Sat at the bar….food was as per usual. I don’t understand that no matter how you order a steak here, it never gets prepared properly. During the meal I noticed the soda fountain gun hose was running through the ice bin that the bartender used to make drinks with. As I was leaving, I politely informed the manager of the situation. Insisted of a rational response, I was told I was wrong and there is no way. I told her she should probably check it out herself. She got an attitude and walked off. Not sure why she acted that way…I didn’t demand anything or request anything from her. I was just trying to inform her of a potential sanitation issue. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS.

The bread and butter was good! Definitely not fine dining a kinda loud but fun atmosphere. Blue Lemonade taste not that great don't recommend it but kids will love the sugar. Ask for Napkin. Pretty good on the Onion Blossom. Steak was okay not amazing the ribeye was cook medium in some part and rare is some part. So is okay 3/5

The drinks were perfect, and the food is always good. The server was so on top of things, it was just nice all together.

First time coming to this location, there was a thirty minute wait which wasn't too bad. The waitress was very friendly and prompt taking our orders. She came back periodically to check on us and removed empty plates/glasses quickly. My food came out quickly and it was seasoned just right. The rolls were hot and fresh, one of my favorite things to eat here. It's a great place to come have dinner and hang out or for date night. A+

Called ahead to make sure they would take our party of 10. They said yes. We show up, wait for 2 hours for a table. We finally get called up and they try and sit us at 2 tables. We didn't go to dinner as a family to eat at separate tables. We asked for the manager who kept saying this was the best we do and refused to work with us. She was blunt and not friendly which is weird because we spent nearly $300... Finally she budged and let us sit down at the same table. If you're the manager you think you'd pass along information to your employees so they can provide clear, and accurate information. No one in their right mind would try to separate a party of people. That's how you lose business. Permanently. We ended up staying but won't be coming back. Our server was great, food was mediocre and flavorless. Frustrating experience for our entire family.

Our experience was more than enjoyable. My nephew loved his fries and the environment allowed him to play without disrupting other patrons. My sister Bailey had the steak well-done with loaded mashed potatoes and about 4 rolls.

One of my favorite places to eat at. Me and Hubby had dinner there. We were full after our salads and rolls. The rolls are so delicious.

Everything was really good here hot and fresh rolls when we sat down. My wife had a half slab of ribs and really enjoyed the fall off the bone tenderness. I had country fried chicken and mashed potatoes With made from scratch parade on both. Our waiter was quick and easy to deal with. We've tried Texas Roadhouse in 3 different locations and this saved to be the best on our visits.

Highly suggest you take advantage of the wait list feature. We only had to wait an additional few minutes from the proposed wait. The service was amazing. Our waiter Laura was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Even making up a new term called medium+. Which is between medium and medium-well for your steak. I really think it’s something she made up on the fly lol. Our experience overall was great. Not the highest quality in steaks 🥩 but I feel the atmosphere and the exceptional service from ALL THE STAFF, especially Laura makes up for it all. 👏🌺🤙

Pretty good , did the call ahead and was easy to get in and get our table. Waitress was on it, did a great job.

My husband & I shared a full slab of ribs. They were fall off the bone tender with a delicious flavor. We had a Caesar Salad & sweet potato. We ea had a margarita. Everything was great! Rolls too. Great friendly service. Thanks a bunch!👍

Ordered online because I was surprising my Husband with dinner He works at a (TV Station) Food had been sitting out for awhile it was cold and I was missing items that where on my ticket also my kids drinks were not ready I had to ask for them. Most likely not going back to this Texas Roadhouse.

Should figure out the online check in better! I did it and showed up on time lady told me there is still 7 large groups in front of me that it could be a little while! I asked her to please specify what’s a little while 5mins-60mins or what!? She couldn’t say all she kept saying is it could be while!

We had a wonderful experience. Our server was excellent. The place was very busy since it was Father's Day but she took good care of us and was always smiling and cheerful. The food was great. Good size portions, seasoned well and cooked as we requested. We'll probably be going here a lot more often.

Awesome place! Food was great, I don't eat bread but those rolls were the bomb, and that's all I wanted to eat lol. Nice selection of margaritas to choose from. I was so full I had to take ALL of my food home. The service was amazing, the manager stopped by to make sure we were happy. Hubby has been on the hunt for "Stevenson's" quality Prime Rib for years, and has FINALLY found it! 1000%!!

Food was pretty good, forgot gravy but.... Very unhappy with the Margaritas....Very sour and came with no limes. Lee Summit you keep failing.. I just cant go back there..

It's my first time. A friend of mine, a local, suggested to have dinner here to experience the all american food. I was so thankful he brought us here. Super generous servings, lively and polite crew, and delicious food. I said that I will be back again as there are so many more to try. The roll buns is the best one and it's freeee.

It was Father's Day, and the wait was only 40 minutes. We put our name in on the way there, so we didn't wait too long. The food was very good. I had the prime rib. It was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The vegetables were very good as well. They also have the best rolls with cinnamon sugar butter.

Great service today by Laura! Came into today and had great food with great prices and a great time. My best friend had a Green Tea Shot, it wasn't on the menu but the bartender found out how to make one! That shot delivered by the bartender and my friend loved the shot! Cant wait to come in next time after a nice friday evening.

Tonight was one of the best dine in experiences I have had in a long time. Our server Tammie... She gets 15/5 stars. She was the best server I have had in as long as I can remember. We didn't wait for anything, she had our drinks topped at all times and was so kind. She had that energy like she enjoys her job and enjoys being there. So about out to her. Thank you so much for making tonight amazing. It was my brother's birthday dinner and he had a great time as well.

