I've
been
training
at
ShireFit
West
Yorkshire
for
about
18
months
now
and
I
absolutely
love
it.
The
classes
are
really
varied
and
challenge
all
aspects
of
fitness,
strength
and
mobility,
with
plenty
to
learn
whether
you're
completely
new
to
training
or
have
been
working
out
for
years.
The
training
team
are
all
experts
in
their
field
and
the
coaching
that
they
provide
is
technique
driven
within
a
really
friendly
and
fun
environment
-
the
social
community
that
has
built
up
as
a
result
of
this
is
really
fantastic
too.
If
you
want
a
gym
that
offers
high
quality,
varied,
group
based
training
that
will
develop
your
cardio
fitness,
strength,
skill
and
social
life
and
make
you
feel
welcome
from
the
moment
you
walk
through
the
door,

I
would
highly
recommend
