    I spent well over £100 on Monday 29 May. The girl who served us was excellent. Like other reviews, the manager wasn't really helpful with regard to the queues. She never came over to explain waiting times or apologise for the wait. Also when we finally reached the end of the queue she left us there and was stood talking to a colleague preventing her from serving. Fortunately the girl who served us was very attentive and helpful.

    Very busy. I only asked for some Rubber stoppers to stop beads from going together and all there Wanted to sell me was Pandora beads. From £20 up to £25. +. A lot of money if you Have lots of beads on your bracelet. We are not all made of money.

    Waiting in a queue for 20 minutes so far 3 customers left already, just 2 staff with customers all this time. No wonder people are going online it’s quicker. What process do you have for customers that know what they want, and then finally get to a staff member who tells you it’s not in stock. Terrible, needs re thinking 💭

    Had a very wonderful experience today buying a load of charms and other things at this place. Was served by staff member called jemima. Very bright, happy and helpful. Willing to wait a bit extra for my mum to pick out some lovely charms. Really lifted my spirits today

    We went in to exchange a couple of items and the girl who served us was so king , helpful , understanding and could not have helped us more than what she did , I wish mire staff where like her as it was a joy to have her assistance. So we'll done to Jess you are credit to the shop

    The staff are all so helpful and don’t judge you even if you’re not spending a huge amount of money. Our assistant Rebekah 1127297 was really friendly and very knowledgeable about the products on offer and was not pushy at all. She is a credit to the company.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a charm & was given an empty box, as the assistant forgot to put it in the box. I returned a day later to collect & wasn’t allowed a carrier bag, as I was given one the day before to carry my empty box?!! Store manager couldn’t care less about the poor service

    Appalling customer service. Was asked a million questions at the door, only to be told that one of the staff members will help me inside, I should tell them what I just told the girl at the door. Went inside after waiting for 20minutes was greeted by a very stuck up staff member, who thought she was miss know it all, she wasn't willing to listen, was not very helpful. After getting annoyed, I left the store. However, my daughter really wanted to buy me a charm for my birthday, so we decided to go back near close time. We got there, it wasn't busy, stood there for like 10 minutes for someone to come and help us, but they all seemed to busy chatting away. When my daughter asked for help, again the staff was so stuck up, we ended up leaving. Judgemental, racist and rude staff, not helpful. Don't understand the purpose of asking questions at the door only to be repeated again inside. 🙄

    When I walked in the shop, there were only two ladies being served. As there were no queue, I thought I will look around for something to wear to (save me time) for my daughter’s wedding which I wanted to purchase a necklace, a ring and a bracelet to match with my dress. I already approached one of the assistant which she told me she will not be a moment. I waited with my son patiently for around 20 minutes, only to be turned away by one of the staff because I had to rejoin the queue. I worked in the same industry for twenty years. Clearly the staff needs to pay more attention and be attentive with customers coming in at the shop so they know whether I was already in there for a long time before people started queuing. I spent a lot of money at Hobbs on Saturday and was very pleased with their service. In your shop, it was very poor. Needs more training. I left very disappointed.

    Katie was really helpful , cheerful and polite, we only went for one charm and ended up with 3. Earlier in the day Grace was also super attentive on the phone, polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to shop here.

    Stood in a queue for 1 hour, 15 minutes. When I finally got served I asked for a gift voucher only to be told they didn’t have any left. I said did you not think to put up a sign or something to that effect. They get their money far too easy and looked disorganised. I will never ever return.

    Nightmare, queuing up we was asked if we new what we wanted and said yes. The Girl said she would put it to one side so when we got to the front of the queue it was ready. Why didn't they have a till on one side with a different queue to collect and away you go instead we was queuing for 20 minutes after been asked.

    Bought online using click and collect, had an email to say item ready to collect, turned up at the store only to find out that they don't have a click and collect point and have to join queue of customers wanting to look and try items. Poor organisation.

    I visited the white rose store today to purchase a bracelet for my daughters birthday. Was in store for 10 minutes not one member of staff acknowledged me. Went to the counter three members of staff was putting the trays of jewellery away and chatting. I picked up a bracelet which had been left out told a member of staff and she just grabbed the bracelet and put it away never said thank you. Her attitude and rudeness caused me to leave the store without my purchase. Will not go back to that store again.

    Wasn't anything for myself only for my god daughter Mollie, really need to be careful with money in there though especially when you take god daughters ,best taking a staple gun with you keep wallet closed .Great place though ,she got a ring though (forgot to mention) may go again .

    The young lady who served me was really patient and knew her products well. Very helpful and we only had a short wait in the queue. I was buying a gift for a special bday and despite me struggling to pick she made me feel I didn't have to rush. Can't remember her name which is a shame but lovely eyelashes and a rose gold bracelet on..someone should reward her customers service.

    Lovely staff always ready to help. Really friendly and a pleasure to visit. So handy too being at White Rose Centre as its free parking. I would have normally gone local but I'm not paying silly prices to park my car when it's cheaper to drive to the next city lol

    Selling dodgy jewellery that turns black then refuses a refund after 1 day due to not being in a re sellable condition.....erm it wasnt in a sellable condition in the first place. Total joke of a place avoid

    Went in to get some charms and a security chain for the Mrs. Christmas present. Bit of a wait to get in, but expected with the time of year. When we were called in, the member of staff was very friendly and helpful, explaining how the bits are attached, etc. She was also nice and patient while my Mrs asked to look at different charms. Will definitely be back, especially as the Mrs has already seen other charms she would like. The charms, etc, can be expensive, but after looking at some close up, they do seem to have some nice detailing, and from what friends have said, they should last if looked after.

    Don't bother. Use the Internet for your sanity. Waiting on Saturday for 40 mins but had to leave as had other commitments (like who really relishes the fact you have to wait that long especially when you've already taken the time to order online previously). Returned on the Wednesday to collect said order but was told photo id was not acceptable as I was collecting for my wife who incidentally was with me on the Saturday. I would have accepted this but never once did I receive an apology for the amount of inconvenience they caused me in store and was told in certain terms that if I'd have just gone to the store I wouldn't have had the issue. Well I won't have the issue again as I will not use Pandora again. You can see why bricks and morter retailing is in decline with service like that! Some people would do better with desk jobs!

    Lovely staff at the White Rose Pandora store! Ellie and Katie have been absolutely wonderful today when I was in store, and Becky was also fab as she managed to get me a special ring I wanted after making a few phone calls, when other Pandora stores wouldn t even bother. Today I picked it up from store, so wanted to rave about these three female staff at White Rose, who showed they truly care about their customers!
