To whom it may concern, This is about my experience when following with the restaurant guidelines in a position I applied for. At this location:Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, 10026 US-441, Leesburg, FL I was send an interview through a automatic text. I went for my first interview and waited for almost 20 minutes to be seen for the first manager she asked me questions about my experience in my previous jobs.... Then at the end of the interview she told me I was going to come again for a shadow with a server to show me around the restaurant. Then I did. After that I was scheduled for a second interview with another manager at 3pm. I show up at 2:50pm for an interview waited for the manager. The manager was running 20 minutes late. She arrived to the front door with a Starbucks coffee cup. Then went straight inside the restaurant back to her office. Then I asked the hostess if the manager was going to continue with my interview because it was 3:30pm at the time I asked the hostess. The hostess ask over her radio for the third time that I was waiting in front of the house ready to be interviewed. Then the manager decided to come to introduce her self to me at 3:47pm. For a 5 minutes interview. She asked me the same exact questions that the first manager did. Then I responded and she told me that for the position I applied for I was supposed to work as a server first. I applied for bartender not server then she asked me if I was applying for full time or part time I told her that I was flexible because I was still doing Banquets on call which means I get the banquet jobs by phone or on an app that I can pick the days I can work or if I was available... So in her mind I think she thought I wasn't going to be a good fit for the position I applied for. And in my resume with indeed I have a profile that shows over 14 years + of experience in restaurants and banquets. I also mentioned the manager that I lived 5 minutes of the location I applied for the job. Then she told me that she will review the application and notify me within 24 hours which they never did. I received an email after 8 pm the next day. So my experience with this olive garden location was a chaos and unprofessional with my second interview manager. Thank you and I hope this can help you for the future. This location management is really unprofessional. I also not complaining to get back with this location or managers because I didn't get the job. I got another interview with another job and got hired on the spot. In banquets ( banquet captain server) Making way more money.

Brandon provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious and it came out promptly. Everything was tasty. The only recommendation is that they be more attentive to detail. I requested no carrots and carrot pieces were in the salad. I am sure it's premade and it's not the end of the world but that's why they didn't get 5 stars. Overall great experience!

Had a great time celebrating 2 birthdays ar the Olive Garden Leesburg location. Jessica was our server and she was awesome. There is a bit of a wait for the food to come out but they made up for it by keeping our table stocked with breadsticks and alfredo sauce. The Seafood Alfredo was great. The shrimp and Scallops were very tasty. The Spaghetti with Meatballs was good too. The Mango Strawberry Margarita was soooo good too, fruity, sweet, and a hint of alcohol. I wouldn't recommend the Strawberry Bellini unless you like bitter tastes and small glasses. All in all, this location was a hit! Thank you for taking care of us and for singing Happy Birthday to us. You were all wonderful.

It was great! First time I had the soup, salad and bread sticks. Lunch special from 11-3 pm $8.99. I loved the price. It's cheaper then any drive thru's. And NO LIMIT ON SOUP. You can try them all. And get refills on salad and bread sticks. Manager keep going through the floor making sure her staff were on point with bringing out refills for everyone. I think our server's name was Megan. She was great.

Simply Spectacular. So often, I am disappointed with restaurants. But I’ve had a yearning for Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. So I drove a long way to Olive Garden in Leesburg. It was the best ever. I fell madly in love with Hostess Hannah. Great service. Wonderful manager. And the best food anywhere. When you go, tell them Taylor Swift sent you. That’s the name I gave. Lol

I wish I could give a zero. It’s Thursday, 6:45pm and the place is empty. Literally empty. Ordered two kids meals before we even ordered drinks. They were brought out last & you can tell they were sitting under the warming lamp for a while because the Mac and cheese was dried out. My husbands soup wasn’t brought out at all. The appetizer was brought out after the entrees so we sent it back. No cheese offered on the food by the waitress or food serving girl. The food serving girl handed me a scorching hot plate while saying “here you go”- didn’t preface the place was burning hot either. Manager was very nice. He came out trying to rectify it and honest to god the service was just so unacceptable I couldn’t even appreciate it. I sent the appetizer back & he said he’d remove it from the bill.. no offense, I wasn’t paying for that. He did remove the kids meals off the bill. The lack of organization is mindowing when there are at most 6 parties in here. I’ll make the 30 mile drive to the Altamonte location. Never again will I return here. …also the waitress never came back.

There are 1,816 Olive Garden restaurants in the United States as of July 17, 2023. Their soups are made in-house daily and their pastas are made to order. The restaurant only uses microwaves for heating dipping sauces and warming desserts. Otherwise, everything is pan fried, deep fried, or grilled. Our last visit I enjoyed their - Chicken Alfredo; grilled chicken plate tossed with fettuccine and fresh alfredo sauce. Perfectly prepared! My wife had their - Shrimp Primavera; shrimp, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms in a bold arrabbiata sauce over penne. Very nice dish!

Everything was great. Our server was very prompt and polite. (Kinsey ?) Food was very good , came out hot - have no complaints. Manager stopped by the table and asked how everything was. Overall a great experience.

Good food. Slow service for a Saturday. Ten min wait or sit at the bar. There were several empty tables, so I'm sure it's a staffing issue. Soup & salad and water for 2 was $30 with tip included.

As a Veteran, I just want to say thank you to this Olive Garden. Everyone in there was so nice! I ordered Fettuccini Alfredo and it was excellent. I plan to return with my entire family because of the people and the food, of course. What a great experience. This retired Navy sailor thanks you wholeheartedly.

Food was great. Our server Alexis was great we came in around dinner time and she was very attentive. My husbands not very great with his people skills so he didn’t exactly know how to properly hand someone a tip/let them know the bill was paid. We’re not sure if he offended her any. But she was an excellent server! Never any issues at this Olive Garden we always drive out here from Ocklawaha if we want Olive Garden.

Gotta give them five stars... they hit it good for me and mine!

Took the family to Olive Garden for dinner. Parking was easy, seated immediately. Staff brought us a booster chair. Drinks and appetizers arrived fast. Soups, entree, and bread sticks came out hot and excellent. I am not certain about the tablet at the table to pay.

Standard Olive Garden Italian food, plus salad, soups, and breadsticks. All were good. Restaurant was pleasant and clean. Our server was excellent as were other servers who stopped by briefly to chat. They have $6 prepackaged meals to go, and that’s a bargain today! Solid, reliable choice for Italian fare.

Pasta was good but dry. The pita chips were burnt! We threw them out! Breadsticks salad and soup were delicious!

Dust and lint like there's no tomorrow and spotty surface bread was a bit salty and not so fresh

My mom and I had a pleasant dining experience today. We enjoyed everything. Our waitress, Santana was very nice and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Came with family (party of 10) to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday. Waitress Paris went above and beyond to connect with her over a shared love of my little pony and went so far as to draw her a beautiful my little pony birthday card. She made my daughters day and was amazing at her job as well (taking orders, refills, etc). Food was amazing as usual and from the time we walked in until we left everything was 10/10. Thank you Olive Garden for celebrating with us and thank you especially Paris for taking the time to make my daughter feel extra special on her special day!
