Customer service was horrible. Waited a very long time to have a lot of attitude given because I dared to order. Holy cow KFC do better.

let’s just say, if i could give 0 stars i would and i will be calling corporate tomorrow. i ordered thru doordash tonight a little after 10pm and all my food arrived cold, fries were cold and soggy, mashed potatoes were cold, chicken tenders were hard. i ordered a chicken sandwich and it didn’t even have a chicken pattie on there, it was 3 chicken tenders instead and it didn’t even have pickles. if they didn’t have the correct chicken why didn’t they call me? i’m very disappointed with this whole order, i understand you’re on your last hour before you close but that is no excuse to make shortcuts and serve poor quality food to your customers! i am a restaurant manager and i understand how it gets sometimes but this is just very unacceptable. Like i said i will be contacting corporate regarding this situation and hopefully it won’t happen again to anyone else.

I usually order extra crispy and it was great but for the last month it was a crispy oil saturated mess. I did get a decent extra crispy one day ago but it went back to the oil slick after that. If you want extra crispy chicken better get it early because they run out frequently. The green beans are loaded with salt, coleslaw is decent, Mac and cheese is pretty good.

Daytime staff is rude especially the manager. Everytime I order or have any questions they catch an attitude. Night staff is awesome tho so the daytime people won’t have to worry about seeing my face ever again

I called and the lady (if you can say that, but I'll be polite) that answered the phone. Spoked to me rudely. When you answer the phone, you treat customers with good manners. Not yelling at them. We will never order from this restaurant ever again.

I've come here and I'm very nice to all staff and today boy I just can't see myself coming back. Nasty attitude. Just order not customer service no kindness left a bad taste in my mouth was going to place an order but instead just got a large fresh fry for my daughter. I don't need to spend my money with people like that. Customer service matters man

On 10/22/23 we brought the 8 piece bucket with 2 sides. Chicken was over cooked ( dark brown ) , breasts dry, you couldn't bite into the wings and legs . The only things that made it to our plate were the sides.

How did chicken sandwich it was great matter of fact it was really really good and if three piece chicken strip combo which chicken strips seem to be smaller every time I go back to get the same thing and don't use the bathrooms because they're unusable they are that dirty
