I
would
give
a
4.5
if
I
could!
Fresh
and
well-made
pasta
in
many
different
shapes
—
ravioli,
rainbow
short
pasta,
tagliatelle
(?)
in
the
options
plain,
beetroot,
spinach
or
squid
ink
(!!!)
or
lasagna,
with
a
few
options
for
sauces
and
toppings.
Sauces
leave
a
little
to
be
desired,
but
it’s
not
a
huge
issue.
I
got
the
beetroot
pasta
with
pesto
sauce
and
no
toppings,
my
boyfriend
got
the
plain
pasta
with
mushroom
and
cream
sauce,
also
no
toppings.
The
beetroot
pasta
was
tastier
than
the
plain
one,
but
both
pastas
were
really
fresh
and
great
quality.
The
sauces,
however,
weren’t
anything
to
write
home
about:
their
pesto,
though
made
in-house,
doesn’t
feature
Parmesan
(they
make
a
point
to
make
as
many
things
as
vegan-friendly
as
they
can,
it
seems)
which
made
it
remarkably
plain.
My
boyfriend’s
sauce
was
also
rather
plain
(we
had
to
put
extra
salt
on
our
dishes),
as
if
there’s
something
lacking
—
garlic,
maybe?
Or
some
spices?
Anything
to
make
it
seem
more
like
a
Sauce™
than
just
an
afterthought,
which
is
truly
a
shame
considering
that
the
pasta
itself
is
excellent.
However,
they
do
put
freshly
grated
Parmesan
on
top
of
it
all
for
free
if
you’d
like,
as
well
as
some
parsley
and
pomegranate
seeds
(which
I
especially
liked),
but
there’s
still
the
lingering
sense
that
the
dish
is
not
finished,
somehow.
Cute
place
with
warm
light
—
the
music
was
way
too
loud
when
we
were
seated,
but
as
soon
as
we
made
the
request
to
the
waiter,
they
lowered
it
to
a
comfortable
volume.
We
didn’t
drink
anything,
but
they
have
several
drink
options,
including
milkshakes.
The
waiter
was
helpful
when
we
asked
about
details
such
as
whether
the
pesto
was
made
in
house,
and
even
told
us
about
the
ratio
of
vegetable
to
flour
in
their
flavoured
pastas
and
how
it
impacts
the
taste,
so
service
was
good.
Definitely
recommend
—
and
if
the
sauces
improve,
I’ll
be
happy
to
be
back
again
whenever
I’m
in
Lefkoşa!
