I went here to buy a watch with my boyfriend and one of the assistants, I think her name was Delia, made an advance on him. I left with no watch and no boyfriend. Not the service I expected, I did like the look of her engagement ring though.

I spotted a lovely ring in the window, went inside and the gentleman who served me was lovely. The ring fitted perfectly , there was no pressure to buy, the gentleman gift wrapped it for me and I came away very happy having purchased just what I wanted

Purchased a watch which broke after sometime, contacted them they used every excuse in the book not to refund, exchange or replace. In the end got my money back from them through court. :)

Very recently visited Fraser Hart to collect my wedding ring that had a missing diamond. Excellent service throughout but especially on collection where my engagement ring was polished as well and my daughter was even given a pouch to keep some of her special ‘jewels’ in! I ordered my wedding ring over the phone with Runa. She was so helpful, friendly and understanding, what could have been a stressful experience was made enjoyable and so easy. She sent me pictures of the ring and nothing was too much trouble. My ring came the next day packaged beautifully with a lovely card from Runa and her team. I absolutely love my ring! I was also given £100 off the ring which was a nice surprise. The store were giving £100 off wedding rings to couples that had their weddings cancelled due to the pandemic which I thought was a really nice thing to do. We went in on a whim to look at wedding rings, and ended up buying without, at the time, having set a date. The sales assistant was incredibly helpful, we're very happy with the rings we chose, and whilst we were there also had my engagement ring cleaned.

Today we went to several jewellers in Leeds city centre looking for a quality watch for me. After not finding one that I wanted to take home from any of the usual high street chains we went to Fraser Hart in the Trinity Centre and I have to say that from the second we stepped through the door we were treated as if were the most important customers in there by Peter and other members of staff. Whilst he went about bringing the selected watches to the table we were seated at, a colleague made us coffee. I tried several watches and nothing was too much trouble. I eventually settled in a lovely Tissot watch and I am delighted with it. Peter was excellent and provided superb service. We felt completely looked after the whole time we were there. For the life of me I cannot understand the negative comment. I would recommend this store to anyone and I will definitely be back in the future.

I’ve popped into the Leeds Fraser Hart quite a few times over the past few weeks for my wedding jewellery. On my first visit Runa was a huge help in helping me select my wedding ring, super patient and genuinely wanted me to find the perfect ring. Then I came to buying it over the phone and I dealt with both Charlotte and Sarah who were both so helpful too. I popped in a few weeks later and bought a beautiful necklace from Matty who was really helpful. I later returned this as it wasn’t quite right for my dress and there were no questions or any problems at all. I went into today to collect my wedding ring and David helped me with this. He was so helpful too and very generously cleaned my engagement ring while I was there (even though it wasn’t from FH!), he provided loads of advice and assured me I could come back anytime. All the staff have always been so welcoming and generous with their time and service. Thank you for making my wedding ring buying experience so lovely! 🤍

The staff is very rude! My wife and I were looking at wedding rings just next to the door and the staff started closing the metallic door without notice, not all the way but just enough to make a loud noise and scare us. I guess they got a kick out of it because the blonde lady behind the counter and her colleague were laughing hysterically. They did not take the time to apologize, so we chose to shop at another jewelry store and we do not regret doing so.

Bought 2 watches from Andrew at Fraser Hart at the Leeds store. His service and attention to customer satisfaction is second to none. He has looked after us so well and we refuse to go anywhere else now! It’s always such a pleasant environment with all the staff, but a special thank you to Andrew who always makes us feel like such valued customers!

Incredible service, exactly what you expect from proper customer service. I went in to get measured for potential rings. Andy was really good, not pushing for a sale and helpful in measuring for the rings. We looked at a few samples and got a real idea of what to do. No pushy sales, just good work. 10/10

I've made a few trips here and each time I've been given such amazing service. I've not felt ignored and each member of staff I've interacted with has always given me their best and honest opinion. Upon arrival I was given the option of a hot drink and a lovely place to sit. David was very efficient in advising me on my purchase. He also gave me a student discount which was very helpful of him. Very kind highly recommend their services.

I saw a Garmin watch online & rang the store to order it in. The behaviour and professionalism from the staff over the phone was excellent, they were personable and friendly, able to answer questions and answered the phone quickly. In store I was seen to immediately, they were able to quickly let me see my purchase and provided suitable amenities for my personal needs of having a young child with me. The staff in the store were not pushy, and again had excellent quality service. I would recommend this store based on my experience with the staff here.

Be careful, they will try giving you lower rate metal when you gonna pick up the rings, and if you dont point it then, the next time you come in they will say its not their responsibility. I knew prices were to good to be true.

