It
was
our
first
time
there.
The
offering
was
typical
runner
shoes
with
all
their
wacky
colors,
trail
shoes,
and
workout
clothes.
As
is
common
with
active
wear,
they're
geared
to
a
smaller
clientele.
I
was
quite
annoyed
because
there
was
one
other
customer
in
the
store
and
two
employees
when
my
husband
and
I
entered.
We
were
both
looking
for
new
workout
shoes
so
he
went
to
the
men's
section
and
I
went
to
the
women's
section.
It
took
about
5
minutes
for
anyone
to
acknowledge
or
speak
to
my
husband.
It
took
almost
15
minutes
before
the
sales
rep
spoke
to
me,
despite
him
leaving
the
one
customer
in
the
store
when
I
was
standing
less
than
five
feet
away.
The
store
is
not
that
big
to
get
ignored
that
way.
After
we
left
there,
we
went
to
Sketchers
and
despite
there
being
six
customers
in
the
store,
we
were
treated
pretty
much
immediately
by
staff.
Then
we
went
to
Nike
and
not
only
did
we
get
treated
as
we
walked
in,
within
minutes
of
hitting
the
shoe
section
I
had
two
sales
reps
asking
how
they
could
help
and
both
hunting
down
options
according
to
my
requests
and
specifications.
That
is
how
service
is
done
right!