The last 3-4X I have gone to this restaurant we had Laura as our server, she is AMAZING. She was always around when we needed something and was super quick even during a Saturday night dinner rush. Her attitude was BEAUTIFUL! I always look forward going to Texas Roadhouse as long as she is working and I can get her section here at this location. Laura keep your bubbling and smiling and POSITIVE attitude always please! you are a LIGHT in this dark world :)

Food was good but they would not give us silverware or napkins. I had to eat my steak with my hands. Thankfully the burger we got came with a stick. We did eventually get silverware and the steak was cooked perfectly

We have not been to this particular Texas Roadhouse location prior to this visit. SERVICE was phenomenal. I would have given a 5 star rating for food but the ribeye steak was sliced super thin so was more like a medium well vs. medium cooked. Would definitely go back.

I had a to go order. The person who picked up my food said: the young lady at the window was superb. My pieces of fish were extremely small yet very tasty. I did a survey online, and there was nowhere to add that feedback, so I'm glad this came up. Perhaps the restaurant will see this. My sides were good also. I forgot to take pics. The football game was on, and I was hungry.

Roger, our server, was exceptional. Very personable and attentive. We each had the Country Fried Sirloin. They were very good, as was the chili. Prices were very reasonable. Restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Texas Roadhouse has my favorite salmon I've ever eaten. The loaded mashed potatoes are also very good.

Our server was constantly checking on us. The food was great, and the hot rolls hit the spot. Great ambiance and excellent service.

Started with sampler choice of 4 items potato slices are really thin & just about charred asked for no sauce on chicken but came out with hot sauce server didn't even bother taking it back after she was informed. Main course was ok asked for "medium rare" got "well" instead steak. Got a single refill on drinks then server without asking brought us a to go cup

Super delicious food! Staff was friendly, we were seated fairly quick. Environment wasn't as peppy this time as I'm used to them being, but it was the end of their night.

The wait staff wasn't as friendly as the staff in blue springs it was a lot of us seven to be exact they brought us a basket of four rolls for seven people and the portion sizes for the food seem to be a lot smaller than what we had in blue springs evev our appetizer was smaller then when our food came it was cold I'm sure this is suppose to be made to order food it should have been hot when we got our food the waiter wasn't very attentive didn't pay attention to us or even check on us got our drink orders mixed up because he wasn't writing anything down it was a lot of us s he should have written things down later on a lady came by and asked how everything was I told her our food was cold she asked if we wanted to have it redone we said. No because we had waited a long time for this plus we had kids at the table so she took 10 dollars off I guess that's something but I will not return to this texas Roadhouse

Ordered online for pick. Good was ready as stated online and was hot and delicious. Pork chops with seasoned rice, if you haven't tried it, try it!!! Always delicious.

We found a piece of porcelain glass from there plates/bowls in our mashed potatoes! Be careful!

This location is quickly becoming my favorite "go to" for a quick bite and nice pour and I haven't had a bad meal yet. 🤞🏼 The fried pickles are AAAHMAZING! Seriously, if you haven't had them yet, please give them a try! Great steaks and chops and the BEST bartenders.

Our neighborhood Texas Roadhouse has very friendly staff. The very few times i have had an order issue, it has been resolved quickly and was more than acceptable. Many of the staff know us by name and treat us like family. I was once present when one of the customers had a medical emergency and the staff handled it quickly and professionally. One of the best parts of dining here, for me, is that if you want to just go to the bar, there is usually no waiting, just sit, order, enjoy!

Amazing steaks everything I go here. I would highly recommend 👌 for your new food 😋 😍. Highly recommend getting the 80z kc strip. They did get rid of the bull riding and peanut eating because of the virus. If you go here make sure to ask for extra buttered rolls. You will not be disappointed. The butter they serve them with is delicious. Oh and for an appetizers get the fried pickles . For party's of four or more you might want to order a couple of orders.

To me I thought that Texas Roadhouse pretty nice place to eat, family oriented and the food is good to me. but of course Simon is my steak even though they have all types of steaks, and all the fixings that go with It.

We have always had a great experience when we dine in. Tonight we ordered to go and got there too early. It was to be done at 5:00. At 5:10 they text me to pick up at window. Then had to wait because there were 4 people ahead of me. She told me to check the food but I was so tired and hungry I did not. Big mistake. They left out my husbands potato. I won’t pick up another order from them. Cold food is not good. It’s too expensive and risky for carry out. My fault. I should have checked.

Dined in this past Sunday. The food and our server was excellent! He was friendly, attentive and everything came out correctly and tasted great. Only 3 Stars because we were not greeted when we came in or spoken to when we left, and they were not busy with other customers... just lacking basic hospitality/ customer service. We also asked if we could be seated with a view of a TV (Go CHIEFS!) And they acted put out by the request.

They the wait times for a table. Then give you different times when you you start adling questions. And, why is there a 17 yr taki g reservations and not giving correct wait times

Food was good. It was my daughter's 6th birthday. She only wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate. She was so excited to do the saddle but the waitress told us the most they could do was announce her birthday to the restaurant. She was pretty disappointed.

Our server Chase was fine but the food wasn't the prime rib for scold wasn't cooked right sweet potatoes couldn't melt butter they were so cold not once but twice I don't know if it was because we went after 8. but not a great experience this time my food was sent back two times and no one came to talk to me or said anything it was just not the best I think I'll stick with Blue Springs

So.. we had a large group.. mostly munchkins.. our server (young dude tall an had his nails painted which I thought was cool) was prompt, persistent an had our orders perfect.. gave em uh hefty tip for doing such a great job.. a few of us did get sick later that night but I'm not convinced it was the food.. our steaks were cooked to perfection.. our meals were all correct.. our wait time an time till food was incredible.. I ain't uh fan uh eating out.. but the service here was friggin on the ball..
