We have just bought an engagement ring at H Samuel from Amy, the supervisor at White Rose. We saw so many rings today and the reason I wanted to buy our ring from H Samuel, apart from the fact that it is completely stunning, is because of Amy. She was so helpful, happy, and obviously cared that she helped us in the best way she could. She explained everything so well and has gone above and beyond making phone calls to make sure we got the perfect ring. Thank you so so much!!!

I had some birthday money and was looking to buy something special. Entering the shop I was asked if I needed help I politely refused and told the assistant I was just looking. Moved to the next cabinet and was approached again. Once again I declined help, next cabinet a hand with a necklace was put in front of me from behind, did I want to buy this. By this time my patience was wearing thin and I very firmly said no. Moved to the next cabinet when guess what I was asked if I needed help. Enough is enough and I walked out feeling extremely harassed. It will be a good while before I try to shop here again.

Went in looking for a watch for me, left with a watch for my wife :) Marija was very helpful and really happy to let us try on as many watches as we liked! There were loads of other staff around too. The store is a medium-sized Samuel’s so doesn’t have everything that’s online, but they order in for you if you need anything. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Elizabeth today. I came because my necklace chain broke and was looking for a replacement. She helped us find the right thickness of chain and also untangled the broken one I came in with. We ended up buying another necklace too. Went today to get a gift for my sister and had the best customer service anyone could ask for. Amy was the lady who helped me and honestly she was fantastic, she was very kind and very helpful and I truly feel I've had the best possible service today. If you want knowledgeable people who serve you with a warm smile and are just great people, come here. Another thing, we looked at necklaces and you know she's sincere when she helped me find the best for what I wanted and didn't try and push me to the more expensive option. Wonderful service.

Amy was amazing! So friendly, did everything she could to help me find the perfect present for my best friend for her birthday when I had absolutely no idea what to purchase. Amy looked for the earrings to match the necklace by looking at local stores to ending up ordering online to my closest store. Amy was very professional and approachable and knew what she was talking about! If only every sales assistant was that polite. Even other sales assistants within the store were really friendly and chatted away like I’d known them for ages!

Visited today for my daughter to buy some earings in thr space of 5 minutes we had been approached as many times and asked if we needed any help, each time we politely declined. After deciding on the earings she wanted we looked for an assistant and were served, when at the till we were asked how we were paying which we advised cash and were told we were at the wrong till. Then when we were paying and the money had been passed over we were casually advised they have no change! At this point nothing could be done, the bag was handed over without a word, and i asked where the receipt was and then told "in the bag" .... nothing more than that ... no thankyou, no have a lovely rest of the day ... nothing .. so to say your service is Underwhelming is a total understatement!!!!!!!!

Came in today for a replacement for a broken silver chain and Ella couldn't have been more helpful! She was really kind and polite, sorted me out straight away, helped me with cover and also offered to polish my pendant. Someone give the lass a raise!

Been into the whiterose branch today and was served by Heena. She could not have been any more helpfull. She was brilliant and went above and beyond all expectations. Very lovely young lady and excellent service

Had a bumpy road but with help of the staff especially Yamale I’m finally in the clear. My Wedding band and engagement ring have never looked so great, after having them re-sized and re-rhodium plated my rings became thin, this was after been told due to it not been the first time they had been re-sized, my initial issues were sorted quite easily, it was only when my engagement ring appeared to have a line you could feel in the back like it was going to snap I had to go back, at this point I was anxious and upset, Yamale greeted me so quickly took me to a quite part of the store and started to work her magic, the options were a full replacement of a ring of similar value or repairing which was not the recommended option, after some tears because of course I have a huge sentimental attachment to the ring which has sat so proudly on my finger for a little over 6 years now, Yamale said not to make any decisions to take some time away, have a think and she would figure some bits out her end too, after mulling everything over I decided to go with the repair and my rings were sent away, Yamale kept me up to date with everything and said she would push for the best outcome, my rings came back sooner than expected, repair work has been carried out and additional metal added to strengthen the structure of the ring, FREE! Yamale, Zoe and all the staff are always so pleasant and approachable. Thanks so much for everything, I am enjoying having my rings back and proudly wearing them again without having to worry about them.

We shopped at the H Samuel’s in White Rose Court 17/3/23 and were served by the wonderful Olivia, she helped us pick out our perfect rings and made sure the sizes were both perfect fits. she was kind and very knowledgeable on the different types of rings

We went into H Samuel's after being completely oversold and treated like mugs at a different jewellers. I was feeling so down and sad thinking we weren't going to find anything. But as soon as we went in all the staff were super lovely and friendly and made us super excited about the process again. Ellyse helped us try on and she was so wonderful. Ive had a very poor service from HM Samual. I took my ring in last week for it cleaning (within the year) but was told a diamond was missing. The young girl booked it in for a clean but then rang me to say she needed to send it off to see if it was accidentally damaged. Ive had a phone call today saying ive to pay £116 to get it fixed. I said its not even a year old. I said ill just have it cleaned but i cant have it cleaned till its fixed. 😡 what a great money making scheme.

My partner bought my engagement ring August 2020 from the forever diamond collection. October 2021 it broke.. the halo Inc diamond bent forward and whilst removing from my finger it came off entirely. Spoke to hsamual who kept asking what I had hit the ring on (nothing) then they took it away for analysis.. turned around and said I was at fault for breaking the ring and I would have to pay for damages and thats IF they could fix it. Do not waste you're time and money

I want to give a massive thank you to the staff a H Samuel White Rose especially the manager Aysha and Elle. I bought my wedding ring there last year and due to covid it was cancelled. But yesterday I tried my ring on to make sure I still liked it as I've not tried on since the day I bought it. When I had it on it had imperfections which I didn't notice at the time. So we took it back and explained this to the staff, they was very helpful and Aysha the manager let me exchange it omg I was so happy and Elle helped me find my again perfect ring. Thank you all so much, your customer service is 10/10

bought 2 weddings rings after 4 months ago both rings discoloured spoke to someone on the phone heard all the excuses I was happy just to send them away to be rhodium dipped FOC as only warn them 4 months and was in the 12 months warranty lady says you need to bring your receipt in I didn't have the receipt as I didn't think I would need to keep it as I didn't expect both rings to be discoloured after 4 months I said you had all my details telephone number address etc. as I had bought engagement ring from there and had it re dipped before the wedding she wasn't having any of it disgusting after service very unprofessional spent nearly 3K on rings and can't even help a customer out

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Ella yesterday when my fiancé and I visited the store for our wedding rings. We left with a new engagement ring and two wedding rings. Outstanding experience. All the help and customer service we needed to view a selection of Watch options we were both interested in. Patient and very relaxed environment, no sales pressure, just freedom to look, try on and discuss which watches we wanted to purchase and then customer service again for fitting and making sure we were very happy with our choices. Great team, some new, some well established staff, good balance, new staff had mentors and support. One of the managers was on hand to assist throughout and we were both delighted with everything, especially our new purchases.... Thank you to all.

Had few issues with an engagement ring visited the whiterose store and the staff have been absolutely fantastic we can’t fault them. Lydia really helped us throughout and made us feel so much better about the situation, she also helped us choose a new ring which we love.
