Started with Lee following a lower back injury that happened in the gym. Despite starting out in pain and being unable to move well, Lee gave me regular exercises and mobility work which allowed me to get back to a pain free place and ultimately get back to running and working out regularly with no issues! The clinic was incredibly clean and I would 100% recommend Lee to anyone looking for physio in the Leeds area.

After a knee injury that kept me in hospital for a week, I decided to get physiotherapy. At that time I could only walk short distances. Lee assessed the problem, devised some apparently simple exercises (!) and my improvement began soon after. A few more visits, and more exercises, followed, so that within a few weeks I was negotiating steep village paths in north Italy without problems. I can't recommend Ideal Physio strongly enough, and I'll certainly use them again if I need to.

I was visiting Leeds on a canal boat and had hurt my foot. The injury/condition was something that occurred previously but only very occasionally and never as acutely. I searched online for a physio and was drawn to Lee's website with the phrase 'Take Control' and felt that I needed to sort out this condition once and for all. What a find! From the moment I met Lee I felt confident that my choice of practitioner was spot on. Lee diagnosed the problem, treated it and gave me exercises and advice. This all had to be in one visit as we were leaving Leeds the following day. I walked out feeling that I was well on the road to recovery and each day since has brought massive improvement. Plus, I now have a diagnosis, thank you Lee! Don't hesitate to visit Lee with any ailment. You'll find him to be knowledgeable, competent, thorough, enthusiastic and passionate about helping his patients. He's friendly and personable too which is also a big part in instilling confidence in his patients by putting them at ease.

I had a problem with my back and shoulder, with pains also coming down my arm too. I went to see Lee and he paid a great deal of attention to diagnosing the problem initially (which actually turned out to be an issue with my neck). The physio sessions combined with the exercises I was given quickly resolved the issue and I'm happy to say I'm now back to normal and pain free. I would recommend Lee to anyone. He's very professional, clearly knows what he's doing, but also puts you at ease and is very friendly.

I pulled my back during lockdown and was in a lot of discomfort, with my movement severely limited. Lee has been working with me for the past few months, with a gradual regime that has helped me regain my mobility, rebuild core strength and I am no longer in pain. I have found Lee to be a great physio, who sets you at ease and that I trusted to help me back to fitness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

After I had suffered multiple ankle injuries over the years playing football, Lee worked with me for a number of months to restore my confidence in my ankle. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to fully assess the problem, then created a great and achievable programme which built up strength in my ankles and legs over time. Lee is a friendly guy and I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with him. Thanks for the help!

I have been using Ideal Physio Therapy for treatment of knee, hip, ankle and shoulder pain. It's fair to say I've had a few issues! I've used a variety of different Physio's in Leeds over the years but I would have to say Lee has been the most patient and understanding with my needs. His knowledge and support has helped me to be pain free and return to a lot of the activities that I had started to doubt whether I would be able to do again. Would highly recommend!!

From day one Lee has filled me with confidence and ensured me that he would support me in getting back up and running after severe lower back pain. Through a controlled rehab programme and weekly sessions with him I have seen continued improvement and decreased back pain. A really lovely guy, affordable service for what is provided, and great knowledge and care.

Lee is very knowledgable and passionate physiotherapist. After experiencing several months of unknown knee pain whilst running, Lee sourced the issue and came up with a good strategy for recovery. I am so so happy to be back at running again and would not have been without his help!

I went to Lee with a stubborn case of plantar fasciitis which was stopping me running. He assessed and set me up with a comprehensive set of strength and conditioning exercises to deal with the problem and stop it happening again. He has been flexible throughout, offering video consultations during the pandemic and ia always willing to work with me to make a plan that fits with my goals and busy schedule. Highly recommended!

My son, a budding footballer (aren't they all at 15). Damaged his ankle during school rugby. Lee assessed the injury. Put in a place a realistic schedule for recovery. Worked with him throughout. Happy to say fully recovered. Thanks Lee

Lee has been tremendously helpful in my recovery from a knee injury. At every appointment he was completely professional yet very warm and welcoming. His advice was well thought through and explained, and my exercise routine was honed each visit to suit me and my increasing strength. Recommended.

Lee has been great over the last 6 months since getting an ankle injury whilst playing hockey. It has been a long process but totally worth it to get me back to full fitness and playing again. He provided plenty of support and was always available to help via text if needed. He also provided the necessary restraint to take it easy when getting back to playing my sport so the injury didn't reoccur. Very helpful when you are an impatient sports player like myself! Many thanks again Lee. I wouldn't hesitate to come again.
