My
family
and
I
travelled
to
ladakh
for
a
trip.
Surfing
for
good
hotels
we
found
Shangri-La
and
booked
it
for
3
days
due
to
its
good
rating.
The
restaurant
had
pathetic
service,
waiters
wouldn't
listen
on
being
called,
an
order
had
to
be
given
5-10
times
for
being
served.
So
we
decided
to
complaint
to
the
management.
On
our
last
day,my
brother
had
been
sitting
in
the
restaurant
for
almost
30mins
waiting
for
the
tea
to
arrive,
no
waiter
was
even
listening
to
him
all
busy
talking
to
each
other
even
though
there
were
only
4-5
people
in
the
restaurant.
When
my
mother
complained
due
to
lack
of
service
she
recieved
threats
to
get
beaten
up
by
the
business
partner
of
the
hotel-
Mr.
Salim
,
my
father
then
stepped
in
and
he
recieved
the
same
threat
in
front
of
all
other
customers.
On
not
being
given
proper
service,
a
mere
complaint
to
the
management
was
enough
for
the
hotel
management
to
threaten
to
beat
us
up.
