This is a smaller mall then the Orlando one. This is great to have in the Tavares area. The mall was mostly empty on a Sunday. The food court had fairly enough options. There is plenty of parking here but again very empty. There was lot of unoccupied store too. Overall a nice place to shop and hang out.

Lake Square Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Leesburg, Florida, United States. Opened on September 24, 1980. It is managed by Exclusive Management and Properties. Highly recommend! The scare actors, along with the haunted house layout and setup, were top-notch!

Good times with the family in this mall!! There are so many things to do here that we spend the whole day here. The food court could use some new options, but we surely enjoy the gyro spot yum yum. They now have a remote control rc car track, so much fun!! A movie theater, go cars, arcade, bowling, mini golf, yes please!!!!

I'm very disappointed at the management of this mall. I tried to bring my idea (and it's the greatest idea that's ever been an idea) to one of the many empty units here. What's my idea? I call it "Pickleball In The Mall" Don't even think about taking it. It's been trademarked for years. My wife is mad, my kids are mad, my dog is mad, heck I'm considering shaving my very shiny beard in protest, cause I'm so mad. Some days I just wish I could play little league baseball. Instead of having my hopes and dreams crushed by this community. At least striking out feels better. #Pickleball4Life

They have added so much to this mall in the last couple years. It is a great place to go and spend a rainy day. There are several shops and a food court. The only reason it is not five star is because there are still some stores that are empty. But overall a great mall there is plenty of parking and restaurants and entertainment. I'm super excited about the things that are taking place in Leesburg, at the Lake Square Mall. The staff is great and the mall office staff is amazing. I love the marketing and everything that they're doing out there. Keep doing what you doing you're doing great things.

We were in the area and was looking for a place to eat. The kids were looking for a place to get out and walk and stretch their legs, and that is when I saw the Lake Square Mall shopping area. We stopped in and ate at the Buffet, and afterwards, walked the mall. A few of the stores in this location are Ichiban Buffet, Books a Million, Wendys, AMC movie theaters, Kays Jewelers and many other stores. The mall was clean, and the staff at the locations we stopped in were friendly.

Lake Square Mall has always been a Leesburg staple for me and my family. LSM has all the charming, hometown vibes. It’s always decorated so nicely and festive for every season and holidays. Very clean, shops and staff are always welcoming, helpful, & friendly. My go-to, one-stop shop when I need a gift. Rooted within the Leesburg community, and always has events for the community. We love their never ending free events and crafts for the kiddos. They always have something fun going on. AMC Theaters, VIA Entertainment with arcade and bowling is always fun. We’re always looking forward to see what other stores/shops and events they add. Plenty of parking. 5 stars, I will always recommend.

They have washing machines in 3-4 sizes. I can wash 4 full loads in 1 machine for about 10 bucks. It's getting their laundry card set up, that is a royal pain. Too many of their dryers don't clearly explain the time for using them or the cost. The screen display is fuzzy. If you use your debit card you may only pay $5 per wash that day but a couple of days later your bank statement will reflect the accurate price like $10 or more. It is weird and somewhat confusing. Once you figure out the basics, it works.

There really isn't much to see. They've talked about getting in New vendors for at least since I used to live in the area, that was over 3 years and it's still mostly the same stores and the food court isn't much better. I did see 1 new food place since I was there last year. Your food choices mostly consist of a gyro place, a Chinese food place, burger place and pizza place. The pizza place tastes decent. The burger place and the Chinese food were, eh, nothing spectacular and I haven't tried the gyro place or the new place which is a Latin food place.

It's a nice but smaller mall. Unfortunately it seems as if it's dying down slowly but surely. Not alot of stores inside and the ones open aren't super busy. It's a nice mall overall but doesn't seem to be very popular with the people.

The only normal store is Bath and Body Works. Its such a waste of a space. Wishing they would bring more stores in! The food court does have some very delicious food, small but quality food.

Completely dead. Not much to buy or see. Best part of this mall is the movie theater & the arcade in via port other than that this mall would be shutting down.

Quite. The most traffick I have experience is when they have candles on sale at the bath and body! They close early and it was hard to navigate out when I took in a evening movie. There are a few stores to wonder in and out.
