I
have
stayed
here
several
times
and
always
enjoyed
the
spa
and
hotel
facilities.
However,
this
time
there
were
several
things
that
let
the
place
down.
Firstly,
the
room
was
cold
and
despite
using
the
heating
system,
the
room
didn't
warm
up.
In
the
spa
there
were
not
enough
relaxers
to
sit
on.
However,
despite
not
cheap,
the
food
in
the
restaurant
was
delicious,
so
this
made
up
for
the
other
issues.
Next
day
at
breakfast,
though,
my
group
had
to
wait
90
minutes
for
our
food!
The
staff
were
lovely
and
kept
apologising,
but
nonetheless,
that's
how
long
it
took!
When
it
came
it
was
tepid
and
had
obviously
been
sitting
somewhere
coagulating!
The
lady
who
greeted
us
and
said
she
would
be
looking
after
us
must
have
forgotten
her
promise!
As
I
say,
all
the
staff
were
delightful
but
there
really
needs
to
be
a
front
of
house
manager
to
take
care
of
this
sort
of
thing.
I
very
rarely
write
a
negative
review
but
I
feel
my
comments
should
be
recorded.
