    Organization and selection in kids section is atrocious. Where are all the footed pjs for 18 mo + that aren’t hideous? This location is ok but often disappoints.

    Pretty bad experience. I want to be fair, so I’m giving 2 stars because ultimately, with persistence and self-control, I obtained the item I wanted. It was a bit frustrating. My original purchase of these yoga pants was probably about 6 months ago and at that time, they were available for Same Day delivery. This time, the website said I could either pick them up (quantity 3 in Leesburg) or have them shipped for arrival in 2 days. I chose to pick them up in 2 hours. Drove out there and waited. At 2 hours, my order showed ready but yoga pants dropped. No texts, phone call or anything to try to substitute as I’d had in the past (Sterling store?). The other two items I’d added were just convenience, I needed the pants, so…. I’m fully vaccinated, but masked up and went in. Found 2 of them in my requested size. The problem I have, really, and the reason for taking the time to write this up at all is because I really didn’t get help when I asked for it. The 3 employees I asked were all doing their jobs, putting stock out on the floor and they stopped to answer my question, but only the 3rd really asked enough to get me where I was going. They weren’t rude and, believe me, since this pandemic I’ve found people to get extremely rude. But I did have to go into the store, find the right department, find the right display that had 3 shelves of the right pants and then comb through all that to find my size, which was on the bottom shelf about an inch from the floor. So here it is.. if brick and mortar places can’t do the job, I might as well use Amazon. Disappointing, but Amazon does same day delivery in my area.

    Last 2 time at this location I experienced that prices advertised do not match once the item is ringed up at the register. Price at the register is significantly higher. Staff has attitude when asked to match the advertised price. Be aware and check what you are paying for. For example: $49.99 Christmas Tree was ringing up for $69.99 $37 Doll was ringing up for $46

    Prices absolutely do not match up. At first I thought I was confused about an item or two but I went back to check and they just have the wrong price tags on. Curtain rod went from $5 to $18, curtain went from $5 to $11, and more. Very frustrating since I ended up spending a lot more money than planned.

    Never had a negative experience at any Target ever, except for this one. We frequent this store and on our last visit, we met this extremely rude and disinterested individual who was helping us with our billing. I don’t want to share that persons name and make it public. My wife and I had a few questions about our Target card and this individual had no clue about any answers. Either this individual missed the training or isn’t the best person to be in the role that involves talking to people. All we got was rude replies and murmur in Spanish! I have no idea if it was pleasant or not but either way we didn’t get good vibes.

    I came here to get a shower curtain I saw another shower curtain that looked like it had a bug in it and I wanted to inform them so I go up to pay for mine and show the lady and she says no it's not a bug so then I asked for the manager she said why I said just bring your manager, he comes and he confronts me as if I've done something wrong. I began recording..he said his name was Brandon. He said the store manager was not in. it is Sunday July 24th at 6:50 p.m. he acted as if he was some kind of Sergeant or something trying to intimidate me and grabbing his phone talking about he's calling somebody to handle something. I told him if I suffer any loss of my image that I would sue them. I am a professional singer and this is the first time I've ever been in this store. Very rude.. remember that the average unhappy customer tells 11 people but the average singer tells a lot more. In my business I travel all over the United States and this was uncalled for.

    I placed an online order for 1 item at the Target store in Leesburg Va. My order confirmation indicated the order would be ready in 1 hour. When I arrived at the store 1 1/2 hours later to pick up my order, I encountered Namish (sp) at the online pickup window who greeted me with "yes" while still looking down at whatever he was doing before I arrived. I proceeded to indicate I was there to pick up an order. He retorted his system showed the order was not ready and that the store fulfills orders in 2 hour. I challenged his workplace knowledge by advising him that Target's website indicated my order would be ready in 1 hour. As opposed to checking on the status of my order, he recommended I walk around the store for a while, then come back and to the counter later to pick up my purchase. Huh? I understand finding competent talent for a retail establishment is challenging right now, but this guy clearly needs some basic customer service training. I will be placing my orders with Amazon going forward.

    Order pickup, exchange and returns are on same line, and only one person handling it and it took 10 mins to pick my order. They have a board saying separate line for pickup, but after standing for 5 mins, they told me same line for all services.

    Great target with an awesome wine selection. A candle was mislabeled and the cashier easily adjusted the price for me once I brought a pic with the advertised price.

    I love having a Target store across the street, my girls love this store. I always find everything I need at very good prices, store is always clean and well organized and I love how most of the employees are very attentive and helpful and here's my advice for customers, download the App. And you'll save a lot with the coupons you'll find and simply click on them to save the offers and automatically will save at checkout but before paying make sure you scan or enter your phone number to use all your offers.

    Hands down the best target I have been to, until I went to use ladies' room. My opinion went from an OH Gosh WoW! To an OH, my gosh of disgust. I wish I had taken more video of the store, but I was too big eyed checking it out. Sorry. Seriously, it was like Kohls and Target made a store baby together. It looks beautiful, well laid out, fully stocked, well lit inside, and there are lots of things my local target does not have. The makeup section was just incredible. I didn't even make it to the grocery section. I had to leave for a show I had tickets to. BUT, I will be back. Hopefully, next time, the ladies' room will have been checked. It seriously must have been all day without checking due to the sheer volume of gross items on the floor and in the toilets. From insane amounts of paper on the floor, most of it wet with urine and hair tells me it had been there a while. I had to go all the way down, checking for a clean toilet, and did not find one. Rather, it was paper to step over. Not flushed with blood, poo and even a scratcher lottery ticket in one bowl. I guess they didn't win on that one.

