    Love the app! Ordered in the parking lot and then sat down in the crowded restaurant. Told the app what table and they brought my food within a couple minutes. Crispy chicken just wasn’t crispy enough for me. Tasted great though. Love the service

    FANTASTIC...A DEFINITE GO TO! My husband had not been to one so when we came to came to visit kiddos we took him. I KNEW He d LOVE IT !! And he did!! As ALWAYS GREAT FOOD GREAT CHOICES GREAT STAFF! CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!! And. above all....Thank you for.your "Fallen Table" display .....MUCH RESPECT TO.YOU!! EPIC!!!

    Always fast and kind. Way better than rhe Starbucks down the street...my opinion. The one time I ordered inside, the cashier even seemed to know a few customers by name which is awesome! Please like if this review was helpful.

    This place is ALWAYS busy and somehow manages to run like a well oiled machine. Do NOT be intimidated by the drive thru lines as they keep it moving and as long as the lines get, I have never waited more than about 10 minutes to get through it. The salads here are incredible. Worth every penny and thank you so much to this location for figuring out how to keep a drive through moving. Not many out there that have figured it out.

    Purchased my food at 10:42 a.m. macaroni was dry and chewy like its been rewarmed multiple times. Waffle fries were cold, chicken sandwich was room temperature but the wrapper was hot. This was my first time at this location. I would never expect poor quality food after serving breakfast Whoever owns this franchise needs to get it together. I'll rather drive 15 minutes to the one on 135th on kansas. Never had a bad experience

    VERY IMPRESSED!!! It was a big treat to be treated so good by the staff, Ken in particular, he was all around amazing and made my two daughters and I feel like we were beyond welcome, I really appreciate the caring hearts here at chick-fil-A, the restaurant was very clean and sanitize it was a big plus the kiddos had a clean nice play area, I will most definitely be back again Thank you ken

    I was religiously harassed at this location by a employee. I can not think of one reason this would’ve happened other than I chose to have a more alternative fashion (dyed hair, piercings, tattoos etc). I was randomly approached by an employee who asked me if I ever considered letting Jesus into my life. He then proceeded to talk about how his faith got him out of a dark point in his life etc, which good for him! I have absolutely nothing against any religion, but I felt very judged and almost like said employee was assuming I was having a hard time in my life because of how I chose to look. He talked a lot about how prayer helped him through tough times and was suggesting it would help me. I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the whole conversation because I am the happiest I’ve ever been and it was disgusting of him to assume I was struggling because I have a different choice of fashion. I did not engage in the conversation in any way and he just kept suggesting I let Jesus into my life. Which is absolutely unacceptable, as he did not approach anyone else in the restaurant besides me. I respect others religious choices and I do wish that people could do the same. This experience ruined my outing and left me feeling very weird and judged when I was simply trying to just get food. The manager I spoke to was very helpful and kind and the food was delicious as always! I do love chick fil a but I wish this hadn’t happened. I will now be unsure about if I ever want to come back to this establishment because of how I was treated.

    Best chick-fil-A location I've ever been to. Great staff, great food, and super fast friendly service 😀. They had my special order correct and ready as soon as I checked out. Definitely going to be coming back to this location. I've came through here 5 times in the last 2 weeks 👍

    Usually love Chick-fil-A at this location. However, this evening it was busy. Being busy is completely understandable. What frustrates me is the workers are so focused on the drive through and totally neglect the inside line. We waited 8 minutes approximately with only 2 people in front of us. There was only one person working the register with about 10 people in line. There were about 5 people waiting on the side of the counter for their food. All the tables were dirty. I had to use an alcohol wipe to clean my own table that was filthy. Should I get paid for doing their job? It just gets busier and still only one person on the register. This is a failure of management and it should be addressed such that the manager is more aware of the whole store.

    First time to this location: Line longs for drive-thur: but at least they had staff in the lines to get orders and keep things moving. ▪︎ They have a very small cramped parking lot. Staff was friendly. Recieved food, pricey, don't get much for the price. The chicken sandwich only had pickles on it, no lettuce, nothing, no one even asked if wanted cheese, just got a naked chicken sandwich. For the price, I will be honest I expected more on it.

    Very disappointing experience during breakfast. Started out with having to wait for a employee to take my order that was just socializing, while I’m holding a squirmy one and a half year old! I don’t mind the socializing but do it after you take my order! Food was not up to par either alot of chicken in scramble bowl was just breading! Play area being open is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.

