I booked me, my brother, and my mum here for piercings. it was my brother’s first time ever getting a piercing. the two people at the desk were super friendly and easy to talk to, our piercer was called Carlene and they were super nice! they had a lot of knowledge, and even checked and gave advice on a piercing I already had as it was going funny. they lined up my brother’s piercings perfectly, as with my mum’s as she was getting the other side to her nose pierced. my piercing was done perfectly also. the room was really clean, and we were all allowed to go in together. I do not know the other person at the desk’s name, but they had yellow curly hair from what I remember, and they were also very friendly! I would definitely recommend, and the prices are really good as well as the service. I would absolutely go back here for another piercing. (:

We called last year to have our granddaughters earlobes pierced & we were very pleased with the quality of treatment. The wife decided to come back today to have her lobes re-pierced due to one of the old previous piercings getting elongated ! Very good treatment from start to finish 👍

We took our nine year old daughter for her first piercing today. She was excited and a little nervous and so were we. I’m so pleased we chose Silver Lining. Junior who did the piercing was really good with my daughter and us. He explained everything and was very calm and clear. We were consulted at every stage. She hardly felt a think and vet soon after said she couldn’t feel that they had been done. I definitely recommend using Silver Lining.

I loved this piercing shop and I will definitely come again. I got my 3rd lobe piercing (in the place where the 1st is meant to be) and the piercers was lovely and it was so quick! I do recommend this place! And it was really easy to find 😌

Great experience!! Had my Helix done at Lovissa with a gun :/ and went in to get it removed as it was v irritated and the person that did this was super lovely and v helpful (didn’t get a name!) - will be back for my future piercings :) thanks x

I've been to Silver Lining to get piercings done 3 times now. It's best to book ahead of time but they can do walk-ins when they're not too busy. The shop is very clean and well maintained. All three times I've been the professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff have made me feel comfortable and welcome. They marked the area to make sure I'm happy with the piercing placement, and talked me through what they're doing each step of the way and then followed up with advice on how to properly clean my piercings while they heal. All in all a fantastic little shop and a good experience every time I've been. Wholly recommended.

Me and my sister had our Tragus pierced today, Mia did a great job, she was very professional and friendly. This is my third piercing from Silver Lining and I’ve never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend :)

Me and girlfriend got piercings here on Sunday 22nd October by Carlene. I got a lobe piercing, and she got a nose piercing. The whole experience was fantastic. Carlene made is feel really welcome and explained everything in detail to us. The procedure was sterile, quick and pierced perfectly. Had my daith and tragus pierced by bianca last Monday. It was a pleasant experience and bianca explained everything and gave me tips about after care which made me feel comfortable and relaxed thru out the process. I’ve recommended the place to my friends and will definitely come back here for my next piercing.

The staff here are amazing, so kind and calm if you’re a bit nervous. You really couldn’t fault the service. Unfortunately I’ve had four piercings here and in the last year none of them have healed properly despite me following the aftercare instructions I was given. I’m not sure if I’m allergic to the metal used or it’s the piercing itself, but I’ve switched all piercings well after the date when you’re allowed to change them to sterling silver and tried gold with no luck. I was advised to keep them dry and see if that helped but it hasn’t so I’ve had to take them all out and let them heal up. Such a shame as I really like the piercings.

I had spontaneously decided to get a piercing after work last week and walked into silver linings. Although they had a few bookings they were still patient enough to had squeezed me in somewhere. had both my n!pples pierced and I thought the experience was going to be much more awkward than it actually ended up being because Bianca made me feel so comfortable from start till end. I’ve also followed her advice for the aftercare and it’s healing up nicely. would not have thought it had only been 5 days. Great experience 👍

Went in today for nipple piercings, was pierced by Bianca, she was absolutely amazing, could not have felt more comfortable (even as someone who’s very comfortable in their own skin the idea did seem a bit daunting but I could not have asked for a better piercer). Only ended up getting one done today but booked me in again no problem at all. Wouldn’t go anywhere else anymore, best service i’ve had with a piercer.

fantastic piercing shop! kept very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. optimistically went for a walk-in and was given an appointment within half an hour, which was amazing :) the piercer explained what they were doing while doing it, which put me at ease. could not recommend enough!

Had my rook pierced here a month ago, booked online but they do offer walk ins if you are happy to wait. Was really really clean in there and the staff were really friendly and helped me feel relaxed. Piercing has healed great so far, and the aftercare instruction email is super helpful- highly recommend!

