Mrs giannoudi is an excellent individual, she did her job very professionally and adequately. She assisted me with preparing my paperwork that need to be sent to postpone my military she was very thorough when checking the documents and made sure that they are correct and would be accepted by the Greek authorities. She is very kind and was willing to take the extra length to help me and pretty sure she would do the same for others of course. Fantastic service!!!

We cannot thank Mrs Giannoudi enough. After several weeks of frustrating emails from the embassy in London we were at a stand still with trying to fix my son's postponement papers for the Military. We were greeted with a typical warm Greek hospitality & made to feel so at ease before we even started to go through our documents. We left there with 100% confidence & reassurance that everything was sorted, as it was, with a confirmation from the Military first thing the very next day. Dear friends just a simple advice how good the service of Mrs R.Giannoudi are . I called to book an appointment and i was looked after at most quickest time I’ve would imagine. Mrs R.Giannoudi was calling me back to check with my attendance of the booking and making everything smooth for me . Also tho to mention when I get there she gave me warm welcoming I’ve seen in many years in similar departments, and the services she provides so smooth comparing in different departments where there are lots of People working and you get not even 1 star of service . I would recommend taking the trip for the services Mrs R.Giannoudi provides even if is a couple of miles more than going somewhere else .
