Daniels Modern Dentistry are GREAT!!!! Dr. Tyler Griffith and the whole staff are the friendliest people. All the way from reception to the Dental Care Providers, and Dr. Griffith himself, the level of kindness and professionalism they show is top-notch. I came in for multiple visits, and Dr. Griffith and his Dental Staff did a great job addressing my dental needs. Also, I love the "Serve Day" event they hold annually, where they provide free dental care to those in need as a form of community service. The "Serve Day" event highlights the amount of care they show for their patients. I always rave to friends and family about how great Daniels Modern Dentistry is and recommend them to everyone needing dental care.

Bryan is my go to tech. He is fabulous, always cheerful and understanding of your situation. He makes you feel at ease and the most important person in the room. Dr. Griffith is always accommodating and tries to find the best solution for your circumstances. This is your one stop shop folks. No referrals needed, same day crowns that are perfect. Friendly and understanding staff! He has specialists, oral surgeons and more so you don’t have to go to 3 different offices! Love this group!

Visited Daniels Modern Dentistry, an what a awesome experience! I had a root canal and crown all in the same day by Dr. Tyler Griffith. They have the best technologies for all Your dentistry needs. Dr.Griffith was very sweet and gentle, explained everything great and his assistant Bryan hats off to you both for a great procedure. At the front desk I was greeted by the office manager Jaime and the rest of the staff with a smile and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for all your dental needs!

Notice how most reviews are either 1 or 5 stars? The 1 stars are the honest reviews, similar wording in the 5 star reviews which tells me they are paid to inflate ratings. Be warned, this is a 1 star dentist office. Spent 5 hours at the dentist with the promise if we can get the scans completed that day (along with tooth work) I would only have to come back for my Crown Cap delivery/placement. 2 days before appointment was told they would have to use the visit to rescan my tooth. Feedback Why wasn't I notified earlier? If crowns only take a week delivery, my appointment was booked 3 weeks out. I could have came in sooner for scans and kept my original appointment. Your front office told me if I want a 9am the soonest would be 3 weeks out. Making a 3 week process almost 2 months. I would think with my situation the office could be a little flexible since you made the mistake. This just happed, if you CALL ME and make this right. I'll update my review. If you leave the standard response with your normal office line number, forget it. I understand mistakes happen, but it's all about how you handle it afterwards.

I’m a new patient at Daniel’s Modern Dentistry. Overall my experience was a good one. The place is beautiful and very clean. The staff members that really stood out to me were Paij who answered all my questions and help me tremendously will billing. She was very professional and compassionate. The other person that made my experience enjoyable (let’s be serious no one likes going to the dentist) was Charles the hygienist. Best experience I have ever had.

Very Unprofessional! Made appointment for my partner with a referral for an oral surgeon. They scheduled him with dentist w/o his knowledge and refused to see him when he answered thinking he was speaking to the oral surgeon. We apologize for the miscommunication; which was not our fault. They explained everyone has to see the dentist 1st. Should have been nice to have been told! It was a STAT referral! Who does this!

There was so much warmth when I was greeted at the front desk. Viviana, Yailenis and Bryan worked with me alongside Dr Griffith. They are professional, knowledgeable and have very good interpersonal relationships skills. Dr Griffith is an excellent Dentist and his knowledge of the profession is “beyond reproach.” I was impressed with the latest diagnostic tools. I recommend this Dental office without any reservations.

Very nice facility. However, once I was brought back for x-rays things began to really slow down. 3 different people helped me with my x-rays which I thought was unusual. The mouthpiece to help take the x-rays was very uncomfortable, even cut a part of my mouth. It seemed the third person that was helping me had a hard time getting the shot they needed which dragged out the uncomfortable process. Once I was taken back for my cleaning I sat in the cleaning chair for 45 mins before the cleaning began. Very little communication was given as to what was taking so long. Something of concern came to the dentist attention after viewing by x-rays regarding my wisdom teeth. They said they would send them to an oral surgeon they know to have a look and let me know what they thought. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Lastly, the cleaning was very uncomfortable as well. I haven’t had a cleaning that painful at any other dentist before. The cleaning seemed rushed and not thorough. It was clear from employee dialogue in other rooms that they were overbooked. I understand that my visit was a first time visit, but I don’t believe I will be returning. Unfortunately my spouse had a similar experience as well.
