If you’re looking for a coach store with good customer service, don’t waste your time coming here. When coming in for a exchange Yasmin the lead supervisor who has multiple 1 star reviews/ complaints on google was giving me terrible attitude providing me no solution for my exchange as it was a gift and had exceeded the one month policy. THIS STORE IS POLICY OVER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. After getting nowhere with Yasmin, she continues to call Sam the assist manager. Sam was the absolute worst in providing any sort of solution. I even asked her what can I DO as a customer to get an exchange or anything with my item. Sam proceeds to tell me there’s nothing i can do and “since i bought the hat then i should just keep it” . Yasmin also proceeds to tell me there is something that can be done but they can get written up for it, Sam immediately shuts her up. Sam then leaves the conversation while i’m speaking providing no solution what’s so over. She proceeds to also give me customer services number, to which they tell me I actually have 12 months to return an item, not 1. I wasted an hour and 45 minutes in this terrible store ran by associates with the brain of a pig. Do better Sam and Yasmin, it’s very obvious that you guys aren’t educated on customer service and satisfaction. Very shameful, you guys should be embarrassed and demoted.

Looking for a bag for my brother but they don’t have much item to choose from. The lady who assist me is very helpful and nice.

Always love the outlet experience, especially Coach. Prices were crazy. Any visiting foreigners must try at least once.

We had an incredible experience at the Coach Outlet thanks to Xavier (or a similar name) and Mike. They provided exceptional service, assisting us with our purchases in an awesome way. Their enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail were impressive. A big thank you to Xavier and Mike for making our day!

The sales associates are always super helpful. Michael assisted me today and he was great! I love going to the outlet because they always have amazing deals. The Leesburg Coach outlet is by far my favorite Coach store. It's one of my favorite places to do holiday and birthday shopping.

A standard store for an outlet mall. The assortment is priced as one would expect for this brand. There is plenty of parking as this is an outlet mall. Also, the staff are friendly. I went during the week and had no issues with parking and there was hardly any people making this an easy trip. I recommend checking out this location if you are looking for something g under this brand.

The manager/supervisor of the store was so rude today to me... i walked in and didnt find anyone to assist at the section where i was shopping so i went to the cashiere to ask the guys there where she ( ride manager ) was standing the closest to me compared to other cashiere staff... i called her 1, 2, 3 times ( excuse me ).. then raised my voice a bit with (Hello) _probably i wasnt heard with the background music_!! ... when she looked me in the eye and just said: someone else can help you! And turned her back again. I did not react or say anything, left immediately and went to the next shop and shopped for more stuff,your loss anyway rude lady. You couldve apologized, couldve made it clear since the first call, asked me politely to reach out for someone else...