Had 4 piercings here at different times. Never had issues with placement or healing. Always give out good info and recommendations for jewellery and will change it for you too. Sometimes can be really busy so have patience, it's worth it. Jewellery is a good price and never had any issues with it coming loose

Went in to silver linings in Leeds after being recommended by a friend and having a horrific experience with Claire’s. Bianca and the lovely lady who pierced me ( so sorry don’t remember her name but I visited 05/06/22) was amazing at putting me at ease and giving me the best advice on after care. She even advised I could come back after the initial healing period to have them come and change it as she knew this wasn’t something I felt comfortable doing. Definitely returning for future piercings!

Had my ears pierced here a week ago. Sarah was very professional and friendly, she immediately put me at ease. The shop was bright and clean and my piercings are healing up nicely. Will definitely be back soon for more piercings! Thanks for a great experience.

I spontaneously decided to get my second lobes done after work. I had not booked an appointment, but they managed to squeeze me in. Was not waiting for long before I came in and complete a form. I was pierced by Carlene - the most amazing piercer, she recommended an earring (gold because she noticed that was my preference lol), and then took me into the private room. It was VERY clean. We had a lovely conversation, and she explained how she will be piercing my ears to make them even. It was very quick, in a professional way. She provided amazing after care information. I even spoke to her about future piercings and told her which ears I wanted them on etc - she was very lovely and honest about where she thinks I should have them placed based on my current piercings/ear structure. She even advised me on the earrings she thinks I should have for my next piercings! An overall lovely experience, good value for money and would feel very comfortable to go there again (hopefully soon). Would love for Carlene to pierce me again, she’s a real credit to the Leeds sore.

Having to use an old Google account for this review. Very unhappy with the service or lack thereof. Arrived at 4.45pm but I had not yet eaten so I popped in to ask what time the piercer shut - a young man at the desk told me it closes at 6.30pm but to be there before 6.20pm for piercings. I thanked him, telling him I would be back soon and was just popping to a cafe to get my sugar levels up for the piercing. I returned at around 5.20pm but as I arrived the young man at the desk flipped the sign to say he would be back in 10-15 minutes so my partner kept me company whilst we waited on the chairs outside. After this 15 minute wait, a girl came to the door and opened it to ask if we had an appointment, we said no, not knowing that we were required to make an appointment since the young man had earlier told us to just arrive before 6.20pm. A mother and her daughter who had just arrived were let in as they had booked and the girl said she would be back to us shortly if we waited on the chairs outside and went inside shutting the door. After a while of waiting in the cold, a pair of children and a separate family arrived and started complaining about being in the cold and how many people were now congregated at the piercing shop. My partner, at this point had wrapped his coat around me as we had been left in the cold for some time now. The two groups who had just arrived, waited 10 minutes then became verbally impatient and walked straight through the door to ask about piercings but me and my partner believed they would be told to wait outside with us. Instead they were given consent forms and the young girl who told us to wait left us outside in the cold for over half an hour completely ignored, having not been told WHEN we would be allowed into the building or whether we would get a piercing without an appointment. She had told us she would be a couple minutes then grab us if we waited outside but completely forgot and served people who barged into the front door who had only just arrived. Was incredibly upset by this as I could have left for another piercing shop in this time instead of being led on for over an hour until other piercers had closed. Worst piercing experience I have ever had. I have 12 piercings already and the best have always came from tattoo shops, FAR friendlier and more personal staff AND much better communication.

Would definitely recommend. Good selection of jewellery at reasonable prices. Busy little place but managed to get a walk-in for a rook piercing. Staff are really friendly and helpful - Willow who served me was lovely 😊.

I went for a nose piercing with my friend Friday 19th I think the piercer was called josh I can’t remember but she got a nose pierced first and all was fine and when I got mine done the piercer either put the needle half way and missed or it slipped. He said his hand slipped ? Whatever happened it caused me to bleed slightly and it hurt for a day after. Still with no piercing and got told to make another appointment so I did for Saturday the 27th january. This time I had willow who was lovely and this time I actually managed to get it done. However I explained what happened last time and I got the same stud upgrade as my friend who paid £26. I paid and it was £30? I don’t understand the different especially when the first time I couldn’t get it done because their finger “slipped”
