They usually have some good deals on shoes. Usually buy one get one some percentage off or free. The website will sometimes have more color choices or sizes, but the store has knowledgeable staff that can help find the right shoe.

Poor customer service. I took my Asics Gel-Kayano 27 running shoes back today after 2.5 months of running just 6 miles per week. I believed the gel inside the right shoe was clearly defective as my right foot has been aching for 3-4 days after my last two runs, on a treadmill. (I have bought this brand of running shoe, with gel in the forefront and heel, for many years and have learned that when my feet start hurting, that's the signal that the gel is worn out. This usually takes a year since I run just 6 miles a week.) The salesperson informed me that defective items had to be returned through the brand website. What? My original receipt that I showed him says, "With an original Asics Store receipt: Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 90-days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment." He would not return my shoes, even though I clearly met all the criteria. He was supposed to take them back for 'any reason' as the receipt states. There is no mention at all on this receipt, about warranty/defective issues. Note: Please update your hours online. I had to drive down here TWICE since the hours are so reduced.

It was our first time there. The offering was typical runner shoes with all their wacky colors, trail shoes, and workout clothes. As is common with active wear, they're geared to a smaller clientele. I was quite annoyed because there was one other customer in the store and two employees when my husband and I entered. We were both looking for new workout shoes so he went to the men's section and I went to the women's section. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge or speak to my husband. It took almost 15 minutes before the sales rep spoke to me, despite him leaving the one customer in the store when I was standing less than five feet away. The store is not that big to get ignored that way. After we left there, we went to Sketchers and despite there being six customers in the store, we were treated pretty much immediately by staff. Then we went to Nike and not only did we get treated as we walked in, within minutes of hitting the shoe section I had two sales reps asking how they could help and both hunting down options according to my requests and specifications. That is how service is done right!

Visited ASICS today, looking for an athletic shoe that can handle my above average size. Garrison took the time to hear my concerns and described the differences in a few options. His patience and understanding of my needs were greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Wow! I have always bought my asics from department stores and online. This was my first time visiting an actual outlet and it was definitely worth my time. Anna and Nick were incredibly helpful to me as I brought in my old shoes and told them what I was looking for. They showed me the lower-end shoes that would identically replace the current pair I was wearing. I asked about some of the higher-quality shoes I was seeing and they were very helpful in showing me the benefits of the different options. I did not feel pressured at all. I felt they genuinely cared about me and that they wanted me to make the choice that was best for my feet and my budget.

ASICS was great!! Our salesperson Garrison was a great help with giving recommendations and finding the right shoes and fit. I loved the sales and discounts we were about to use and we left with 3 pairs of shoes and a free face mask! We will definitely be back!!

The two younger gentlemen at the store 3/31 were awesome! I had my two toddlers with me, looking for them shoes. I didn’t know ASICS even sold kid shoes. So that was a huge plus for me. I love ASICS! The taller of the two was super helpful and patient with my kids. He would listen and engage with them while they told him random thing. The store didn’t have the shoe my daughter originally wanted but he found another cute shoe in her size she loved. Hooked us up with the current discounts. Thanks for making shoe shopping easier with my two toddlers.

Used to be a regular here, then management changed, then I was like, NOPE. Now I be rocking my Jordan's and Pegasus, yeah like from the Hercules movie.

I love their tennis shoes. Whenever we are at the outlet center, we stop in. They occasionally have great sales. I buy kids sizes so it works great for me.

Great deals, especially on holiday weekends. Guest service is always great.