    Won’t pick up the phone. I left something in the store and wanted to see if they had some sort of lost and found items. No answer. Been trying for an hour I live 30 mins from this target. They even went as far as just hanging up and not letting it ring. Never have I ever experience this horrible customer service. Can’t imagine if I was picking up a curb side I would be sitting there all day

    I was doing self check out here with my mom between 5pm-615pm last night. We were using the checkout stand closest to where the employee stand is, the one parallel to it. The employee there was rude. She was on her phone the entire time. I had scanned the pants I was planning to buy. She did not want to take the security tag off of the pants until I physically showed her a receipt. I am completely covered in tattoos. I had all of my tattoos out during this exchange. She refused to help me until I put the receipt in her hand. She could see my mom putting a card into the reader to pay for the items. If she wasn’t on her phone the entire time, she could’ve seen us scan the items. She was standing less than five feet from us. She still completely refused to take a security tag off of a pair of joggers until she could read the entire receipt. She did not take the tag off of the pants until she saw the pants on the receipt. I felt as if she associated me specifically with criminal behavior due to being covered in tattoos. She was in eyesight of our entire checkout process, but wanted to be on her phone the whole time and not pay attention to items being scanned. It felt like a very strange power trip, and she had a definitive judgmental attitude.

    Clean store. Everything was really organized and I was able to get everything I needed quickly. Self checkout was a little slow, but the person working the area opened more registers and got the line moving. Staff was super friendly. Great shopping experience.

    I ordered something from them once. When I went to the store to pick it up it took them over an hour to find it and they gave me a $3 gift card for the inconvenience. Also I'm not sure why anyone would shop for food here, they only place with more expensive groceries is a 7/11

    Me and my bf went into this target for our first looking for some protein shakes that we couldn’t find out in the shelf. We asked a worker named kelvin I believe and asked him for help he showed us the aisle they were at but they weren’t out on the shelves he then said he would check in the back for us and found them for us. Kelvin was super nice and we really appreciated the help since it was our first time in this particular target

    The in store order pick up line should be completely super are from returns. 2 people working the counter, and one has been dealing with a complicated return for 1 person. 9 people in line waiting and they are all returns, which take a lot longer. It took 25 minutes to get a 2 item order.

    If you are a collector that shows up when the doors open you will most likely find employees going through the stock first. Happened today, walked in as doors opened and found an employee with a basket full of Collectibles that have been freshly stocked. Admitted to working there and walked away with the goods.

    I visited Target today and was pleasantly impressed with the brief customer experience I received. I was in a mission to get in get me batteries for my key fob and get out. As I approached the electronics department I saw Jerome looking to help any customer in need. He smiled politely and I smiled back not paying any attention that he worked for Target. As I was wondering looking for the batteries Jerome smiled and asked if I needed help finding something. I told him and he immediately came around the desk and helped me. It may seem small to some, but it was something great to me. I was tired from traveling and just wanted to get what I needed and go home. Jerome just made my day with his attentiveness and his pleasant demeanor. Thank you so much!

    It's a Target. Pretty clean. Usually well stocked. Friendly staff. Pickup can get a bit hectic at peak times but use it pretty religiously anymore.

    Returns of online shopping items are a snap at this Target store. Hassle free, prompt, courteous associates. Additionally it is a pleasant store for shopping, tidy and well stocked.

    Target has good deals on small appliances, toys, and housewares but as far as groceries go they stopped carrying many organic brands that they used to, it's been a while since I was inside a target and I was surprised to see less options than before. I'd give them a 4.5 for everything but groceries which would maybe get a 2, 3 if a return trip on a leash busy day shows more stock.

    The WORST for order pick-up. Don’t even bother. Asked to speak to management to get an order for one item after an hour had gone by because the girl said that I needed to wait the full two. The boy said 2-4 hours. Website said within 2. I said well can’t you or I just go back and grab it at the point she said no. Bunch of 16 year olds working the counter. Called in to politely ask how I could get it done sooner, they won’t put management on the phone when asked. Asked how long it would be for my order, he said he didn’t know and again quoted me 2-4 hours. Just stick to Amazon or literally anywhere else that has better customer service.

    Target in Leesburg has the best pharmacy staff! They are always friendly and efficient. The self-checkout section is easy to use if you want to check-out quickly and not wait in a full-service line. There is a huge selection of products and Red Circle offers for my Red Card always save me money. Very happy with this Target!

    Great service, good selection of products. Occasionally items are exclusively for delivery only from an off site warehouse for same-day delivery, or available via mail service for a lengthier time later. It's the shopper's decision whether the wait is worth it for those items.

    I always watch the sales when I go there. I came out of there only with a t-shirt for $3.98. I had an easy time getting there via bus. Target always has some sort of sales going on.

    Michaeline....one outstanding employee at this store! She was extremely helpful, helping me find the product I wanted. She checked her phone that shows items in the store. Then she walked me to that area and help me with making my selection. She also helped me with find another needed item. She has great customer service, friendly....she needs a promotion or a raise!!! It's so very hard to find employees that will go above and beyond to help older people!

    I would like to commend a young gentleman by the name of Rashed from Customer Service Department for going out of his way to assist me in locating an item. He checked the item to see which aisle it would be located then proceeded to direct me to aisle W8. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock but at least I received excellent customer service.

    Truck Drivers: To get to their docks go to the far right side of Costco and travel around their building and work your way to the back of target. Backing is just a little tight depending which dock they send you too. Go up ramp and ring doorbell. If no answer call store number on website. Staff was friendly. Unloaded quickly. They usually want trucks in by 4pm.

    Wonderful store and the manager and associates were so helpful and with a great attitude! You could feel them smiling even though they were wearing masks. Ajiri, Lily, Diego, and Genesis were so amazing. Great customer service and very clean store. Def going back and making this my to-go store.
