If
you’re
looking
for
a
coach
store
with
good
customer
service,
don’t
waste
your
time
coming
here.
When
coming
in
for
a
exchange
Yasmin
the
lead
supervisor
who
has
multiple
1
star
reviews/
complaints
on
google
was
giving
me
terrible
attitude
providing
me
no
solution
for
my
exchange
as
it
was
a
gift
and
had
exceeded
the
one
month
policy.
THIS
STORE
IS
POLICY
OVER
CUSTOMER
SATISFACTION.
After
getting
nowhere
with
Yasmin,
she
continues
to
call
Sam
the
assist
manager.
Sam
was
the
absolute
worst
in
providing
any
sort
of
solution.
I
even
asked
her
what
can
I
DO
as
a
customer
to
get
an
exchange
or
anything
with
my
item.
Sam
proceeds
to
tell
me
there’s
nothing
i
can
do
and
“since
i
bought
the
hat
then
i
should
just
keep
it”
.
Yasmin
also
proceeds
to
tell
me
there
is
something
that
can
be
done
but
they
can
get
written
up
for
it,
Sam
immediately
shuts
her
up.
Sam
then
leaves
the
conversation
while
i’m
speaking
providing
no
solution
what’s
so
over.
She
proceeds
to
also
give
me
customer
services
number,
to
which
they
tell
me
I
actually
have
12
months
to
return
an
item,
not
1.
I
wasted
an
hour
and
45
minutes
in
this
terrible
store
ran
by
associates
with
the
brain
of
a
pig.
Do
better
Sam
and
Yasmin,
it’s
very
obvious
that
you
guys
aren’t
educated
on
customer
service
and
satisfaction.
Very
shameful,
you
guys
should
be
embarrassed
and
demoted.
