My
fiancé
and
I
recently
got
engaged
with
a
beautiful
ring
costing
a
lot
of
money.
Unfortunately,
the
ring
went
missing
which
to
be
honest
was
my
own
fault.
However,
a
few
months
ago
we
spoke
to
a
man
who
worked
at
the
Leeds
store
asking
about
insurance
as
we
were
more
than
willing
to
pay
for
it,
the
man
said
that
our
insurance
was
included
in
the
price
which
we
thought
was
strange
but
the
man
reassured
us
stating
the
ring
is
insured.
We
took
his
word
for
it
though
as
at
the
time
he
was
convincingly
certain.
When
we
explained
the
situation
on
the
phone
to
an
employee
in
the
store
regarding
the
ring,
insurance
and
the
man
in
question
to
a
the
lady
on
the
phone,
she
refused
to
investigate
further
who
the
man
in
question
was
and
refused
offer
any
help
and
advise
for
the
lost
ring.
3
things
I’ve
learnt
from
the
Leeds
Fraser
Heart
Store.
1-
They
hire
staff
who
clearly
don’t
know
what
they
are
doing.
2-
They
should
explain
insurance
policy
with
each
purchase.
3-
It’s
always
about
covering
their
own
backs.
I’m
more
upset
by
the
lack
of
care
and
consideration
from
the
staff
than
losing
the
ring
-
which
we
now
have
to
go
into
our
wedding
fund
to
pay
for!
