I am pregnant and really needed a spa day. My work schedule is very tight and I don't have the opportunity to schedule anything due to my schedule. I explained this to the receptionist when I called and she could not accommodate me at all. My body aches all the time and all I wanted was some relief. I will not bother to look twice at this place ever again. When you run a business you want to gain customers not drive them away. And I wanted a full spa day. That is expensive but I guess they don't like money. I am deeply disappointed in their lack of concern and customer service.

I love this place! I originally had a scheduled cut and color with my usual stylist for yesterday but she was out sick. However, they were able to get me in the next day with Kaitlyn who did my color and Dina who did my cut! They are so accommodating here! Every time I’m here, they treat me as though I’m the only one in the salon. I also had an amazing massage last week with Kim. I can’t wait to book my facial next! Love love love this place!

The staff is very kind & helpful. They cater to each persons individual needs & have something for everyone. I love supporting small businesses! I love the Suana & deep tissue massage. I have been in an auto accident & both have helped me in my healing!

Booked a spa pkg to celebrate my birthday with my bestie who flew in from Wisconsin. We know our way around spas and were looking forward to our massage, mani-pedi, lunch and blowout! When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted by Tim at front desk who said you must be Kim and Deb! He warmly welcomed us and started our experience with leading us to changing roon, donned our robe and went to nice waiting room. Tim met us there with celebratory glass of champagne and gave us lunch menu and mani pedi menu for selections. I was then introduced to Kim my massage therapist and received the best massage I ever had.. and i have had over 100 in my life and seriously received the best ever from Kim! Next I met my bestie in the mani pedi room, and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting Catie who was a delight and joyful person who gave great care to our nails! We were then ushered to the day room where we leisurely enjoyed our lunch and glass of wine. Tim checked in on us periodically through our day insuring our satisfaction. 🙂 After lunch my hair was washed and blow dried by Corrinne who was a delight! I Highly recommend Renew Day Spa ~ I am so happy to have found them and can't wait to go back!! Thumbs up to a well run, caring team of professionals who truly care about their clientele!

I called and was able to get a same day appointment for a full leg wax, but was told there would not be time for a bikini wax. Allie was fantastic. She was professional and efficient, conversational without being awkward (iykyk), AND she got the bikini wax done too! The price was moderate for the service, about what you would expect to pay for that kind of salon. I'll definitely book with her for follow up visits!

I live in Indiana and wanted to book my mom a spa day as a birthday/anniversary/Mother's Day gift. I called and spoke to Tim to set it up and he was so kind and accommodating. My mom went yesterday for her spa day and she couldn't say enough wonderful things about Renew. She absolutely enjoyed her afternoon and said she would definitely be visiting there in the future. Thank you for making my mom's day so wonderful and the booking process to be so easy from afar.

Made an apt after reading positive reviews on-line. Very nice place. Peaceful and clean. Super nice reception staff. Accommodating. My therapist was Melissa. Very skilled lady. Excellent at working out the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I truly felt refreshed and more comfortable when I left. I booked my next appointment immediately. Prices are reasonable and inline with other local spas.

Not my personal experience, but I booked my husband a massage for easter and he was raving on how well he felt afterwards. Michelle was very professional and took care of the high pain areas he had. He has not complained about his shoulders or calves since going in. When I went in to book and pay for the appointment the front desk girl was so sweet and helpful. I'm actually quite jealous of how relaxed he looked afterwards and will definitely be going for my own appointment soon. Thanks girls you rock ❤️

Today I returned to Renew Day Spa for a needed massage after muscle strain. I was greeted by a very attentive front desk staff person. The Spa is a very welcoming space. I met Kimberly the massage therapist and was very pleased. Kimberly was kind, attentive and skilled. I look forward to more massage appointments with Kimberly and visits to Renew Day Spa. Thank you.

Love this place! Michelle is an amazing masseuse and Ashley does wonderful facials. I’ve become a regular there.
