Came here for a date on Sinkin Sundays and had a great time!! James was our instructor and he was super nice and patient with our group. He gave extra points for trying and even extra pizza/drinks tokens for the winners. Will def be back, great place and amazing staff!

Came here today as part of our club social and had an absolute blast. Reece, our instructor was absolutely amazing, friendly, proper mint photographer, gave us really good tips and tricks and helped us out with our form immensely- so a big thank you from myself and the rest of the group. Definitely will be coming here again!

Had a decent session here for my stag do, we were looked after Meghan (with a h) and she was very good, managed to keep us in control, we were mixed with a couple of couples who we ended up having a drink with after so that was a good way of meeting new people too!! My only criticism was it was misleading as to how to get in, we were trying to access from the millennium square side of the building but the door in was round the side, which we didn't know until it was nearly too late!! But I had a good time, pretty sure all the lads has a good time, all the staff were great!!

Went on a date to Whistle Punks. We had Jake show us the ropes and we were hurtling axes in no time. Games were fun. Good value for money. Vegan pizza was lush, even my date wanted some! Definitely will go again. Good soda selection for AF people too!

So, we found ourselves looking for somewhere for a staff party. Normally a tricky situation because people have different tastes, ideas of what's fun, and the preferred vibe of venue, all that stuff. It makes choosing somewhere everyone will enjoy pretty tricky. I'm so glad we chose Whistle Punks. No sooner had I booked the day and confirmed, we found we had to reschedule. Typical! Camila made this process super easy. I'm talking one email easy. What an absolute legend. So onto the day itself. We head in and meet Sam who was to be our teacher/referee for the evening which let me tell you, not an easy task. We were absolutely terrible! After not too long Sam just felt.like part of the crew. His advice and technique tips were absolutely spot on. By the end of the night most of us had got a lot better. All the staff are amazing. The games are fun. The competition is fast paced and keeps everyone interested. By the end of the night I think a year's worth of work place frustration was a thing of the past. We were all closer as a team and a had a really good time getting there. At first I thought it was a bit pricey. But it's really not. When you get there, you'll see. The time and attention you get from your instructor plus the privacy the lane brings. Well worth it. Final shout out to Sam. Made the night and took these photos. We'll be back (and I'll be sneaking in some back yard practice). If you're thinking of going, just do it. It's a great experience.

My fellow James was an amazing and charismatic instructor. The place is cozy and quite welcoming. Highly recommend it for friend hangout or dates.

We came here today for my husband's birthday with my siblings and their partners. This is the first time we've been to axe throwing. We booked online which was straightforward. On our arrival we met our instructor Scott. Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. He showed us different axe throwing techniques. We all had a great time and definitely want to come back. Thank you Scott!

I have been a few times and I will definitely be back. The instructors are knowledgeable, fun, take safety seriously and make sure you have a great time. They show you tricks you can try and it's all laid back! The bar is great and the sitting area is nice too! Best Axe throwing place I'm Leeds by far!!

This is an absolutely brilliant experience, especially going as a group. We went as a seven and shared a lane with two couples - by the end of the hour all eleven were all one group! The atmosphere and set up is superb, great service and drinks selection. We didn't have food but the menu looked great - just enough choice! Special mention has to go to Sam who was a superb instructor: a great balance of educating us, bringing us together as a group and keeping a subtle but effective eye on safety (you are slingin' steel after all!). He even put up with rowdy heckling from the crowd whilst totting up the scores! Top entertainment!

A really fun group activity if you're looking for something new or different to do. The staff were all really friendly, especially our lane instructor James. Would definitely visit again (& hopefully be a bit better next time!)

Had an amazing time at Whistle Punks in Leeds today. Staff were all really friendly, drinks on offer were great, also really nice pizza available. We had such a good time throwing axes with Meghan as our instructor. She was fun and was really good at spotting what we needed to do to improve our aim and hit the target. Also thought it was fun mixing with other couples and competing against each other. Would 100% go again soon!

Me and My Boyfriend Came Leeds in August before and we loved it so much that we came again this month. Then we introduced our friends to it and they absolutely loved it. Shout out to both of our instructors, The Instructor for had in August was Eddie. Man was legendary and had great jokes and made the entire experience amazing. The next shout out for today's instructor which was Angus. Loved his energy! He showed us some trick shots which was amazing and throughout the whole session he was lovely. Can't wait to come back to this place again with hopefully more friends to introduce this amazing place to.

Amazing! Well worth the money! I was absolutely shocking at throwing axes but Abigail (our instructor) was so lovely and never stopped believing in me! She was a good laugh and really enthusiastic which made it even more enjoyable. My work colleagues also had a great time and it's likely we'll do it again! Thanks guys!

Was a great experience, we were looked after by Eden who was lovely. We were part of a social group, so there was a bunch of small groups all throwing together. Eden was brilliant at making the group feel safe and at ease with each other, and they gave tips and advice to make sure we could actually get better at throwing as opposed to just chucking an axe at a board! The games were great and interactive. All around I really rate it and genuinely want to go again.

Me and the Mrs went to axe throwing at whistle punks and honestly it was an amazing and fun experience it was our first time we got to meet some lovely people and have some fun both competitive and not. It’s great for anyone who’s never done it before or even has. Our instructor fox was amazing super funny and helpful in helping to teach us as well as accommodating to any needs which meant providing an equitable playing field and an all round enjoyable experience. On the whole the entire team at whistle punk were super friendly and super nice! Highly recommend going with friends, Part era and family.

Had an awesome afternoon with Eddie and his collection of axes. Get yourself down to the electric press and hurl log splitting tools at targets.

LUU Table Tennis Soc had an awesome time on the lanes with Ellie. They were an awesome instructor who made the experience great fun (and they have an awesome Buffy the Vampire Slayer tattoo!!!) We hope to come back soon to launch some axes!

Booked for my wife's birthday - we had little idea what to expect (beyond throwing axes), but thoroughly enjoyed it! Abigale was a fantastic instructor taking us through how to do things safely whilst keeping it fun throughout. The beer was great too! My only disappointment is that my wife beat me!

Booked this as an engagement present for some friends, having zero idea what to expect. Ended up absolutely LOVING it, didn't want our session to end! Our instructor Eden was great, really friendly, funny and gave us good tips and tricks to throw better. If you're thinking about booking a session don't hesitate it's totally worth it!! Can't wait to go back 😊

My session today was so fun! First time doing axe throwing and by the end I felt so at ease. The first person giving us our safety demonstration was so great at presenting made it safe but fun at the same time unfortunately I did not catch his name! My instructor today was Ellie and they were just amazing. So friendly and again great at presenting, they made the experience more enjoyable and I am such a fan of the competitions! Overall I would like to say thankyou to the team for such a great time as everyone I spoke to (front door staff, bar staff, safety demonstrator and instructor) were just fabulous and friendly and I just had a great time!

Had so much fun!! Our instructor Wade really made the evening, even allowed us to run over our allotted time. He was super helpful and kept the competitive and fun aspect throughout! I would definitely go again and highly recommend Wade as an instructor :)

We went for my friends hen party, it was amazing!!! Its a great activity ive never thought to try before, and im so glad i did. Scott was our instructor, he was brilliant!! So friendly, he explained everything and made it really fun for us all. We will definitely be returning, i definitely need the practice!

We went for my stepdaughters birthday and had such an Incredible time. The environment was chilled and friendly and the atmosphere was great. Our instructor Joe was also amazing and made us feel so comfortable. He showed us how to perfect our throws and cheered us on! Thankyou Joe, we'll definitely be back!
