If only I could leave a review LESS than 1 star! I have experienced the worst EVER customer service in my life! Ordered 2 metal & glass lanterns for my wedding. When they arrived, there was barely any packaging to protect them (just a cardboard box & a plastic bag). I could hear, before I even opened the packaging that they were damaged! Literally every part of both of the lanterns was broken, glass smashed, doors hanging off, completely wrecked! So I tried to contact customer services to arrange a return and refund. Absolutely impossible! Tried calling numerous times, no one answers the phone EVER! Tried using the contact form on the website, but no one actually responds! So I tried on their facebook page. Managed to get a small response, but only asking me for photos of the damage (of which I sent immediately, as I already had taken photos), but despite my message being sent within 1 minute of theirs, it took them 2 days to respond. They wanted MORE PHOTOS!! So I sent more, but I am still awaiting a response! I received these lanterns 2 weeks and 4 days ago, and even though I was on the phone to them within 5 minutes of receiving my order, I have still yet to arrange and return and refund! I would strongly recommend NOT using The Range EVER! Most useless company I have ever come across.

Love it here!! They have such a huge selection of lamp shades and some gorgeous pictures for hanging on walls. The staff are awfully rude though. Every time I have been I have been waiting a good 5/10 minutes to be served and the checkout staff would rather stand around talking with each other than serve a long line of customers!

Absolutely fuming !! I drove all the way across Leeds to visit the range , and discovered that there is a height of vehicle restriction upon entering the car park . Great for most people as the height restriction is 2.1metres . Unfortunately i have a motability vehicle and an electric wheelchair in a large vehicle . Height of vehicle is 2. 4 m No intention of parking outside and using my wheelchair in the rain !! Not the ranges fault but the people who control the car park at City South Retail Park !!

Amazing place, massive and well organized. I was gobsmacked by the enormous display. Anything you need for play, hobby, home, kitchen or garden you will find. 10 minutes driving from city centre. Massive car park. Nice staff and a nice cafe inside as well. Prices are very competitive and the quality is superb

Oh Gosh!!! When it comes to Multi Seller Retailer. You've got home, garden & other stuff under one roof. This one in Leeds Hunslet is one of the finest I have come across. Appreciate the management here this store is very well organised. Staff is very helpful and very well trained. I have to the one in Bradford Store few times but this store is on a different level.

Awful service here. Staff serving on customer service desk but no staff on till. Queue started to form and a call was put out for more staff. 3 staff came to open till but just let anyone go to them as the customer desk is away from the tills so those that had been waiting were still waiting!!! Very rude of the people at the back of the queue. Eventually when served not a sorry for your wait, hello or anything and no thank you at the end. They really need to turn the heating on as very cold not a great experience at all ☹️

Love to visit the range. Very good shop to pick up some right bargains. Small decors to big items, furniture even kitchens, it has the full Range.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dee Dew's Family Cafe inside The Range, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The cafe not only serves a decent Costa Coffee, which is always a plus, but what truly made my visit exceptional was the lovely team member, Lisa. The cafe was impressively clean and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They also had a great selection on their menu, offering just what you need while shopping at The Range. From quick bites to heartier meals, there was something for everyone. Lisa's friendly and attentive service added a personal touch to my visit, making it all the more enjoyable. Her warm demeanor and efficient service made me feel right at home. In conclusion, Dee Dew's Family Cafe inside The Range is a hidden gem for those looking to recharge while shopping. With a clean environment, a diverse menu, and exceptional service from Lisa, I would highly recommend stopping by for a coffee and a bite to eat. It's a perfect pitstop during your shopping adventures. 👍

Got some nice bargains. Only moan is last year I bought an apple tree (bare roots) it looked dead and cost £15 - but I was assured it would be ok. This year I can report, it never ever got a leaf and is definately dead - waste of £15.

For a budget store, it has a vast range of products. Some are Brand Products and some are budget. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for !

I was very dubious when I was invited for a meal here with friends as I am a non meat or poultry eater and I know that this place is famous for its quality meat dishes. However there were 2 fish options and a vegetarian option. I opted for the vegetarian and was delighted with the fare. Service was excellent in the lovely dining room with a great atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to any one even a fellow non meat eater.

I've been a few of these shops and they are very well organised but this one is very scruffy compared to the others it could do with updating and reorganising, at the back of the store where they have a range of furniture it looks like a bargain basement..not very impressive, I won't be returning I'll stick to going to the Springs instead

Great shop for all household items including pet and garden. Recently decorated grandaughters bedroom and she loves it, £200 all bought in the range.

Full of stuff that you don't want but you'll probably buy. Joking aside, it's a great store full of loads of random products you need in your life. If you come in for a browse, you'll definitely walk out with something in your basket/trolley!!!

A range of products are available at a competitive price but inadequate number of staff to help customers. I bought many items and forgot to put a bin in my trolley after paying at a till. By the time I went out of the store from the till, I found that the bin was not in my trolley. So, I went back to the till and nobody was there. The guy on the till went to put the bin back on the shelf in store instead of calling me or waiting for me to come back for my item. I was so surprised. I had worked at customer service in retail for so many years and I would either send another colleague to give the item or keep it for the customer at my till.

Good and big range . Its in a good location , just off m621 junction 5 , in a cool retail park . There is a b&m , jysk , pet shop and few other places in the retail park . Its does not the iceland bit , which would be a proverbial cherry on top . There is a lot of choice , bigger than one in birstal retail park

The staff who serve me at the counter were very ignorant they were talking to each other while I was waiting to be serve and 1 was ignore. At first because the first lady I went to was doing paperwork, there was no apologies even when I left to second lady, one of the customer even asked her to serve me, there was no explanation to why I was standing in front her and she won't explain why he couldn't ignore me. The second lady then turned around to the lady who I just left and they were talking to to each other, until I have say to her that I wanted to be served. I think they were very rude and ignorant

I was looking for plant pots, but I found a beanie coffee stand and boxes of broken biscuits. I will return often for the broken biscuits 🤣❤

why there are gates in the parking lot with a maximum height of 2100 mm? almost all parking is empty vans have to park on the street. some tragedy

This place has just about everything that a household would need in one large well equipped location. It is so easy to browse and discover the little (or big) item you need but didn't know where to find a replacement. I always find some interesting and useful household things whenever I pop into The Range and I have to add that the prices are often reasonable.
