My exploration of PEAR Park continues on the North section of the park. It is very toasty today too, and the wide open trail is unforgiving as the Sun beats down on you like steal drums at a Soca Festival. Nature is starting to come out more and more. Bee's are nature's bouncers. One followed me out, as I was heading toward the entrance of the park(so disrespectful). Plenty of grass hoppers or locus. They sound like a barber turning on clippers, ready to give you a fade, as your walking down the path. At one point, the trail gives you an option to continue in the frying pan or, go into the wooded trail that runs parallel to the main trail. There is a also a river or stream that runs along side of that. Just follow the warnings of possible snake, alligator, or bear warnings. The thrill of it all is amazing! If you haven't had a chance to walk in area's like this, you really should. It's fun, peaceful, and a great place to reflect and meditate.

This was a beautiful Park. We drove through almost the entire park. There was so many butterflies 🦋 🦋 and beautiful flowers 🌼 🌼. There is trail and the bath to drive in was only 5 mph. I loved visiting here today. There is also 10 tennis courts and a dog park. The trail has workout stations and the dog park has a waste station.

There is a nice shaded walking path along the creek/river. There is a fenced dog run. The south end has an impressive native plants garden with many butterflies and birds.

This county park has a dog park and also a nice loop trail to walk your dog on. There are two entrances to the park. The dog park entrance is right on 27 where you see the pickle ball courts. Then Pass the dog park parking area and go to the next parking area where the children’s playground is and park there. Follow the walkway to the right and that will lead you to the trail that you can walk your dogs on. Pets are not permitted at the other entrance to the main part of the park.

Nice dog park with several separate areas for dogs. Just be careful with who you go into a fenced in area with. There are some owners who have a hard time handling their dogs and are only there for social hour for themselves.

A beautiful tranquil park in Cental Florida. The park is surrounded by native plants and great for hiking.

PEAR Park is always a pleasure. Now that we’re thoroughly into Fall, the muhly grass is gorgeous and there are so many purple flowers everywhere. The pavilion is perfect for a picnic and has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. I highly recommend visiting this little gem.

Beautiful park with activities for all. From playgrounds for different age groups to trails to walk to pickle ball and tennis courts you’re sure to find something to do. The paygrounds looked newer and well taken care of and my nephews had a great time here.
