    Order was wrong. Ordered hamburger without meat extra pickles, no onion. The burger was done the opposite. Ordered side of green beans, got fries instead, didn't want fries. My salad was mostly lettuce. Quart size amount of cheese and bacon barely any chicken.

    I ordered two drinks from this place. An iced coffee and a Dr.Pepper. In the iced coffee I found a whole roach and legs from another one in my drink. In the Dr.pepper there was small plastic shards that my friend choked on. Will never be coming here again. Health and safety risk.

    Tried it for the first time it wasn't terrible, the actual size of the burger for what I paid didn't sit well. If I'm going to spend 10 for a meal it will probably be somewhere else.

    Two days in a row they Ice caramel coffee tasted old. This is the first time it actually tasted old too. It tasted like old milk i’m actually disappointed. I went back to get a new one and it still tasted like old milk.🤦🏾‍♀️ Kinda sad ngl that was my favorite morning coffee place at the time.

    Totally ignored by staff had to leave without all my food after staring at my sandwich for 10 min while they seem to only care about drive thru, 2 people working on that, zero on counter. They owe me a large hashbrown but I'll never get it. Employees smoking outside during a rush, yeah that's professional. Get some new staff, cause yall are rude and sorry as hell. Go eat elsewhere

    Went through the drive thru. Got home and realized they did not give me my receipt or credit card back. I drove back, and was given my card. The woman at the cash register proudly said “we have hundreds in the office if you need another”.

    Leeds Jacks @ 9:30 Friday. Just picked up a breakfast deluxe ...NO BISCUIT!!! HAD HARD IS IT TO THROW A BISCUIT ON A PLATE. Did get a sausage with my bacon. Guess I will have go back to Moody.

    If you're in trussville starving and run out of gas in their parking lot this may be a viable option not because of the menu options the staff it would seem the only requirement to work is to have a pulse most of the staff care more about their Twitter feed than making sure your order is correct the lobby is usually in disarray and the bathrooms look like bourbon street after fat Tuesday

    To be honest it's terrible I just ordered the triple cheese burger an fries I got old stale fries an a old BBQ bacon double cheese burger this is not the first time it happened I bet it won't be the last please get help A.S.A.P. someone can get sick from yall food being like this I got home ready to eat and through it away and also the service was atrocious....as a matter of fact gimme my start back

    The one in Leeds suxs. There food tast bad you don't get wht you order half of the time milk shakes is even a whole glass . Takes to long to get the food by then it's cold .and they over charge you and not clean kitchen and not friendly . The moody Jack's I give them a 10 there great.....!!!!!

    I don't know if it's Jack's in general, or only this location, but the quality is nowhere close to what I remember from back in the day. Food is almost always old and cold, and probably 2 out of 3 times, my order is wrong or items are left out, like todays order. Got chicken nuggets instead of fingers, even after having a conversation about the price not looking right. And I get home and of course it's wrong and they didn't give me the sauce I clearly asked for twice. Guess I should have checked before I left... I think I'm finally done with this place. It's close to my house, but better options are only a few more miles up the road.

    I ordered 2 pieces of chicken breast dinner And only got one piece of breast and a thigh and payed extra ,ordered extra biscuit and had to go back and get them not first time had to go back in for mess ups three other times I'm done with them won't be back

    Average meal in a very crowded fast food restaurant business. Restaurant is nice and staff friendly. Fried chicken and burger were good. Two dollar Cinnamon roll was doughy or slightly undercooked, maybe by design), and Dr Pepper was weak.

    Jack's needs to train there employees, I've never seen such a unorganized crews before. I've managed stores that were doing $2000. Dollar hours never had customers wait like them.

    Order 3 chicken fingers got 2 wings and a breast. No big deal for me but this food was for my wife she does t eat chicken with a bone. So call back and get the run around d that its been to long to get replacement or my monet back. So I haD to wait for 15 mins to get my food then I drive home 15 mi s and they tl me its to long to give refund or make my order right. Do e with rhia place period.

    I got a breakfast burrito for my morning and tell me why it was about 2-3 inches long. Since I got sausage it had 1 piece of sausage that looked to be ripped off an actual whole piece with some eggs n cheese that was only put in the top part. It was a waste of money tbh, but I was hungry and on my way somewhere so I didn't even question the people or take a picture. The worst experience tho

    I love Jack's fried chicken which is what I got, with their mashed potatoes. It was very good but I do wish they would bring back the chicken sandwich with the white sauce.

    Since when are small children allowed behind the counter and to run around the kitchen? One manager was even carrying a small child around on her hip as she worked! Also the order taker had her a whole buffet going on right there as she took orders! This location is truly falling apart!!!

    big blonde lady in the window needs to go. She forgot our fries and sauce then wanna get an attitude with me because i told her she also forgot the sauce that i asked for in the line and its on my receipt. She told me i needed to come inside because im running up her time. I didnt have time to sit there and argue with her so i pulled up and came inside and got my sauce that I ordered. I was also being very polite and was saying Im sorry even though it was not my fault. There was no reason for her to have that kind of attitude. Ive worked in fast food multiple times so i get how it is but if YOU forget something then its on YOU not the customer. Put that lady in the kitchen somewhere if she dont have any customer service.

