Went to primark at trinity centre i spotted some shorts that was reduced from 12.00 down to 1.00 a snip at that price as I was off away the same week it always pays you to pop into the store to see what they have on offer at that time try to avoid the busy times best time to go after 5pm

It wasn't overly busy which I was relieved at but I wasn't impressed by the checkout lady. The younger staff were lovely and helpful but the woman serving us seemed like she found it difficult to speak to us ,maybe she was concentrating on eating the wasps she was chewing

This store offers cheap but good quality clothing. It is a bit messy as there are a lot of people visiting the store and moving things from one place to another. The staff are excellent and will do their best to keep the store clean and tidy.

It gets extremely busy here, especially on weekends and during seasonal events. I can’t fault the staff because they handle it flawlessly. However, the store can get a bit messy at times with things thrown on the floor and no one to clear it away.

**Scarf from Primark :** I recently purchased a scarf from Primark, and I must say I'm quite pleased with my purchase. The scarf is not only stylish but also affordable. It's perfect for adding a pop of color to my outfits, and the quality seems quite good for the price. I'm happy with this buy! **Hoodie from Primark:** I also bought a hoodie from Primark during my visit. While it was very budget-friendly, I have to admit that the quality isn't the best. It feels a bit thin and might not be the warmest option for colder weather. However, if you're looking for something casual and don't want to spend too much, it could still serve its purpose. **T-Shirts from Primark :** I picked up a few t-shirts at Primark as well. They were reasonably priced, but I did notice that the quality was not exceptional. The fabric seems a bit thin, and I'm not sure how they will hold up over time. They are okay for basic, everyday wear, but I wouldn't expect them to last for ages.

Not great. Usually quite reliable in terms of grabbable stuff for a quick change on a hot day, they didn't even have any t-shirts that weren't XX size.

Avoid on the weekends as there is massive queues which take about 15/20 minutes. In the weekday before 2pm is brilliant nice and quiet.

Never enough staff! I worked at Bristol Primark and there were always loads of staff on the tills and shop floor. Queues would move very quick, not at this store. Such long wait times at all hours. There were hangers and all sorts on the floor, but staff on shop floor were just standing around chatting. More staff is needed!

Very busy store but the staff were brilliant. There was a lady managing the tills and she was simply magnificent at keeping things moving. Primark give her a promotion.

Huge Primark with loads on offer that isn’t available in smaller stores. The home section is amazing too, you’ll need more than 1 basket if you are anything like me!!

Great primark, big 3 floors I think, but their stock is shocking. I guess that's primark all over. Its rare finding anything past a Large in the themed nighties, it's near impossible to find any 2xl! Need more stock, id buy every single one if I could find my size. Other than that, no complaint.

Primark is my go-to store for affordable and stylish fashion finds. The vast selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods never fails to impress. While it may get busy, the prices and quality are unbeatable. The staff is friendly, and the store layout is easy to navigate. A budget-friendly haven for fashion enthusiasts!

Primark has a great variety of clothes, accessories, etc. However, quality is a question as not all stuff you buy from there will stay for long. But, looking at the cheap rates compared with other outlets, wherein we are looking for basic necessity stuff, it's worth trying. If you believe in buying luxury, quality and are happy to spend then Primark is not your destination.

For how big it is and how busy it is, props to the staff for doing their best to keep the store looking as good as it can and keeping everything well stocked. The layouts great and easy to understand. PLENTY of choice for clothing, I love all the gimmicky clothing as of recent, especially The Simpsons stuff and CocaCola etc… Very affordable and durable clothing. Very busy important to note as it is in the middle of town.

Nice big primark with loads of good options and multiple checkout counters. Has a good range, and was able to get most Bridgerton stuff from there. Also good friendly cashiers.

Nice place to buy clothes for adults and children on reasonable price for all seasons. Highly recommended for outfits for all occasions.

Affordable, selection and range are limited, best if you wanna shop on a budget. Clothes have varying quality and durability but nothing with unacceptable quality. If you're not squeamish about their business practices then definitely consider shopping

I served by a lovely gentleman in Primark today, being disabled he took me to another till so I was stood waiting in the cue for ages. Over and beyond his pay grade. Will definitely go again 🥰

Cheap and simple clothes. Nice clean tidy shop. Staff very hard working. People leaving so big mess they have to put it back clothes. Very messy shop😁 but compere prices it's ok😊👍

A bit messy but the place is absolutely massive so must be hard to keep tidy, they also carry extra range compared to most Primark stores. I particularly enjoyed listening to an expletive ridden rant from a young girl called Mya who had taken exception to her managers request of wearing a headset and was loudly airing her profanity congested grievance to one of her similarly aged colleagues.

Good experience My grandsons choice BUT why do no city centre high street retailers cater for the younger teenage Male? Not all of the wish to have massive labels and messages on their clothes. Neither do they wish to dress in the drab colours mostly offered. Europe away from the Tourist areas does do much better.

Always a frustrating experience. Must be me but they very rarely have what I want/like in my size. I'm a size 10, average?? and have to get the XS as their size 10 swamps me and they never seem to have any. Prices really good though, quality of some stuff is unbelievable for the money.

Saturday afternoon, busiest day off a Bank Holiday weekend. Changing rooms on 1st floor closed. Minimal people making the checkouts good job that the WiFi is free or I may have died of old age and boredom before I could pay or try on the clothes I wanted to buy. At least i got my steps in walking between the denim section and the changing room and in the queue for the checkout

Feel sorry for the staff if I'm going to honest, everytime I visit people are trying stuff on (shoes) then just chucking them everywhere. I've watched staff picking up the carnage caused by shoppers, its not great that people think this is okay. Hope the management see this and are understanding to their staff, muck in and help out. Apart from that, all the staff are always friendly, helpful, nice to have a quick chit chat. Best to go in early, before the storm though.

Primark Leeds was clean, and more spacious then other Primarks. Staff friendly and felt they had a wide range of options.

A good selection of clothings and accessories. The place is always crowded. You cannot rely on the staffs to help you. The staffs are just there to tidy the mess the customers did with putting everything they have seen on the floor, or hanging the stuffs they cancel to buy on different rack. The plus point is the products are just very reasonably priced. Toilets are available outside the store, the Trinity toilet. Prayer room is also available outside the store.

Always enjoy this Primark on a quiet day; nice & spacious & always tidy. Staff member on the tills with the dark ponytail & fabulous moustache is lovely to be served by.

One of the only places for me to get jeans that actually fit. The sizes can be a bit funny so always triple check what you pick up. I can't get the jeans on the hangers just off the tables. No idea why but they are completely different fits. Yesterday I bought a size 16 jumper on the sticker to find out its actually a size 18 on the inside tag. Definitely had not been worn or the sticker removed. It is extremely tight on the sleeves. They rarely have any size 14-16 stock in but far too many size zero on display. Doesn't make my feel great about shopping there. Some of the seasons fashion choices they have been displing lately is awful.

Had to buy a jumper it was freezing outside. The cashier removed the labels for me, the long queues speak for the enduring love the public have for a bargain. Never had a problem with Primark produce.

Best deals. Best offers. Amazing prices. Great quality. So many choices. Home products. Definitely recommend and will go again. New range of summer clothes. Still the best quality products for the most affordable prices. 😍
