    I absolutely love working out with Claudia. I started my fitness journey with her at 14 weeks pregnant. I wanted to be as strong as possible for my second pregnancy. In just 4 weeks of training I have made massive progress (up in weights and my overall wellbeing) and feel so excited about our sessions together. The flexibility of her coming to my house and being OK with my daughter roaming about is a game-changer as I would not have the time to go to the gym. I highly recommend Claudia as a PT!

    It was great training with Claudia in 2023. She helped me learn some excellent weight training techniques which I can use going forward & I learnt a lot of great cardio too. It was great to learn about form and posture and also discuss nutrition. Thankyou for the sessions Claudia! Charlotte X

Since working with Claudia, I have noticed such an improvement in my physical strength as well as feeling so positive mentally. She is a fantastic teacher - super supportive, professional, informed and she also goes above and beyond to provide a really holistic approach, supporting me with meal planning, home routine etc. I would absolutely recommend Claudia!

    I have been working with Claudia for 7 months now. She is amazing at what she does. I have never felt comfortable in having a personal trainer before but Claudia makes me feel so at ease and comfortable every session. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have regular PT sessions.

    I started training with Claudia when I was pregnant and am so happy with the experience and results. I had never done this kind of exercise before but I went from feeling achey and sluggish to feeling strong and able to move well. It’s a real highlight of my week and worth every penny. Claudia is warm, kind, understanding and great fun to be around. She knows her stuff! I can’t recommend more.

    Claudia has been training me for the past few months post my second pregnancy. She has been a life saver in helping me get back to my pre-baby body. She tailors each session to suit my needs and also gives me the push I need. I love our workout sessions and would highly recommend her as a PT.

    Claudia has been fantastic. I’d lost a lot of confidence in exercising post pregnancy due to having split abs from a big bump and a c-section. After the first session I already felt better than I had in months. Claudia provides the right balance of pushing you along with encouraging you. Highly recommend.

    Claudia is a brilliant, highly professional PT and was recommended to me by several other new mums. After having my baby I was unsure about how to begin weight training again safely; under Claudia’s guidance I’ve gradually increased the intensity of my workouts with the right level of challenge. I have also been able to return to running without any aches and pains and am feeling stronger than before I was pregnant! I’ve also been attending her postnatal bootcamp with my baby which is great and keeps my daughter entertained. My only regret is not seeing her during my pregnancy!

    I cannot recommend Claudia, as a personal trainer, highly enough! She was recommended to me by my consultant podiatrist after dislocating my foot, due to poor body alignment. Meeting Claudia has resulted in me getting my life back :)) I am now stronger, more flexible and full of energy. I’ve never been one for exercising a lot but I really look forward to the sessions. Claudia is so warm, encouraging and supportive. I honestly feel and look like a new woman!

    I would highly reccomend Claudia as a coach. Claudia has been so supportive and has educated me on how to safely return to exercising postpartum. Weekly check ins have allowed me to keep on track and ask questions when needed. My workouts have been regularly adjusted to meet my goals. She has been professional and is extremely knowledgeable about pre/postnatal fitness. I cant thank you enough for all you have done for me.

    Claudia is absolutely phenomenal! She’s the most patient, loving, caring fitness trainer I’ve found. She pushes you to succeed and reach your goals and makes the workouts so enjoyable. She’s really the top of the line! I feel so blessed to have worked with her!

    Claudia was absolutely brilliant at helping me get back into fitness after the birth of my third child. I was struggling with abs separation and Claudia helped me to gently regain my both core strength and more importantly, my confidence in exercising again. She is friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

    I've been working with Claudia for almost 2 months now, and what a difference it's made to my lifestyle! Claudia has the perfect balance of structure & flexibility. She created a fantastic food plan for me that's been so easy to stick to. But she hasn't given me any stick when I've wanted to indulge for 30th birthday parties etc. This has helped me to get back on plan quickly as she doesn't let me beat myself up about it: we just crack back on with the plan! I've also really enjoyed the workout plan she's created for me. We lift heavy together once a week, and I then have two more workouts to complete within the week at a slightly lower weight & more reps. She tailored this nicely to my lifestyle and I love that she really challenges me within our sessions. I've grown in confidence so much since starting to work with Claudia. 2 months ago I was so scared to set foot in the "proper" part of the gym and I just did occasional classes. I can't wait to continue to progress with her!

    I thoroughly recommend Claudia, both personally and professionally. Due to previous fitness I wanted to go hell for leather when training, but she gave me realistic guidance and advice about how to adapt to my pregnancy and maintain fitness while not overdoing it. She gave great tips about how to adapt moves and exercises and was always on hand to answer questions. She’s also great company, good fun and made me howl with laughter during sessions. Can’t wait to return once I get cleared to train post birth 👌🏻

    Claudia is one of the best PTs I've ever met. She's not only kind and friendly but knows exactly how to achieve results! After 4 babies, I lost a lot of confidence in myself, Claudia has helped me regain my confidence and get me strong at the same time! She's knowledgeable, understanding and knows how far to push each workout. I've felt amazing after each session and wouldn't want to be PTd by anyone else! Thanks so much 😊

    I’ve been training with Claudia for about four months now. I initially booked some sessions with her to correct my form on a few exercises, but after four weeks realised I was still continuing to see improvement in my technique and lifting heavier weights than I would have been able to do alone. Claudia provides tailored training plans that I can do at home, taking into account what we’ve done in the sessions, even creating me a plan for when I went on holiday and had no access to weights. She’s very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining how I can modify exercises to make them comfortable for my body. She knows exactly when I’m not doing something right so she can give clear instructions on how to correct it. The sessions are really fun, Claudia is super easy to talk to, incredibly friendly and she’s an amazing cheerleader. She does a fantastic job of encouraging me in-session and pointing out the progress I’m making, so I always come out of our sessions feeling totally awesome.

    I booked in with some PT sessions with Claudia when I was 9 months postpartum. I loved the sessions with Claudia. Each session was something slightly different, working on the areas I had highlighted in our consultation. She made me feel so comfortable, and is a very friendly, warm and chatty person. It is clear that Claudia is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. I would definitely recommend Claudia!

    I’ve been training with Claudia for few months. I really enjoy my weekly workout and always feel good after the training. I generally feel a lot healthier and happier. Claudia is really encouraging, knowledgable and fun. She always challenge/push me to work harder during the sessions. With her guidance/help, I have reduced a size in general in a healthier way. The at home workout plan she’s prepared are super easy to follow and pitched at the right level. I would highly recommend Claudia. If you are looking for a personal trainer who is super engaging, can give you good tips for working out safely, and make you feel much stronger and more motivated. She is definitely the one!     I would highly recommend Claudia as a postpartum personal trainer. I’ve been training with Claudia since 7 months pp and having not exercised at all during my pregnancy I feel like I’ve got a bit of the old me back again. I feel stronger and more confident and energetic. Claudia is knowledgable, encouraging and understanding and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.
