Excellent customer service. I needed pizzas for my son's birthday party that was close by at 11am however the store opened at 11am. I called the store the day before and spoken to a man who was very accommodating and told me to place my order via the app for 11:15am and that he would come in earlier to ensure my order was ready for 11am. We got there a little earlier and the order was ready! Very happy. Thank you!

What a great service provided by the owner. They have not only gave us the best deal but open his store little early to deliver our order around the same time as normal operating hours. The pizzas were fresh and delivered on time. That were the saviour of my kids birthday party . Thank you Leeming store ...

Annoying team member, placed order online & never arrived. When I called them for update, he answered there is no driver who can do delivery.

Purchased a spicy veg supreme pizza, it had peri peri sauce all over it, is not an ingredient of this pizza. I do not like peri peri sauce. I ate only the parts of the pizza that did not have peri peri sauce on it and removed the sauce on other parts as much as I could. very disappointed. Did not get what I ordered and did not want to return to the store. Wife buys pizza here often usually you get what you ordered. Only two stars this time.

There was a pleasant young man who served me the other night. I think his name was Lukas. He had spectacular service, and was very kind. The pizza was nice and fresh and expertly prepared by the staff. I would recommend 10/10. I look forward to ordering again. This was the best dominoes I have ever eaten from the franchise.

Really great Pizzas tonight - juicy, heaps of toppings and straight out of the oven and into my car. No waiting around. New owners have made a difference from what I can see so far. Pic shows a voucher code of 00000 - probably won't work as it's on an advertising board

Excellent customer service, very flexible and friendly. When I have to arrive earlier to pickup my order, they adjust their processing time directly without any issues.

Now they put enough cheese on the pizza. For the past several months I've always complained about the lack of cheese extra toppings, but the new owner solved my complaints once and for all. Satisfied.

Used to be good but the experience today was below average. The pizza had hardly any toppings on it. The pizza base was surprisingly actually cold in places. Hope it's a one off but today was money wasted.

Delivery driver marks order completed, no sign of him. He calls me 10 minutes later saying he can't find me, I ask him where he is and he is not even on the same road as the address. Spend 20 minutes on the phone with him (40-45 mins after he left store) and I had to give him directions based on what road he said he could see. Food came stone cold and I missed two rounds of a charity fund raiser event helping somebody deliver me cold food. No option to seek a refund that I can see in the app, garbage experience all round and will be seeking a refund.

Cannot fault their customer service at this branch. They were quick to rescue our dinner tonight even tho the fault was ours. Such a champ. Very grateful and I will absolutely be back!

Drove up my driveway so fast. By the time I had got to the door to answer it he was gone left my food out the front but forgot my drink. Pizzas were super cold, barley any ingredients on them and hardly any sauce. The ham smelt and tasted off, and only about 6 pieces of pineapple and the pepperoni wasn't even cooked properly. Was so disappointed with the lack of service and the quality of the pizzas. To pay so much for such poor quality and lack of not to mention part of the order missing. How disappointing that Domino's have such low standards and poor quality of food the prices and small serving they now serve compared to a few years ago.

Just wanted to compliment the young, Caucasian worker who attended to me when I picked up my lava cakes today. It's rare nowadays to get someone greet you with genuineness and enthusiasm which they did. Although it was a very short interaction, I appreciated it very much. Plus the lava cakes are perfection everytime *chefs kiss*

just paid 16.50 for butter chicken pizza, took my money and never delivered, i got an email acting as if they delivered. ordered at 10:35pm they dont shut until 11pm so please pick up. horrible practices. at least refund me if ur not going to deliver a pizza.

Tried to order online, via their special as advertised on their landing page...which dissappeared once I pressed the order button only to be replaced by another special $5 dearer. I decided to keep going and tried to click through and select side dishes but then their automated page kept failing. I called the local shop and they refused to honour their advertised special, citing they need a code. The webpage does not display codes for specials. Well done Dominos. Absolutely useless systems and poor customer service. We then waited an extra half hour for our local pizza place to open. Cost more but better pizzas and better service.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the level of service I receive at this store on multiple occasions. They always give you incorrect item instead of what you ordered. This is by far the best Domino's pizza I've ever had. Just moved to Bateman and thought I'd give Domino's another go after years of bad experiences and terrible pizzas. The pizza's from this store were amazing and delivered quickly. 5/5 ⭐

Quality of food at this location has become terrible. You no longer receive a photo proving the quality of your pizza before delivery. This is probably a bad indication in itself. Tonight they delivered an oily mess, the entire pizza didn’t even have sauce or toppings. Straight in the bin

Yesterday I placed order from uber eats for 3 pizzas and I was using my 50% discount offer. I placed the order around 9 pm and uber eats told me that I will get the delivery within 9:20pm to 9:40pm. When the time was close to 9:40pm the app suddenly showed me that the food has been delivered whereas I didn't receive anything, so I called the dominos and they told me that your food will arrive to you within few minutes and I was like than why did you pressed the button of delivered? Anyway I waited till 10:30 but no delivery of any type was made to me. Than I asked uber for my refund and eventually got it but the sad thing is I don't have my 50% discount anymore and I had to eat instant noodles instead of my expected pizza. WORST experience ever. NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS SHOP.

I don’t know why they didn’t cut my pizza... The pizza was delicious, but they made me a little bit annoying.

Honestly the worst Dominos I've ever ordered from. Not sure how they manage to screw up the order every time. I've given these guys too many chances, next time I'll order from somewhere else.

Placed an order through UberEats with them. Currently being enrolled at university I don't actually live on campus. The young guy at their store called me and verbally barated me over the phone. Understandably this is an UberEats problem with their driver not having access to my phone number. However, after both the delivery driver and person on the phone verbally trashed I think this store needs to lift its game. One action - giving the delivery driver my number to call would have saved time. But I wasn't listened to when I said this. This is coming from a person who never reviews anything ever. Horrible customer service they should be ashamed.

The pizzas prepared for us tonight were pathetic! Our Hawaiian pizza had the majority of the pineapple pieces on the one slice, with the majority having next to none, and others having no pineapple. They just dumped the pineapple on and didn't spread it. It was the same story with our supreme with anchovy. The majority of anchovies was dumped on the one slice, making it super salty, the rest of the pizza had very minimal anchovy. I called to complain, all they said was the pizzas passed their quality control, and if I want the pizzas remade I will have to reorder them. No Domino's leeming, I don't want you to remake your poor quality pizza for us, ever again! The pizzas around this area aren't great, and domino's leeming is the worst of them all. I think I'll stick to Prima Pizza around the corner, or the Chinese noddle house next door.
