Great place to walk, and fish , seen some great carp I'm personally going for, farther son days fishing. People do make some mess but sadly others like me will clean up so we can all enjoy this local spot

great place to get away, big carp and decent tench seen, caught loads of perch between us. thank you to the farmer for letting us come fishing.

Great place for decent fish. 2 of us had 3 hours there with 2 rods each and only caught one, but was a good one

Great 💕 place to fish 🐠. I go to feed the swans and Geese. Porridge oats. The cignets will feed from your hand if you stay still. Don't go near them with dogs they will attack you Especially the swans.

Chippies is a little tranquil oasis at the moment. Unfortunately in this time of climate emergency, Leeds Council have decided to build a dual carriage way road within 100yds of it. The traffic noise will ruin it not to mention the pollution. Green council my ar**. Also the place attracts youths who trash it with litter and vandalise it.

Needs regular maintenance that I hope the council / ELOR Developers bring. I wouldn’t allow unaccompanied children here due to the steep banks and water.

Nice outdoor space. Pond with angling piers . No facilities here.

Hard fishing for quality fish, this is definately no commercial fishery. A water to visit again and again, 1 in 10 sessions is a red letter day that keeps you returning. Very deep so lends its self to pole or long float rod.

I came from seacroft round a64 and ended up here. Nice little pedal stop for a half way Mark I guess. Bit tatty but nice for what it is.