    The older man that works in the morning has a terrible attitude! I honestly dread going through the drive through if I hear him on the speaker. Whoever pissed in his gravy biscuit needs to stop!!!

    Gravy greasy and gelled. Eggs tasteless. Requested butter for grits and received a small cup of yellow greasy something. Manager was yelling the whole time at employees.

    Worst Jacks I have ever been to. Last time I went I waited an hour for my food vecause they forgot my online order. This time they messed up my order and when I went back the manager and staff were extremely rude. I will not be going back. If you want good breakfast in leeds go to Laney's. At least they know how to treat their customers.

    Very very pleasant staff!! I went in to get breakfast and was greeted with a welcome as soon as I entered the door. Food was very fresh and the order was made quickly. Would give this location 10 Stars but google only allowed me to leave five☺️

    Ordered a chicken finger dinner, was served the fried chicken dinner. Came back 5 minutes later, the staff didn’t even remember me and charged me for a new order of chicken fingers. You got a second star because for once I actually got my sauces.

    Food is pretty good, looks like staffing issues prevent it from being 5 star. The manager/counter was great, but the cook was lazy and rude. Would stop again when traveling, the salad was perfect for a light meal

    I ordered fried chicken and biscuits and mashed potatoes online, and I was hoping it would be ready when I arrived. When I arrived I looked around and I saw no food ready for pick up. A young lady asked what she can help me with, and I said I have an order that should be ready. So she got two other women involved and they said some lady picked it up already. I said I hope not because I paid over 30.00 for my meal. They said it was there fault because my order and somebody else's order came in at the same time. So it took longer for them to fix my food. They where nice and apologized about it.

    I ordered online! Now online isn’t the restaurant I realize that! 4 piece chicken fingers with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. At 8:34 pm it said pickup at 9:15! I get there at 9 25 and have to wait. Which in itself is not a big deal, I’ll wait. Few minutes girl hands me my bag, and states “ we gave you mashed potatoes, but without gravy we don’t have it” So why didn’t you give me a choice? Maybe I would have took something else? And I didn’t even have butter at home! Wasted! Anyway this is the way I was handed this meal. In a tray box, instead of a go box . Just not a good visit at all! So I’ve decided not to return. Shame late nights at work it was really good like 3 months ago. I think they changed nighttime management or something it’s been terrible last 3 or so months. Mr Jack, I really want to thank you for offering me to have plenty of gravy when I come back! But after this response I would have to pass! If you cared to learn what we are saying (reviews) is that your hired few employees working at night indeed don't want to be there and it shows in service. I wrote a review a while back to glow about this Jacks! Awesome service and food. But for the last about 6 months it's sucked! I feel bullied now, made fun of because I got no gravy. It's everything that happened and not given a choice! Good day and good luck! I don't want people to think I'm nuts! There was a response from the owner ( I thought) but could have been an employee! It has been deleted. It said " the next time you come back you can have extra gravy"!

    Avoid breakfast from here if you like biscuits or chicken. Past few times the biscuits are stale or undercooked and the chicken is pitiful, breading is almost soggy, and other times it's the size of a chicken nugget. It's just pitiful take the extra time and go to a different place.

    The two stars are for the percentage of times I have left Jacks satisfied...less than half. I am not returning to this location again. My order was wrong again. I was not given a receipt again. From now on, I will happily pass by, although this is the most convenient location for our family, and I will go out of my way to give my business elsewhere.

    My favorite place to eat. Good burgers and the best fried chicken in town. They also have good slaw and sides. I mix a little Duke's mayonnaise in the mashed potatoes and it makes them better. The people are always nice and I feel safe eating at Jack's!

    Our food was good. We ate inside. After asking to have a table wiped off and waiting...I ask the manager to have someone wipe off a table which irritated the server and she did a poor job. None of the tables were clean and the floor was dirty also. This was 4:00pm and only one other person inside besides my husband and I. The manager was not concerned with the condition of the restaurant. They do an excellant job on the drive thru but the inside is terrible.

    I am a big fan of Jack's. I use the drive through daily to order breakfast and have been for the past several years with good results. HOWEVER ! The past few weeks they have a new girl with blond hair that screws up my order 90% of the time. Of course I don't realize this until I get several blocks away and have to return, get back in line. Examples, order pancakes and left the syrup out. Or order gravy biscuits and she left the fork out so you can't eat. Or order chicken biscuits and open to find a sausage. I understand occasionally everyone makes mistakes, but this girl does almost every day / order and clearly should be doing a different job with Jack's. Time for me to find a new breakfast location until Jack's makes a change.
