I recently stopped at the McDonald's in Kingston and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Firstly, the location is extremely convenient - it is easily accessible off the highway, making it a perfect pit stop for travelers. The restaurant itself is newly renovated, and it shows - the interior is very clean and bright, with a modern design that is visually appealing. The food at this McDonald's is cooked fresh, which is always a plus. Whether I was ordering a spicy McCrispy or McDouble or a freshly made fries, everything tasted delicious. The staff at this location were also a standout - they were very friendly and efficient, making my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend the McDonald's in Kingston to anyone passing through the area. It is clean, modern, and the food and service are top-notch. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in Kingston.

Service is horrible at Division st. Took an hour to pick up food. Watched employees stand and talk to each other rather than help out packing food or getting orders ready. It's easy to go here as it's just off 401, I will not order food here again. I'd go to Canadian Tire for a bag of chips and beef Jerry before I go there.

It has come to our attention for the past two months that the staff either likes to give less than what's ordered, or new staff members don't know how to read the order screen... this is the 10th time our own order of dbl hamburgers are coming to us with a single patty. We even had one where we ordered a double hamburger with an extra patty and only got two..... smarten up and do the job right please.

Had to wait a while for my breakfast sandwich, but it was night time, so I understand. I work nights though, so wanted it at that time. Manager explained that they were making a fresh egg, and eventually gave me my coffee whole I waited. I appreciated that, and he was really nice. While I waited for the sandwich an employee came to my table and asked for my name and phone number. Turns out that she wasn't looking for a date, but collecting information for covid 19 tracking. I politely advised her that I would appreciate if they respected my privacy and left. I understand why the information is being collected, but I choose not to share my information, and she didn't seem surprised or offended. The sandwich and coffee were both good. I do appreciate being able to get breakfast all day.

This McDonald's have the worst service during night time. The lady at the window was really rude. Even it happened to my friend on the same day and that lady works everyday at night. I told her I am here to pick up my mobile order and she said drive to the window,once I reached she asked to pay 20 cents! Which doesn't even make any sense!! When I asked why should I pay she started yelling at me!! And asked to drive up and park in the parking lot!

Everytime we go SOMETHING gets messed up. We are picky and always take toppings off our burgers. The slips are always on them but they always seem to be fully loaded! Why have the option if you're not going to even attempt to follow the instructions? 😡🤬

This location runs so badly. They are continually messing up orders or missing items from orders. After a few times i called and complained and they said theyd send us coupons for free meals but never did. Even ordering on skipthedishes. We were missing the fries from our bigmac meal. Ridiculous.

I stop at this McDonald's every time I drive from Montreal to Toronto and I always have such a good experience. The food has always been hot and fresh but moreso the people that bring the food out to the curbside pick up are always extremely friendly and show a sense of pride in their jobs. 5/5 will visit again.

Staff very pleasant fast service. The big boss really treated his workers great. 10 plus fast efficient service store nice and clean. Thanks for the coffee it was great. Now back to Toronto

Only one cashier on... That can't speak or understand English... Continuously talks over you... Could not get a simple 10 nugget meal right... Just kept repeating "10 piece that all"... And only ordered 10 piece... If you are thinking of eating here... Don't save yourself the trouble eat anywhere else!

Great food. It all tasted so good. Staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

By far the slowest and worst service I’ve ever experienced at any fast food chain. Sat in drive through for 5 minutes and didn’t move. Went inside and took another 20 minutes to get food.

Easily the dirtiest and most unkept McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The washrooms had pee on the toilet and floor, garbage in the stalls, no one cleaned anything. When we went to the play place we had to wipe our own tables. Asked the staff to wipe them and she gave me a cup of dirty water and some napkins. Never coming back - stay away

Why have a play center to shut it because it's too much effort to keep up but still struggle to even clean your tables and bathrooms? We only come to this location because of the play area only to disappoint our kids because the staff is incapable to run the place properly.

I ordered theee items. Just got one, almost at the point of hitting road, I discovered the bag was missing two of three items; had to return to the store and they told me "sorry we are out of that, please choose something else". I don't know why if the food is out of stock they are still selling those baked goods. The fries are tasteless.

