    I started training with Overpower Leeds in September of this year. I had recently moved to the area and wanted to start something new to improve my general physical fitness and mental wellbeing. I had done classes at indoor gyms before but this is a whole new level. Grant makes the effort to get to know us all on a personal level and is supportive and encouraging without making sessions feel like a โ€œbootcampโ€ style workout. I canโ€™t fault it and joining OP was one of the best decisions Iโ€™ve made.

    I love this so much, started in Jan 2022 and feel so at home. Grant and John are fab coaches helping keeping you motivated and checking in your form as you move though the different exercises. Lots of different times to suit everyone too.

    I'd asked Over Power Leeds for info twice before I finally committed to joining and I really wish I had done it sooner. I joined on the 8 week transformation programme and it was the kick up the bum I needed to address the bad habits that had got worse during Covid-19. The early classes are perfect for me....don't get me wrong who does like getting up at 5.45am....but the class is done, I'm mentally set for the day and I can still get to work on time. Classes are varied, worthwhile and have made a huge difference to my strength and wellbeing.

    I actually enjoy the sessions and never get bored. Grant and Jon are so helpful and knowledgeable. Come along you will not regret it!

    I have been going to overpower sessions since the end of 2019 and still love it now as much as I did when I started (well I probably love it more now)! Everyone is so welcoming and the exercises are always varied. Grant and Jon are really good at encouraging everyone and I always feel like Iโ€™ve achieved something when the sessions are over. I would recommend Overpower to anyone without hesitation.

    I have been at Overpower since August 2018. It's so good for my fitness and mental health. Grant is really supportive, checks in and responds really quickly when I get in touch asking questions on nutrition, exercise etc. The zoom sessions have been so motivating, Grant and Jon have corrected my technique even over Zoom. I'm really looking forward to outdoors though, it's such a great atmosphere with lots of lovely ladies encouraging each other. There are so many different session times that whatever happens at work etc I can adapt my routine to get to a session. I love the 6.15 sessions, it sets me up for the day! December 2022 now and I still stand by all of the above!

    I joined Overpower after been a member of a gym and donโ€™t regret it one bit. I saw changes in my body and fitness in only 3 months of joining. The classes are always varied and always the option to try different weights. Grant and Jon are very knowledgeable and push you. Love the training outside and the music. Only thing is it can be a bit addictive in that you want to go more ๐Ÿ˜€. Iโ€™ve now been at Overpower for 18 months and loving it more now then when I started. Iโ€™ve increased my sessions and Iโ€™m feeling my fittest, strongest and healthiest Iโ€™ve ever been. I am more aware of what I eat and how much water I drink and now itโ€™s become the norm.

    I was looking for something new and challenging to keep up my fitness routine and so joined Over Power Leeds - it was a great decision. Grant, Jon and Alice made the first 6 weeks so easy, so I decided to stick with it and five months on, Iโ€™m still really enjoying the sessions. Each session feels different, challenging and always a great atmosphere with a really lovely group of ladies. There are plenty of sessions to choose from, so I can get sessions in around work and family and I feel stronger and fitter than I have in years.

    Iโ€™ve been with Over Power Leeds for just over a year and itโ€™s the longest Iโ€™ve ever stuck to any exercise regime. You never do the same session twice and everyone is so friendly. Grant, Jon and Alice always push you to do your best but never judge. Still going after nearly 2 years! Grant, Jon and all of the ladies are so supportive and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nearly 3 years on and just got my 500 circuits T-shirt. Joining Overpower has made me fitter, stronger and improved my mental health massively.

    I have been working out with Over Power since October, and I have absolutely LOVED IT! I found that it was the best decision for me to push myself even further with my fitness! Grant, John and Alice all offer some wonderful workouts accessible to everyone! There is also access to Yoga sessions with Anja that are incredibly wonderful to strengthen your core but also slow down your breathing and thinking! Over Power has helped me keep on making progress even through lockdown! I would absolutely recommend joining to anyone that might want to either start working out, or want to challenge themselves!

    Overpower Leeds has completely changed my attitude towards exercise! I have never consistently stuck with exercise for as long before! The sessions are varied and Grant, Jon and Alice are supportive and encouraging! They've been brilliant at helping me to understand nutrition more and I'm so pleased with the progress I've made since I joined in July. If you're looking for a friendly and supportive environment and exercise sessions that'll keep you motivated give Overpower Leeds a go!

    I joined Over Power around three months ago after never having been to any kind of fitness class previously, mainly for fear of being the unfit one at the back that everyone looks at! Right from my first call with Grant, all of my fears and worries were alleviated and I decided to just give it a go, not sure how long I would keep it up for. Fast forward three months and I'm joining classes consistently, feeling stronger, and actually enjoying getting fitter for the first time in a long time after only previously playing team sports. I'd recommend joining to anyone who's considering it; there's plenty of variation, the classes are motivating, Grant & Jon are really supportive with all elements of your health and fitness and will help tailor things to you, and you'll have fun along the way!

    I joined Over Power Leeds in Jan 2020 after deciding I needed to do something about my weight and fitness. I signed up for the 6 week transformation and over 60 weeks later Iโ€™m still here! I love how I have lost weight and got stronger with Over Power Leeds. I am over a stone lighter, lost inches everywhere and Grant and the team are great! They are always there to offer support, advice and a kick up the bottom when needed. I only expected to do my 6 weeks and quit, but there is something amazing about Grant, Jon, Alice and all the fab ladies at Over Power that makes me stay! The t-shirts are also addictive! Iโ€™m so close to my 200 circuits ๐Ÿ˜‚

    I joined overpower 18months ago when I was 4m postnatal and wanting to feel comfortable in my clothes again. Grant, Jon and Anja have all been great and really supportive along the way and alway accommodating when I bring my daughter to the workouts! I feel fitter and stronger for having joined and made some lovely friends who help with motivation in the sessions!
