This
is
about
my
experience
when
following
with
the
restaurant
guidelines
in
a
position
I
applied
for.
At
this
location:Olive
Garden
Italian
Restaurant,
10026
US-441,
Leesburg,
FL
I
was
send
an
interview
through
a
automatic
text.
I
went
for
my
first
interview
and
waited
for
almost
20
minutes
to
be
seen
for
the
first
manager
she
asked
me
questions
about
my
experience
in
my
previous
jobs....
Then
at
the
end
of
the
interview
she
told
me
I
was
going
to
come
again
for
a
shadow
with
a
server
to
show
me
around
the
restaurant.
Then
I
did.
After
that
I
was
scheduled
for
a
second
interview
with
another
manager
at
3pm.
I
show
up
at
2:50pm
for
an
interview
waited
for
the
manager.
The
manager
was
running
20
minutes
late.
She
arrived
to
the
front
door
with
a
Starbucks
coffee
cup.
Then
went
straight
inside
the
restaurant
back
to
her
office.
Then
I
asked
the
hostess
if
the
manager
was
going
to
continue
with
my
interview
because
it
was
3:30pm
at
the
time
I
asked
the
hostess.
The
hostess
ask
over
her
radio
for
the
third
time
that
I
was
waiting
in
front
of
the
house
ready
to
be
interviewed.
Then
the
manager
decided
to
come
to
introduce
her
self
to
me
at
3:47pm.
For
a
5
minutes
interview.
She
asked
me
the
same
exact
questions
that
the
first
manager
did.
Then
I
responded
and
she
told
me
that
for
the
position
I
applied
for
I
was
supposed
to
work
as
a
server
first.
I
applied
for
bartender
not
server
then
she
asked
me
if
I
was
applying
for
full
time
or
part
time
I
told
her
that
I
was
flexible
because
I
was
still
doing
Banquets
on
call
which
means
I
get
the
banquet
jobs
by
phone
or
on
an
app
that
I
can
pick
the
days
I
can
work
or
if
I
was
available...
So
in
her
mind
I
think
she
thought
I
wasn't
going
to
be
a
good
fit
for
the
position
I
applied
for.
And
in
my
resume
with
indeed
I
have
a
profile
that
shows
over
14
years
+
of
experience
in
restaurants
and
banquets.
I
also
mentioned
the
manager
that
I
lived
5
minutes
of
the
location
I
applied
for
the
job.
Then
she
told
me
that
she
will
review
the
application
and
notify
me
within
24
hours
which
they
never
did.
I
received
an
email
after
8
pm
the
next
day.
So
my
experience
with
this
olive
garden
location
was
a
chaos
and
unprofessional
with
my
second
interview
manager.

management

really
unprofessional.
I
also
not
complaining
to
get
back
with
this
location
or
managers
because
I
didn't
get
the
job.
I
got
another
interview
with
another
job
and
got
hired
on
the
spot.

more