    As a doordash driver, I frequently deliver from here. This place is always busy, but they are also the most impressively fast team of employees I've seen. always friendly, and i've never had a bad experience. They will offer you a free soft drink while you wait to pick up your order. I think that is very kind. If you can brave the line, come check this place out. Don't worry though, they move quickly!

    We came here with my friends to order dinner from their drive thru. We are just a little bit confuse or wondering because we thought we are going to order using the microphone which is usually how drive thru works especially when you are in the menu list outside. So, we keep going and only to find out that they have a staff who will ask your order. I just hope they put a note or arrow where the exact area ti order.But the food we order is good.

    3rd try and again more issues. Today was the worst. No one was in drive through so very quick to order. Proceeded to then wait for 12 minutes in drive through. Then got to window to be told to drive around and park because my order wasn't ready. Waited 9 more minutes and food was finally walked out. Rest of food was then cold. Then getting home, my 8 piece chicken nuggets had 7 chicken nuggets and 1 piece of just fried breading. Very disappointing for spending almost 40 dollars.

    Very disappointed in my Chick- Fil-A experience today! I literally had to have my order refunded due to the long wait. I received part of my order around 13 minutes after placing my order, All I was missing was my chocolate shake. After about 3 minutes of waiting someone asked what I was waiting on, I told them and then they went to go check on it! After waiting a total of 7 minutes for my shake I decided to just cancel everything and just get a refund at this point I was in the store for 20 minutes total. And the manager that had to come and approve my refund only words to me were there’s your shake! As they had brought it up as I’m getting refunded. I literally wasted MY time visiting this location with an expectation of having a meal! Ok I’m done complaining now since I can’t eat more chicken!!! I guess I’ll settle for a Whataburger.

    Drive through is a well oiled machine. Line is always long, but it moves quickly and I never have any issues. Any time I go inside to pick up, its a nightmare. So much organization outside, but the moment you walk in, that organization goes out the window. Definitely double check your orders. They move so fast that they tend to miss things.

    It's Chick-fil-A. It's all about chicken. I had a spicy chicken salad that was a good size. Others in our group had tenders and nuggets. Waffle fries are a good change of pace vs. most other places. Overall a good place.

    The food was really good. But their workers need to work on keeping their word. When we were told by an employee that they would come around and refill our drinks for us, we thought that was pretty convenient and very nice of them. To our disappointment, though, we were more than halfway done with our meals, and still nobody came to give us a refill. My sister-in-law ended up going up to the counter to refill our drinks. This wasn't even at a busy time of the day either. Don't offer your customers a service like that if you don't intend on following through with it. People don't like to be parched during their meal.

    I rarely treat myself and decided to this morning as I have a hectic weekend ahead of me. I was so excited because I haven’t had the chicken minis in quite some time. I was highly disappointed when I opened my bag to the soggy, chaotic mess that changed my opinion of spending $14 on breakfast.

    Food and service are always top notch. Seating area was recently redone and what's left is well maintained and lovely, just wish they didn't decrease the amount of seating available. So busy all the time so the fewer number of tables makes it increasingly harder to find a seat to eat!

    tried Chick Fil A for my first time & was not super impressed. chicken nuggets didn’t taste seasoned, chicken sandwich doesn’t come with mayo added. the waffle fries were good. the employees were friendly, we got our food pretty quickly. this location needs some improvements to their parking lot however, it was a nightmare getting in & trying to figure out where to go. it just wasn’t good enough to be as expensive as it is. i definitely prefer Popeye’s.

    We use to love this Chick-fil-A location. The people are so friendly and the service is great. But since the remodel the dining area has been freezing. You are constantly caught is the cross blow of the 2 doors on either end. There are not enough seats either. Many regulars that we greet say the same thing. Do something to warm it up please!

    Went inside too eat. They forgot about us. Had to go ask where food was I absolutely hate it when you pay for the food, then you wait and wait only to find out they skipped over and forgot about you. When we finally got the food, it was warm, taste was there, but will think really long about going there again. 36.00 for 3 people, we could have went to a nice sit down.

    I usually am very happy about the food I receive from here. Tonight is a different story… My family and I went through the drive through to get two eight piece chicken nugget meals MEDIUM and a kid meal. The fries were suppose to be a medium and are usually fresh and filled but this is what we were given tonight. Out of all places I didn’t expect this from Chick Fil A.

    Great place for lunch or a snack! Even though they are often very busy, their drive thru is extremely fast. Employees are very nice. Never have had a screw-up in our order or anything wrong, Would highly recommend!

    Chick Fil A is always high quality. The Market Salad with crispy chicken on it is the best salad at any fast food restaurant. While I cringe at some of their sociopolitical activities, I trust their food and its quality.