We had a very pleasant experience yesterday at this location. The first kiosk we went to wasn't working so we moved to a 2nd. We had difficultly with this one as well, even though it seemed to be working. Two lovely teen girls asked if we needed help (yes, we're old) and helped us navigate thru the order process. We opted to pay at the counter since we had so much trouble with technology, failing to realize that we had to go to the order counter to pay before our order would be processed. After waiting in the line for quite a while, the manager checked twice with me to see what I'd ordered. When he realized that I had been waiting because I hadn't paid, he explained and then said our breakfast was "on him". He gave me a number for our table and then promptly delivered our free breakfasts to us. This is a perfect example of kindess (the teens) and outstanding customer service. Made our day!

Asked us to wait for our order in the Drive Thru. The burger was fresh and hot. Fries were cold. Ketchup packages had drips of honey on them Yuck. Really? How do you get your money back when it's a drive thru and you are travelling.😩

good vibes from this McDonald's, nice cashier/front desk person. Got one of those donut things and it was alright. Bathroom was clean and atmosphere was good. Good vibes.

Service was amazing! Rule of thumb anywhere though- check your order before you leave. I was missing part of my order but only realized after I left. Since I was passing by again, I called to ask for a refund. Dave ( I think he was the manager) was very apologetic and gave me some bonus items as compensation. Mistakes happen and I know they’re busy, but happy to see that customer service is still prioritized!! Thank you Dave- you made our day

wow～First time I've had a McMuffin charred to a crisp!

This is a hub location, and it comes with its fair share of issues but there are several amazing staff members, particularly Lisa and Jackie - those two ALWAYS make my day a little brighter.

The workers here apparently cannot count to 6 as my 6 pack of nuggets had only 4 pieces in it!! Seriously, how hard is it to put 6 nuggets in a 6 piece order? Poor Canada. I tried to call to inform them and nobody answers the phone.

The new layout is absolutely terrible. There are no walls, no privacy, you can hear everyone's conversation. We are definitely moving our mornings to another location.

Was very good but building was cold. Nice modern layout just needed a slight boost in temp. Food well prepared and cashier very nice.

Very conveniently located 2 minutes south of highway 401. Ample free parking in shopping center mall. Looks like it has recently been renovated with modern dining area.

I went to the drive-thru I picked at the fries on my way home.. when I bit into the sandwich I had to spit it out it was horrible it was a crispy chicken sandwich... I don't know what the hell it was but it sure as heck didn't taste like chicken. I will never eat at McDonald's again

This McDonald's in Kingston is the best pit stop when traveling to and from Montreal. The place is always clean and great staff. We happened to stop with the kids on Thanksgiving Monday and they were going over and above to make everyone's day a little bit happier.

There is too much rush for everything. The employees don’t know what products they carry and realize it after charging for it. Worst ever poutine. Fries were cold, half cooked and poutine gravy was so less in comparison to the fries and cheese. Had much better poutine at different McDonald’s locations.

Same old good McDonald! Really nice to finally get one McDonald that is still able to serve exactly what have been ordered, hot and tasty. We stopped going to McDo Andre years ago as the order is never as we ask for (i.e. wrong sandwich received, missing a fries or a full meal....), But this McDo delivered exactly what we have ordered. Restaurant is really clean, even the toilets and the self service area. Great job, as that was a lot of people when we passed by.

Always stopped at this McDonald when travelling on HWY-401. This place is clean, staff is very helpful and food is always fresh. Recommend this area on HWY-401 as this has Tim Hortons, Starbucks, A&W, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen and Shoppers Drug mart.

I have stopped there a number of times on my way to and from Ottawa, it's a good half-way stop. Service is good, this location has space to sit down and is easy and close to access from the 401. It's a Mc Donald's restaurant ultimately, a good one.

Ordered from the self serve. Took a number for at the table service. Our order was duely delivered to the table. The server asked if we wanted ketchup with the fries. Yes, ofcourse. And we got several packs of ketchup right away. Service was great. Food was good for a stopover in Kingston. No complaints.

Swing and a miss! Big Mac meal, fries were awesome fresh, crispy, hot. Bit into the Mac, and damn it was cold and the kicker was only one patty on the top. No wonder it was cold. Service was very friendly, so two stars I stead of one because of the fries and the staff.
