no problem. It was ready when I got there. Secondly they offered to help me carry out the food. But I told them it was not needed. I gave a tip although I carried out. Thirdly the portion sizes are huge. I've never been to a restaurant that gives you the same quality portions and food when you carry out but don't sit down. Lastly the food is amazing. I ordered: Deviled Eggs Smoked Salmon Dip Korean Street Tacos Pork Belly Burnt Ends Heirloom Tomato Pie Slow roasted prime rib sandwich Gouda mac and cheese Oatmeal Cream Pie

Absolutely loved my visit last night! First time here and just adored it, lovely atmosphere and music playing, the glass bottles of water they leave at your table to serve yourself, and the food is fantastic. I got the Dry rub burger with gouda cheese and bacon with fries, the burger was cooked perfectly and juicy, the fries are piping off and crispy. My date had the fried chicken sandwich Nashville style with coleslaw on top, she loved it. I can't wait to come back and try something else!

Third Street Social is a great spot to enjoy a nice meal and/or cocktail in downtown Lee’s Summit. The salmon dip is a must try! I ordered the Korean Steak & Noodle Salad…delicious & fresh. If you have time for dessert..all of their homemade desserts are fantastic.

Our first time here! The food was very good. The place was very loud. According to the hostess, it wasn't very busy for a Saturday Brunch period. We didn't have reservations, but they were able to seat us right away though. The deserts are fantastic.

Went to Third Street Social for a brunch date and it was INCREDIBLE. The food is some of the best I’ve ever had in KC. We started with the Korean Steak Tacos, they were so flavorful and rich. I had the pork shoulder with collards greens, grits and homemade cornbread for a side. Y’all all of it was incredible. Everything on that plate was phenomenal. The collard greens are a must have when you go. The pork was tender and juicy, the grits were perfectly made and the cornbread topped it off. My wife’s plate was good as well, the house fries are perfect. We had the s’mores pie to end it and oh my goodness that was a perfect way to end a great meal. Our server Jocelyn was incredible and the manager came by to check on us. We will be back. S/o to the chef, chefs and whoever was back there cooking. Looking for a nice brunch spot in KC, check out Third Street Social.

The atmosphere was nice. It took a very long time for my party of 7 to be seated. Which I made reservations for more than 7 days in advanced. I rarely saw the waiter. I understand he had other tables but I did see him visit the other tables more often than mine and we were seated before the other guests. The food was delicious, a bit over priced for the amount given, but all in all it was a nice experience. I may not go again though.

Fantastic dishes! Very helpful staff. Historic building repurposed into an award winning restaurant. Wonderful seating. Outdoor patio area is also nice. Street parking and parking lot.

Third Street Social and its sister area restaurants have distinguished themselves for offering a variety of palate-pleasing dishes —definitely don’t skip dessert — and dependably excellent service. During our most recent visit at Third Street, my wife loved the blackened catfish, which I also sampled and enjoyed even though I’m not a big catfish fan, and I savored a mildly flavored chicken pot pie, with whole button mushrooms. The warm Dutch apple pie a la mode was perfect too.

I'm thrilled to share my fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! Their BBQ pork belly burnt ends are truly extraordinary, featuring a perfect balance of rich, meaty flavor, tenderness, and a caramelized BBQ glaze. In the Kansas City metropolitan area, this place boasts the best burger I've tasted. The combination of their exceptional BBQ sauce, Gouda cheese, and bacon creates a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. Plus, the onion rings on top add an extra layer of deliciousness. The staff here are not only friendly and polite but also highly attentive, contributing to a remarkable dining experience. Anyone seeking delectable BBQ pork belly burnt ends and scrumptious burgers in the Kansas City area should definitely consider this restaurant. Their superb dishes and outstanding service make every visit truly unforgettable.

The deviled eggs weren't anything super special and the sauce on the side was definitely not my cup of tea, but the rest of the food was delicious. The smoked salmon dip was amazing 🔥! I had the shrimp and grits for my entree and the only complaint I have about it was that someone was a bit heavy handed with what I believe was the thyme in the sauce. The cheesy grits and the shrimp were cooked perfectly and had phenomenal flavor. Finished the meal off with the homemade donuts and had I not already been so full, I could have eaten the entire order myself. Soooo good! ***In all honesty, two of us shared the deviled eggs and both ended up getting sick later in the evening and that may have been why we didn't think they tasted as great as they have in the past, but I'm not going to take away more stars because it could have been something else that day that we both were exposed to that made us have sour tummys.

I had a great NYE dinner here. The service was awesome and I felt very well looked after. However, our food felt rushed out. It was definitely pre-made because my fried chicken was cold and a little stale. It tasted good but I would've liked it hotter. My girlfriend's pot pie was good but it was evident that it had been left out for some time. Our appetizer came after our mains. Overall, great place that I will need to check out on a non-holiday night. I left feeling slighty disappointed.

My husband’s favorite casual date night dinner. Some of our favorites are the smoke Gouda Mac and cheese, the crispy Brussels sprouts, and the Korean steak tacos. Came here during KC Restaurant Week 2023 and ordered the chicken pot pie. Great service and excellent food!

Came in from out of town with some coworkers, and we decided to come here for dinner. The service was great, food was decent, and the dessert was perfect. Only issue I had was that my broccoli was cold. I did mention it to the waitress, but I was just about done with the rest of my plate. I’ll give it a try the next time I’m in town.

Great atmosphere and amazing food. You HAVE to get the honey cheddar biscuits (appetizer). The photo is of the tomato pie, which my mom got. She liked it except the greens were too salty. I got the chicken sandwich which was great except that the focaccia bread was a little too crumbly on the bottom! I had to eat it with a fork and knife because the bred fell apart so easily. Still tasted amazing.

Mixed feelings about this place. 1. The service was great. 2. The cocktails were delicious and well priced. 3. The food wasn't all that good. I ordered the Dry Rub burger and it seemed like it had been sitting under the food warmer for the longest time. The bread, the meat patties, the onion ring... everything was dry and hard. The fries that came with the burger were cold. My wife ordered the stuffed salmon, which she enjoyed, but the asparagus that was served as a side for it was extremely undercooked/hard.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. It's still okay, but the experience this last visit was not comfortable. Our party of 14 was stuffed in a corner by the front door next to another large party at a high top table. I could understand if the restaurant was full but it wasn't as you can see by the pictures. I don't want to day that it was a racial thing because both parties were black but, maybe it was just a coincidence 🤔.

Everything that everyone ordered was exceptionally good. Potpie, Shrimp and Grits, and Chicken Lasagna. The service was perfect, and drinks were delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Always a great experience. The Deviled eggs are a must order! So must to choose from the bar. Unlimited mimosa are on the menu too! Service is always spot on as well. I highly recommend a trip over to try this hot spot out.
