Highly recommend Sarah from the Leeds branch for laser. She's so thorough and attentive. I have seen a massive progress in hair reduction since getting it from her and she's always asking questions and feedback which shows she's genuinely interested in making sure the customer gets most out of each session. She's also very bubbly and easy to talk to which is always a plus!

Great laser experience, Sarah always does a great job of making me feel comfortable. The room/ equipment is always clean and tidy and there is ample privacy. The prices are very reasonable for the results you get. I have very dark hair and pale skin so the results were noticeable from the first session.

I Have had 4 sessions now, results are amazing. I love going, Teresa is so lovely, really friendly and professional, puts you at ease, makes sure you're comfortable and is amazing at her job. Would definitely highly recommend.

I could not recommend this place enough. Everyone I have spoken with is incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it be in person, over the phone or through text they were alway happy to answer any questions I had. As soon as I heard about it I booked a consultation and patch test with Nicola and was immediately amazed by the whole process and how painless it was. I’ve since had had my first appointment with Theresa who was incredible and cannot wait to see the end results.

Today was my 5th laser session. Sarah is amazing makes you feel so comfortable now and it's over so fast. I no longer have painful ingrown hairs and I barely need to shave. Anyone considering having this done ... Go for it and book with Sarah!

I would highly recommend here and Teresa. I started my sessions unsure what to fully expect or what the outcomes might be. Teresa has made me feel really comfortable and explained things to me as she goes. The whole thing was totally painless and after 4 sessions (might even be 3) I have seen significant results across my body from reduced amount but also the speed in which the hair isn’t growing. Teresa is lovely and treats you as a friend. You will not be disappointed.

I had a really good experience, although 6 seasons in some cases might not be enough, but at least in my case it was almost sufficient. The customer service I must say was exceptional. I was always attended by Jemima and she’s definitely a 10/10. I haven’t met the rest of the team though but they’ve always been very quick to respond to emails and phone calls.