My fiancé and I recently got engaged with a beautiful ring costing a lot of money. Unfortunately, the ring went missing which to be honest was my own fault. However, a few months ago we spoke to a man who worked at the Leeds store asking about insurance as we were more than willing to pay for it, the man said that our insurance was included in the price which we thought was strange but the man reassured us stating the ring is insured. We took his word for it though as at the time he was convincingly certain. When we explained the situation on the phone to an employee in the store regarding the ring, insurance and the man in question to a the lady on the phone, she refused to investigate further who the man in question was and refused offer any help and advise for the lost ring. 3 things I’ve learnt from the Leeds Fraser Heart Store. 1- They hire staff who clearly don’t know what they are doing. 2- They should explain insurance policy with each purchase. 3- It’s always about covering their own backs. I’m more upset by the lack of care and consideration from the staff than losing the ring - which we now have to go into our wedding fund to pay for!

Absolutely lovely staff especially Mandy with the lovely lilac hair. She came outside to 'chitchat' to me & my little (5yr) man even though we looked a bit scruffy. In no way did we feel pressured to buy. She told us about their 100yr Birthday diamond and made my little mans day by giving him a tiny pretend diamond that had dropped from the display onto the floor for his little treasure chest at home. After looking around and chatting to the other lovey staff members too, we said goodbye but as we were leaving my mum spotted some earrings. So we went back inside so my mum could view some stunning Tanzanite & diamond earrings and check he clarity against her ring. They even cleaned it for her so she could properly tell the difference in colour/clarity. In the mean time I was picking Mandy's brains about antique Pearl's amongst other things; all while she was entertaining my little one. Needless to say we bought the earrings reduced from £1350 to £850 in a 5 day Easter sale. I cannot fault Beaverbrooks and Mandy went above and beyond! Thank you!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here and every interaction we've had with them since has been excellent. My engagement ring has a complimentary cleaning every 6 months and it always comes back in excellent condition. We recently started shopping for our wedding rings so Fraser Hart was our first choice to start our search. They didn't have a ring style that suited my fiancé so they offered to make alterations to a different ring so it would better suit his style. The staff have also been really attentive and polite on every occasion I've spoken to them, even when I've just made general enquiries about services or insurance for my ring.

My wife and I would personally like to thank Ruth for her outstanding customer service. We have made a few visits now over the past few months as I am so indisisive when it comes to chosing things. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and Ruth was very patient with my indisisiveness. She wasn't pushy and offered me losts of helpful suggestions. This store offers lots of unique and good quality jewelery at competitive prices. I will definitely be chosing this store again when I next want to treat myself or the wife 😊

went in for a Longines watch a couple of months ago and was served by Runa who was absolutely amazing, very engaging and lovely to talk to, I bought the watch, they ordered and later fitted my links with no issues and amazing service. All in all lovely staff and service from everyone in store, I have been in afterwards with my sister for earrings and a ring for her and had exactly the same amazing service, would highly recommend.

Purchased an engagement ring here and revisited today for wedding rings. Les served us and she was absolutely fantastic, no pressure to buy and found us exactly what we both wanted. They're not on commission so really want the best for their customers, would highly recommend.

Today we went in for a ring for my birthday. Unsure of what I was looking for, we gave him a brief description of what we thought may suit. David was excellent at bringing out a few selection of rings which I could try on at my own pace, while he carefully explained each piece to us. Lovely service and look forward to receiving my ring over the next week or so via a secure postal service.

Really disappointed with the jewellery we bought. We purchased all our wedding rings from Fraser Hart Trafford centre. Within the first month the diamond fell out of my engagement ring. We took the ring back and the ring was replaced due to a faulty claw on the ring. We then had to have my wedding ring resized as it was too big. Not long after a diamond fell out (déjà vu) we were quoted over £800 for this to be fixed and was told it was due to tough wear and asked what I did for a job? (I work in and office). We decided it would be cheaper to buy another ring. I've had both rings for just coming up to 4 years now and the diamond has fallen out of my engagement ring again!! This should not have happened all claws are intact as you can see from the picture. So now we are back to square one. A ring that is less than 4 years should not be falling apart and the fact it has happened before makes me think that it is the ring style. I will never be buying anything from you again and certainly would not be recommending your stored to anyone.

I placed an order for a watch putting a deposit down, the lady took wrong email address, didn’t get my details so I had to chase them up all week to see if the watch would be here because it was a present. Got call to say it had arrived so went to get it. The staff could not answer simple questions about the watch and were quite rude. When inspecting the watch I noticed a scratch on the clasp, I pointed this out but was told there was nothing they could do apart from order another one. I reiterated it was a present and needed it then. I asked if they could at least give a discount but they refused point blank.I therefore told them I would like my deposit back. I am really disappointed after reading reviews how wonderful this “family run business “ was they can obviously afford to turn down a £1600 sale. The best thing was there was the same watch in the window which was never even mentioned! I will take my custom elsewhere
