    Enjoy every session with James, as each one is varied and I feel pushed to reach new goals which I'd never do on my own. Put off having a personal trainer for a long time and so glad I chose him to work with. One on one without other gym users is a huge plus. Would thoroughly recommend

    James is an excellent PT, really supportive and encouraging, with an excellent knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition. I have learned a lot about how to fuel my body and how to work out effectively. The personalised programmes work well as they can be adapted to suit everyone. Really enjoying the sessions.

    Having had a personal training before and did not like the experience my son put me in touch with Leeds Personal Training. After reluctantly attending my first session with James I am so glad I went. James is an excellent trainer I have lost weight, gained more strength and have become a lot fitter. I now look forward to my weekly sessions.

    James is an excellent trainer and LPT is an excellent training facility - spotlessly clean and welcoming. James has in-depth knowledge and is a highly qualified personal trainer. This allows him to adapt my sessions to ensure I get the most out of them. He is patient, encouraging and ensures the quality of movement that is so important to achieving improvement. I thoroughly recommend James and LPT.

    James is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, I felt incredibly comfortable and motived the moment I started working with him and feel it’s a bargin for the quality of equipment and service provided, looking forward to my session next week!! Would recommend to anyone of any skill level!

    I had a few training sessions with James whilst I have been back in the UK and I was so impressed with the workouts. He really challenged me with weights I didn't think I could lift and explained each exercise in terms of how it impacted certain muscles! James is super professional, knowledgeable and motivated as a Personal Trainer and I would highly recommend him.

    I started with Leeds PT around a month ago and I’m really enjoying it. I joined with little to no experience with weights and James has been a great trainer so far, I couldn’t recommend him enough! Definitely worth going to get more experience with the gym, stay motivated and enjoy working out!

    I trained with James for a few sessions before I had to stop for unrelated financial reasons, but the sessions were great! Even within those three sessions I genuinely noticed an improvement in my strength and cardio :D James was friendly and professional, made sure I was doing the exercises right, and made sure to check in with me and encourage taking healthy pauses during sessions as I was prone to almost-fainting. Would 10/10 recommend training here to anyone!

    I am really enjoying my personal training sessions at Leeds Personal Training in Horsforth. The place is easily accessible and has great equipment. James is a great trainer and keeps things interesting with lots of variety between weights and cardio. Highly recommend.

    Fantastic personal training sessions! James has the perfect balance of working to your current fitness levels, but also pushing you to achieve more and more every session. Would highly recommend!

    As someone who doesn’t enjoy working out alone or in a busy gym, training at LPT is ideal. It’s great having a dedicated PT and your own private gym. My trainer James made me feel so at ease from the moment we started, he listens and makes every session different, and tailors them to my specific needs. I really enjoy training here and I am so glad I found this place! It’s local, easy to access and has made exercise so much more enjoyable! Thank you LPT!

    I started training with James recently and I couldn't be more pleased. I have never worked out with a personal trainer before and was nervous about starting. But James is so friendly, which put me at ease. Our training sessions are always different and James knows how to challenge and motivate me to push myself, which is definitely what I need! I would 100% recommend Leeds Personal Training.

    I started coming to Leeds Personal Training with the aim of improving my running and staying injury free. After only a few weeks I can already see the difference that training with James has made: I'm feeling much stronger and running faster. Workouts are tailored to my individual goals; James explains the exercises really clearly, along with which muscles are being targeted and makes sure that each session is different. He helps to create a relaxed yet motivating atmosphere and the gym and training facilities are excellent. I would definitely recommend James and LPT!

    I’ve been training with James for several weeks now and thoroughly enjoy my sessions, I feel so motivated and look forward to each session, the atmosphere is relaxed and stress free. James knowledge of what you need to do to improve, build strength and tone up is second to none, with lots of tips on food and health. It took me some time to research and then build the courage to go to a PT, but I’m so pleased I made the right choice and can’t recommend Leeds PT enough. Thank you James

    I started training with James a few weeks ago and really enjoying it. I'd never had a personal trainer before but James is very friendly and has tailored all the sessions to my personal goals. Weight training always made me nervous but with the private gym and James's motivation I now really enjoy it. Definitely recommend!

    I decided to find a Personal Trainer after being advised by my doctors to build some strength and muscle around my joints. The prospect of working out with weights frightened me and made me nervous as gyms are a noisy and busy environment for me. Three months down the line, I look forward to my sessions with James, my workouts are tailored made to suit my abilities and goals, his support and guidance is unwavering, always patiently explaining which muscles are being worked and giving gentle encouragement when needed to help me make it through an exercise. His patience with me is astounding, when I am sore and tired it is hard for me to workout, he always finds a way to motivate and encourage me to safely work through any restrictions I experience. The conversations and music tastes are varied and I always find myself laughing at James, and his stories. The environment at LPT is relaxed while still professional, with clean facilities and a welcoming attitude.

    Gavin has delivered exactly what I asked for when I started personal training sessions with him. He found out what my goals were and what other activities I took part in. His well structured sessions have been tailored to achieving those goals in a way that built strength to complement my other activities (Tai Chi and Bouldering). He has given me straightforward exercises I can take away and use, with enough variety to maintain interest. As time went on he introduced other exercises and advice on nutrition in a low key, supportive way. Just what I wanted, happy to recommend.

    I am on my third week of training with James, he has pushed me beyond what I thought I could do, I am feeling great. It been many years since I focused on my health and exercise and James has made it incredibly easy to fall back into a positive mind set around exercise. He explains how to safely do each exercise for maximum results and I feel confident in a gym setting now!!! 10/10

    Having never stepped foot in a gym or used gym equipment before, James was able to coach me through a series of exercises for all round body strength. James was able to take into account the sports that I play and designed a strength programme for me to continue with on my own. After 2 sessions I felt confident enough to go and carry out the programme at a gym. James is always there for support and encouragement and I no have no doubt I'll be back to get more help and advice. If your'e looking for a great PT then Leeds Personal Training is the place to go.
