What a great experience. Incredibly delicious, high quality, local fresh food. A lot of options for vegans and gluten-free diets. Great value for the prices! The best service! Walking by the area we discovered this hidden gem and decided to eat there. First impression was that it was hip, tastefully decorated and professional. The owner presented us the concept and described the menu in depth and with great passion. The amazing thing was that the pasta has a big vegetable content (and the sauces as well!) and very delicious. When I mentioned to the owner that I am vegan he gave me multiple choices. The owner supports the community by sourcing the high quality and local ingredients from farmers close to the area. They also serve desserts from local bakeries. I had a vegan chocolate brownie which was to die for. This is a must eat to get some nutritious, healthy and delicious food. Because it was so good we went in the morning to get our morning coffee there 😊.

Best artisan pasta in Nicosia! Offers a selection of several types of artisan pasta with a variety of sauces and toppings. Red lentil gluten free with veggies is my personal favorite, also spinach with pesto is great. Staff is very pleasant and hospitable, service is excellent! Another plus is that their coffee and desserts are really good!

Serart has quickly become my favorite place in all of Nicosia. Great food and even better atmosphere... Serhat is a great host, and he will do his best to make you happy. Also he's always up for a nice chat if you seek it.

... small, owner-managed restaurant with homemade, gluten-free and partly vegan pasta in interesting variations... nice service, nice ambience and a very good price-performance ratio... taste-wise a 10/10...

Wonderful experience. The owner has brought Italy to Cyprus. He gave us a wonderful explanation of the different types of pasta on offer as well as a fascinating talk about the area. The lasagna was amazing and we will definitely return.

Best artisan pasta restaurant on the island. The pasta is made (I witnessed it) by the really cool owner, Serhat. They are very fresh and very tasty. Great choice of homemade souces, too. You can also be surprised by the dessert options. The staff is very kind and very helpful, too. The place is located in the heart of Nicosia old city. Talk to the owner, he organises great pasta-making workshops, too. That's a whole new and delightful experience. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Serart Artisan Pasta in Nicosia and I must say, it was an excellent experience. As an Italian and a pizza lover, I couldn't have been more satisfied with their delicious pizza made with fresh vegetarian ingredients. The first thing that caught my attention was the light and airy dough. It had the perfect texture, not too thick or thin, and it was cooked to perfection. I could tell that they take great pride in their dough-making process. But what really made the pizza stand out were the fresh and organic ingredients. From the vibrant red tomatoes to the fragrant basil and the flavorful mozzarella cheese, each bite was bursting with taste. The combination of these high-quality ingredients truly elevated the overall flavor profile of the pizza. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, adding to the enjoyment of the meal. The staff members were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. It felt like dining in a cozy Italian trattoria, which added an extra touch to the overall experience. Overall, I can confidently say that Serart Artisan Pasta is a culinary gem in Nicosia. Their dedication to using fresh and organic ingredients, along with their expertly crafted dough, sets them apart from other pizza places. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who appreciates quality food and a cozy dining atmosphere.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is unique: Cozy, relaxed from the setting, but still an upbeat vibe with the music they choose to accompany your experience. Incredibly friendly staff, the owner is always open to accomodate and have a quick chat. The food is also incredible - self-made fresh pasta, and sauces and desserts from the best, locally sourced ingredients. Some of my best experiences I had in Cyprus were at Serart :-)

one of the best ravioli I’ve ever had in my life!! Coming from someone who went to Italy many times and loves Italian food. The sauce was perfectly balanced and the waiter took the time to answer questions and give us advice since you can customize your pasta order. Try the ravioli, they had the perfect texture.

Wow - this place will blow your mind! I am a little bit speechless at how perfect the homemade pasta and tiramisu were 😂🙏 Not to mention - the power went out for over 20 minutes in the entire city, and the restaurant continued to serve the customers. The owner also taught me some things about how to cook and eat pasta perfectly 😊 An epic dining experience in Nicosia!

I would give a 4.5 if I could! Fresh and well-made pasta in many different shapes — ravioli, rainbow short pasta, tagliatelle (?) in the options plain, beetroot, spinach or squid ink (!!!) or lasagna, with a few options for sauces and toppings. Sauces leave a little to be desired, but it’s not a huge issue. I got the beetroot pasta with pesto sauce and no toppings, my boyfriend got the plain pasta with mushroom and cream sauce, also no toppings. The beetroot pasta was tastier than the plain one, but both pastas were really fresh and great quality. The sauces, however, weren’t anything to write home about: their pesto, though made in-house, doesn’t feature Parmesan (they make a point to make as many things as vegan-friendly as they can, it seems) which made it remarkably plain. My boyfriend’s sauce was also rather plain (we had to put extra salt on our dishes), as if there’s something lacking — garlic, maybe? Or some spices? Anything to make it seem more like a Sauce™ than just an afterthought, which is truly a shame considering that the pasta itself is excellent. However, they do put freshly grated Parmesan on top of it all for free if you’d like, as well as some parsley and pomegranate seeds (which I especially liked), but there’s still the lingering sense that the dish is not finished, somehow. Cute place with warm light — the music was way too loud when we were seated, but as soon as we made the request to the waiter, they lowered it to a comfortable volume. We didn’t drink anything, but they have several drink options, including milkshakes. The waiter was helpful when we asked about details such as whether the pesto was made in house, and even told us about the ratio of vegetable to flour in their flavoured pastas and how it impacts the taste, so service was good. Definitely recommend — and if the sauces improve, I’ll be happy to be back again whenever I’m in Lefkoşa!
